Over the past three years our family moved our mother into 3 different assisted living facilities in desperate search of finding a place that would care for her as a human being not just someone with dementia/alzheimers. Our family spent countless stressful moments in despair as each place emptied our pockets and still kept us feeling that she was not being cared for properly. It wasn't until we met Cindy, and the Director, and the administrative staff, that we got a feeling that this might be different from all the rest. Frank the house manager drove to see my mom on his day off just to sit and meet mom, and he created an immediate sincere connection. Once we moved Mom into Ramsey Memory Care we finally started to breathe a sigh of relief and ever since then we have no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision. Each and every person who works here is highly dedicated, loving, and caring. The environment is warm, friendly, cozy, very clean, comfortable and much more of a home-like atmosphere than any of the other places that cost the same if not more. The aides and the house manager create a loving environment and somehow meet each residents needs as an individual not as a group of patients. When Frank left Ramsey Care not too long ago, we were nervous that things might start to go down hill. However the new house manager, Dillon, is just as wonderful and I can't speak highly enough of each and every aide, and the activity coordinators, because these are truly the people who make Ramsey Memory Care different from all the rest.

Things are going well at Memory Care Living. It has been great. . .really a God send. It is a great fit for us. The staff has been wonderful and we are glad to have found the place.

I love it, absolutely love it. The people are incredible, they let dad go in and out as many times as he needs to. They send me pictures of him dancing and doing ordinary things. They have plenty of activities. They keep in touch with me, and answer all my questions. They were pretty comparable in price, and they don't nickle and dime you either. We really liked the fact that there are only 16 people, it's more home like and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and really try to let them be their own people. It always smells good, they cook there, and it smells so nice, they had fresh baked cake one day. The one issue is parking. They should have a ten out of five.

My mother lived Ramsey until she passed. I was pleased with the staff's attentiveness and communication with me. During moms experience she had nothing negative to say. A special thanks to Michelle who was her caregiver. Thank you!

My father moved in last month. I visit him weekly. When visiting I normally stay for lunch and activities. I have been impressed with the food and the staff involvement. I would recommend Memory Care Living to anyone with dementia.

I am in awe of the kindness, attention to detail, and cohesiveness of the staff. They are very respectful of the residents, visitors and each other.

My family and I are very pleased. The employees are very friendly and do an outstanding job. The facility is very clean and well kept. The cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone. We are just really pleased with everything.

This is a wonderful company. They work with each resident and guide them in doing things they’re interested in to keep their minds and bodies working. My mother is a very picky eater and she likes the food!! She also loves the staff like her own family. The operator is very knowledgeable about dementia. The activities program is the best I have experienced.

The staff at Memory Care Living are very friendly and professional. They are very attentive to all of mom's dietary restrictions. I have sat in on some of the activities and was impressed with the house involvement. They work hard to get all residents involved in daily activities. With increased activities I have seen a decrease in mom's depression. I give all the credit for my mom's happiness to Memory Care Living.

The staff is committed to personal care, Everyone there is friendly, dedicated, and treats everyone like family. My dad has been in 6 residences in the past year and a half and this is the only one I will recommend.

This was my final choice. a really different kind of place, small, like a group home instead of a facility. staff is awesome and very welcoming when I brought him yesterday. I have a very high confidence level that this was the best place for him.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Memory Care Living at Cresskill seemed like a very nice place, overall! The community was warm, friendly, and really felt like home. The rooms are a nice size, and it had a nice looking yard. It was just very inviting and comfortable feeling, in general!

We toured this facility and we could not find anything wrong with it. It was very clean, great location and the staff was very nice and they seemed caring. Unfortunately, we ended up going with assisted living instead. I would however, recommend this place to other people, who are looking for a great and safe place for their loved ones.

The staff could really get to know each resident as an individual. They do a great job looking after the people who live here, everyone seemed safe and secure.

It is excellent. It's going really well. It's clean and friendly, and they are attentive. This was much less expensive than a lot of the places I looked. I was glad they had an opening, a lot of these places have a waiting list.

I especially like the people, the smallness of it, the individual care. Everyone knows everyone. The one drawback right now is that the parking lot is a little small, but it's because of construction. The staff is excellent, I find no problems there; the food is excellent. The location is better than the previous location where we had him; it's 15 minutes from my home, very convenient. The activity director is excellent. She can do many things with many people at the same time. The gentleman that I have staying there is rather solitary and spends a lot of time reading by himself. But they have luncheons and parties, and he enjoys them. He is very comfortable there; he loves it. He basically likes the independence of not being on a lock down unit. Even though it is a lock down unit, he can go outside and walk around and get fresh air without someone being with him constantly. I'm very pleased with it. They've been more than cooperative. Anything I've asked has been done.

This is a smaller setting home like place. The staff are caring and attentive. They helped mom transition in her new home with such care. This place for my moms needs perfectly. Janice Taylor was wonderful and Marilyn is kind and knowledgeable. I know my mom is in the right place!! Thank you Dino DiPaolo at a place for mom for helping to lead me to these awesome people!
