The facility was nice and well taken care of, which was very important to us. It smelled very clean - some other facilities smelled like urine. I would say my moms bathroom counter needed updating some Formica coming off that's why I didn't rate it a 5 but it was clean. I can't say enough about the staff. My mom was level 4 care so she needed with help eating and all other life functions. Someone sat and fed her everyday. She seemed to be thriving and seemed happy. I wish she could have participated in the fun things they had going on but she was not able at the time. My mom did end up passing away 2.5 months after we placed her in memory care but the staff was amazing. My mom was on hospice when she entered. The night she passed a sweet nurse from Spring Arbor stayed with her all night long so she wouldn't be alone. My family is so grateful for her!

Staff friendly, my mom been there for about 6 months now everytime I go in there the staff is attentive to her needs and very friendly with me, they take the time to listen to my concerns and help in anyway needed. This is the second place my mom has been admitted and will be the last for I feel very comfortable with her being there. Also they have some great activities and give residents the option to participate or not. When I went to see her they had a live band come in to visit them my mom loved that. So much encouragement

Let me start off by saying wow!!!! I see there are a lot of negitive that people have stated but my mother stays there and has been there for years, I have seen a lot of changes new management recently came in and take the time and care the residents need! Everytime I walk in they are doing some type of activity with the staff. My mom likes to wonder and the staff take the time to walk and talk with her…staff is great and I am so appreciative of everything they do the care they put in to everything to make sure the days go by good!!!

I would highly recommend Villa Court Assisted Living. The staff is very friendly and have done a good job caring for my mom. The housekeeping is very good. My mom thinks the food is too bland, however I would rate this facility a 5 on everything!

I am enjoying being a resident at Desert View Senior Living. I've met many people and was openly welcomed. The facility is well maintained. My room is cleaned weekly and trash emptied daily. The staff are very friendly. Even those with whom I don't have much direct contact always greet me and ask how I am doing. I don't need medical assistance but know it is available if I do. The food is tasty and varies. Like being in college though, all meals are not everybody's favorites. A weekly menu is provided with specials for lunch and dinner. If a resident doesn't like the special, an ongoing alternate menu is available. The servers are pleasant and know the residents by name. There are activities each day which are listed on a monthly calendar. Changes are put on a daily update available at the front desk. Often outside entertainment is offered. For the services provided that I could no longer do because of a health issue which brought me here (personal laundry done, room cleaned including sheets washed and bed made, food prepared and cleaned up), the value for cost is excellent. I would rate all categories as 5.

My loved one was the one who toured with California Mission Inn. She said that it was a nice facility, but it was more expensive and also they were not able to give insulin shots. That was the main reason we did not choose them.

We give Park Place Assisted Living all 5s for the very best. The staff members are what we like most about this community, they have by far made the experience. They were friendly, attentive and truly cared. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community we have already recommend them to other families and we will continue to do so.

I would recommend to others. We picked this community because, I spoke with [name removed]on the phone and came to visit and liked it. My loved one really like's it and has made a lot of friends.

I am so happy that we have a new executive director! He's been here about 9 months and he has really turned this building around especially with the quality of care. Its not the prettiest, but its home.

The whole staff is so helpful and accommodating. [name removed] was especially helpful in getting her set up and assisting with the move in process. I'm so grateful to have found a place like this within my mom's budget. And she really likes the food there. I feel like we hit the jackpot! I would definitely recommend Villa Court to others.

Clean, cozy -residents all content and active. Activities Director is wonderful. Staff very friendly and welcoming. When you walk in you feel like you’re at home. This is a wonderful community for folks needing care and assistance!

Paris Chalet is a place that you can leave your loved one and not have to worry. A place where the staff treat your loved one like one of their own family members. The Executive Director is hands down the most caring, understanding and compassionate person you could ask for. She goes above and beyond for her residents and their family members. When you walk in it smells and looks great, not the typical facility setting.

Very clean facility was visiting during the Christmas holidays, delivering gifts and to see the residents all smiling and happy made my heart rejoice. If I retire, I will look at paris Chalet to be my home.

Was visiting my sister and she had no complaints about the building. Staff is wonderful, plenty of activities and my sister loves the walking club.

I toured Desert View Senior Living and the tour itself was great. The staff was very friendly. However, the facility looked run down and seemed kind of depressing. The individual resident units looked run down, also. It smelled clean, but the overall look and feel was just run down. Not a good fit for my loved one.

Santa Maria Terrace gets 5 stars for all. I did not even have to look at any other facilities as I liked this one so much. The staff is very helpful and nice. I think the best feature is that they let you have pets there. The price is great for the value.

I've been a therapist for over 30 years an can honestly say the director always goes above and beyond to meet patient and family needs. I can't always say that for most facilities. They also encourage patient participation in activities which is crucial for social emotional well being as well as for therapeutic benefits.
