If I could give more stars I would. Before visiting Rockbrook I had spent several months looking online at different places that offered assisted living and memory care. After visiting several facilities in person, I knew within a few minutes that Rockbrook was the home where my mother would be well cared for and looked after the way she needed to be. The young lady that greeted us is a wonderful representation of the warmth and caring feeling that is found throughout the facilities. Her thoughtfulness and caring demeanor with my mother and her reassurance and knowledge of the process that both my mother and I would go through made this transition so much easier for me. The personal interaction between the caregivers, nursing staff, nutritionist, even the custodians and maintenance with the residents is more like a family which helps make Rockbrook a true home. After a month, I am confident that I have found the absolutely best home and trained family to take care of my mother.

The residents at Park Place Assisted Living are treated like family by the office staff. My father was in the hospital for 5 days, and the Executive Director came to visit him! The housekeeping is great. My dad's place always looks clean when I visit weekly. Communication with the family is good. I always get a quick response when I call or email. The move in was painless. I got the key and had access...no problem. The meals are varied and of good quality. My dad hasn't missed a meal yet! My only frustration is the activities. They often don't happen at the scheduled time or at all. Very frustrating. Otherwise, things are great and I would definitely recommend Park Place Assisted Living to family and friends.

I have looked at over 15 CBRFs and assisted living communities, after leaving I cried at 13 of the places!! But the moment I walked into Carrington I was welcomed by staff! And a resident and a Nurse were polka dancing in the living area!! Trust me, never seen that at any other homes! I could just feel the love!! I also liked that it was a 20 room facility! I knew my mom would be safe, comfortable and well taken care of!! People that I told we were thinking of my Mother going there, I have never been told a bad word! Even ex employees said it is a great place! [name removed] the administrator has been nothing but kind and loving thru this difficult time, and her staff seems to be amazing! I never thought I would say I would be Excited to have to put my mom in assisted living! But I am excited for this adventure! Thank you [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] for making this transition a positive experience!

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and helpful and everyone gets a long great the residents love spending their time together and even the residents are very very welcoming and friendly, a lot of activities for their residents, great attitude and overall great place to be!!

everyone here is so friendly, the food is great, everyone loves the food and let me just talk about the staff, the staff is so friendly and nice and i know this would be a great place to put my mom one day if i needed, where i would know any of my family is safe and happy here.

I came to this facility and all the residents were clearly very happy and they looked like they loved it there, all the residents are good friends and it makes other/new residents feel safe to join in because they are so friendly, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and i love being around everyone here. GREAT JOB STELLAR!!!!!

I like the facility. It is clean and comfortable. The level of care good. They are mostly very helpful. We have had a little difficulty in communication. But they worked with us but are willing to resolve the problem we have had. So we have had a good resolution. The cleaning staff said they had been there for 18 years and I take that as a good sign. The liaison [name removed] was great. And [name removed] worked with my son to resolve problems. And we all found a successful solution..

I am a this facility about 4-5 times a week-the staff works hard. I'm overall very happy with Canyon Creek Memory Care. My loved one is very alert and loves it there, the staff is very friendly, she'is always clean, the faciity is clean, meals are regular and look good. {name removed] the Admin is onsite doing hands on everything as well as all staff to make this a great place. Highly recommended.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially [name removed] at the front desk. Facility is clean and residents are easy to locate for therapy services.

We picked this community because of the cleanliness and staff. I recommend them. Not a large facility thus not a large population of residents. Seems to be a better situation than very large facilities.

The daily activites that engage the seniors have been so fun! Popcorn, movies, bubbles and popsicles are the best.

We are very happy with the Desert Springs Senior Living community, it is a really nice place. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones. Thank you for helping us as well.

My experience with Barber Station is absolutely wonderful. Great service great help and the facility is fabulous. White halls, grand piano in the lobby, [name removed], the person I am caring for. Has her very special artwork hanging in the building. It's a pleasure to be there I look forward to visiting her several times a week or more. Of all the places that I've seen this is by far the most superior and I would be happy to be a resident there.

I've loved Canyon Creek since I picked it! We've had a great experience with them. it's a wonderful place where my loved one still has their independence but is supervised as well.

We picked this community, because it was the newest, and looked like the best in the area. I would recommend it. For the level of care my Dad needed it was the best available. It was good and informative. But you really don't get a feel for the place until you have moved in and go established.

Everyone is so friendly to the residents but also to everyone that walks in the door- always a hello and how are you! They quickly learned my moms name and made her feel wanted.

Overall my mother-in-law has had a good experience. Most of the staff members there are friendly with 20% of them exceptionally well suited in caring for the elderly seniors. The food is good and there are a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in. They have a calendar that shows everything that is offered.

No facility is 100%; there is always room for improvement. Overall rating is between 3-4. My mother has been a resident here a little over a month and I do appreciate your staff, and how they strive to get the residents the best care.

I cannot rate the meals and dining because it did not meet my schedule, and when it comes to the activities I cannot comment on that also because I have not been informed of the activities they have going on. I am in independent living status, and the cottages that I live in are very nice. Based on the experience I have had so far with Wisteria Place, I would recommend the community to other families.
