Sun Terrace seems like a very nice place. I know some locals who have their parents here and they say that they really like it. I have heard good things about them.

While our loved one was there, she got sick and had to go to the hospital. They recommend she go to a nursing home to recover, but she shortly passed away after. About a month later we went back to this community to grab her belongings and the room was dirty. There was mouse droppings in the drawers, the floors, window seals and sink were very dirty. The director called our family to apologize, and with covid we know times were difficult. The staff was friendly but at times they did seem short staffed.

The community controls so much that it's hard to get things fixed or get changes done for our loved ones. The communication between the staff and family is average. I would recommend this community to others

They can help with dietary needs including a salt-free diet. It's a smaller facility so they know their residence better and they receive more personalized attention also. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This community is a friendly and a safe place for your loved one. It has a nice atmosphere that is casual. They are very accommodating to the needs of your loved one. The food is average. The staff is very receptive and responsive to questions and concerns.

We chose Regency Newcastle because we could tell that the staff were happy and caring from our virtual tour. They also had great grounds, the setting is really nice. The room sizes here are adequate, you just have to plan. I would tell others that they sometimes need to be prompted for communication, but once you ask they are more than willing to take time to talk to you. I would recommend.

Overall it is a good community. There are no downfalls. This is the best community on the big island available. It is professionally managed. The head nurse does an exceptional job with the residents.

We chose Regency Pullman because of the location and they had availability. The room sizes here are not crowded, they have quite a bit of space so it feels more like an apartment. I have only had the desert here and it was homemade and very good. I would recommend the community.

A nice comfortable home with caring people to take care of us. For their has a family atmosphere. The food could be better— a lot better.

Fox Hollow Assisted Living Bend OR is a great place for your parents to be when they are requiring the extra daily care. My father was living at Fox Hollow for 3 years. The staff at Fox Hollow was very helpful and very caring. My Dad who could not talk due to a major stroke had to have extra special care and they did not hesitate to give it. I could tell some of them loved my Dad and they loved him back. The people were always very friendly when I visited.

It looks like a nice place. I wasn't able to get a complete tour due to an emergency in the tour guide's family.

I took a tour of this facility with the activities director. The cleanliness is what really stood out to me first. When you look at the other residents, they seem to be smiling a lot and are happy and active. The dining room looked nice from what I could see and there seemed to be plenty of activities available. They even had an ice cream parlor. We needed a place that could provide a furnished room and this place wasn’t able to help us with that so we decided to go with another community.

I toured here briefly when looking for a place for my parents and it was very nice. They offer rehab care and assisted living but not memory care. They were very nice and actually the first facility I went to tour. I originally thought it might be a good fit but they didn’t offer what I needed. The staff seemed knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, even if it was just for a couple of minutes. The director sat down with me for a bit and we walked around and did a tour. I haven’t had any of their meals or anything like that, so this is just based on a quick tour.

This facility has been very helpful thus far. My Mother has recently been going through some tough times and the staff has been wonderful in being right beside her and helping her. All of the staff members have been treating my mom very well too. I feel like they have been going above and beyond my expectations. One thing that really drew me here is they have opening dining times and she would be able to eat at any time during the day. I really recommend this community.

The tour was good and we saw that they were remodeling. It made it hard to tell what it would be like, but it still was nice but also in the between stage of remodeling. The director, did great and I believe she just took over as the director. She knew a lot about the community and we really like her and the community. They were not the best fit for my In-Law.

This is a pretty nice community, my family, and I had a nice tour of it. The community is nice,and clean from what we saw. The staff we met was kind, and helpful. It was a good experience overall, and our tour went well.

The place was fantastic, but a bit too expensive for my mom, and the studio was so small. Place was nice and clean and the people were so nice. The decorations are dark in the halls, so felt a bit like winter inside.

The Independent Living Cottages are separate from the main building so I don't really have any interaction with them on a regular basis but when I do see anyone they seem friendly and helpful I have the ability to cook my own meals which I have been doing but I plan on starting to go the dining area. The community is clean and well kept from what I see I, of course, do my own housekeeping.

Fox Hollow was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community for our current needs.

I also toured Park View Estates a while back. It was a good tour, and the community was clean and maintained well. The people, where were all very friendly and it was a good experience but it was not the best fit for my mother.
