My mom has been at Inwood Crossing about a year. I find the people very responsive and personable with my mom . The executive Director cares a lot. And works hard to effect long-term meaningful change. Highly recommend.

From the first visit to Desert View Senior Living to the first day of move in it has been nothing but pure pleasure to be around and now in this community. ALL the staff and I mean ALL the STAFF go above and beyond for each a every one of the residents living at Desert View Senior Living. My I give a personal recommendation to use [name removed] for your VA needs. He is an expert and is so knowledgeable in all things VA. If you are like us this was our first visit to a senior living place and now we call it home for mom. Thank you Desert View Senior Living staff for making it what it is. A place we call home.

We had to move mom quickly after her stay in rehab following an accident. We looked at many places in this area and made the excellent decision to move her into Harvest Homes. The Harvest Homes staff have helped us navigate all the ups and downs of securing medical and support services. They have daily quality interactions with mom so she feels safe and looks forward to seeing many of the staff. Usually mom enjoys the food provided and when she doesn’t like what’s on the menu she can request something she wants. Our communication with [name removed], the director and [name removed], the head nurse have been so positive and helpful- they handle all our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. It’s clear they want the residents (and their loved ones) to be happy and satisfied. We recommend Harvest Homes for those seeking a smaller, homelike assisted living community.

They have a very helpful, friendly staff at Windsor Court Senior Living. The Executive Director is very knowledgeable of all aspects of senior care and living. The home is very roomy for the money. In fact, it is bigger than any other facility that we looked at in the area. Mom and Dad love it and are very happy! I would recommend Windsor Court Senior Living to others.

The executive director took time out of her day to drive 15 minutes away and help me get a urine sample for my mom today. Who does that, especially someone in management? This effort and service are above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I highly recommend Harvest Home and its staff. My mom has lived there for a year now and we couldn't ask for anything more. They are compassionate, kind, and caring. They make everyone feel at home. They treat my mom and all of us like family. They are just extraordinary.

This is an amazing family environment with wonderful staff and amazing residents. The care they provide is exceptional! I have working with their clinical staff and had a wonderful experience. They pay close attention to patients medications and are quick to follow up.

My mom was happy there. I would recommend to other families. The people/staff were amazing. Also, it's clean.

My mother is very happy there, she feels very well taken care of, they keep the place very clean, the food is very good, and there are activities scheduled during the day. They provide housekeeping and laundry service.

I would definitely recommend this Independent Liiving facility to others. The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. The housekeeping is only light housekeeping, but [name removed] does great for what she does. The meals are not always great, but I am not a picky eater. They always have a really good salad bar, which is helpful. I think it's a great place for what I pay to live there. One of the nicest features is an in-house laundry room, which is pretty rare in Abilene, Texas. I have my own washer and dryer. I also love my garage and garage door opener. I have a lot of storage. I love my cottage!

My loved one is currently a resident at Wisteria Place Independent Living and overall her experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff is nice. The other residents who live here at this facility are friendly. The housekeeping is minimal, but okay. The meals are good and hot. There is always an alternative option if you don't like what is being served. I would recommend Wisteria Place Independent Living to others.

What we like the most about the Canyon Creek Memory Care is just how caring the staff members are. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I'd say that the staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is warm and friendly. Mom stays active with the other residents and is settling in nicely.My mom seems very happy there so far!

The ratings are based on feedback I have received from people I keep in touch with - the communication between Park Place Assisted Living and me is great. The staff have been very patient and helpful. Based on the experience our family has had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

If I could give more stars I would. Before visiting Rockbrook I had spent several months looking online at different places that offered assisted living and memory care. After visiting several facilities in person, I knew within a few minutes that Rockbrook was the home where my mother would be well cared for and looked after the way she needed to be. The young lady that greeted us is a wonderful representation of the warmth and caring feeling that is found throughout the facilities. Her thoughtfulness and caring demeanor with my mother and her reassurance and knowledge of the process that both my mother and I would go through made this transition so much easier for me. The personal interaction between the caregivers, nursing staff, nutritionist, even the custodians and maintenance with the residents is more like a family which helps make Rockbrook a true home. After a month, I am confident that I have found the absolutely best home and trained family to take care of my mother.

The residents at Park Place Assisted Living are treated like family by the office staff. My father was in the hospital for 5 days, and the Executive Director came to visit him! The housekeeping is great. My dad's place always looks clean when I visit weekly. Communication with the family is good. I always get a quick response when I call or email. The move in was painless. I got the key and had access...no problem. The meals are varied and of good quality. My dad hasn't missed a meal yet! My only frustration is the activities. They often don't happen at the scheduled time or at all. Very frustrating. Otherwise, things are great and I would definitely recommend Park Place Assisted Living to family and friends.

I have looked at over 15 CBRFs and assisted living communities, after leaving I cried at 13 of the places!! But the moment I walked into Carrington I was welcomed by staff! And a resident and a Nurse were polka dancing in the living area!! Trust me, never seen that at any other homes! I could just feel the love!! I also liked that it was a 20 room facility! I knew my mom would be safe, comfortable and well taken care of!! People that I told we were thinking of my Mother going there, I have never been told a bad word! Even ex employees said it is a great place! [name removed] the administrator has been nothing but kind and loving thru this difficult time, and her staff seems to be amazing! I never thought I would say I would be Excited to have to put my mom in assisted living! But I am excited for this adventure! Thank you [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] for making this transition a positive experience!

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and helpful and everyone gets a long great the residents love spending their time together and even the residents are very very welcoming and friendly, a lot of activities for their residents, great attitude and overall great place to be!!

everyone here is so friendly, the food is great, everyone loves the food and let me just talk about the staff, the staff is so friendly and nice and i know this would be a great place to put my mom one day if i needed, where i would know any of my family is safe and happy here.

I came to this facility and all the residents were clearly very happy and they looked like they loved it there, all the residents are good friends and it makes other/new residents feel safe to join in because they are so friendly, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and i love being around everyone here. GREAT JOB STELLAR!!!!!
