Peregrine Senior Living

I would say the rooms and staff are nice. If there are issues, they are quick to rectify them. I picked this community as it was closest to my house and also the staff was very helpful and very friendly and understanding considering my mom's current situation.

Staff was very pleasant. They greeted dad with a friendly smile and made comments to me all the time how they lived his smile. Greeted him by his name. He felt comfortable.

I would say lovely people who are attentive and responsive and helpful. Community seems very nice for those that wish to take part in activities and events.

Our family had an in person tour with Peregrine Senior Living and at the time our loved one needed to move in, they did not have an opening. However the facility is nice and would have worked out wonderfully. It was very clean also, and the staff seemed very friendly and helpful to the other residents and they all appeared to be well cared for.

I think that overall Peregrine Delmar Place is a good place. I like the facility, although from what I hear, the food is very bad though and needs improvement.

It is a good place, but just had a bit of turnover of staff. And as soon as Mom moved in there was a rate increase and we were charged that increase. I would recommend Peregrine Delmar Place - but with eyes open.

Everyone at Peregrine Senior Living is very friendly and what is most important is that our loved one is happy there. The staff members are very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for the residents as well as interacting with them. Sometimes we do have to ask them to get things done, but whenever we bring up questions or concerns they are very receptive, they listen to us and do not make excuses which we really appreciate.

We really like the cleanliness of the community and the people there really do seem friendly. For us the location is very convenient which is very nice. We aren't allowed to go back and see the meals but from what we hear it sounds good. We do think they could improve on their little rules and quirks they have in place.

The place is a beautiful welcoming environment when you first walk in. Their activities are great (if you can get your loved one to participate.) The director is very responsive to any issues, some other staff not so much. I know they have had some turnover with staff which has been challenging also. For the most part i have been pleased with my dad's care.

I have been happy to have my mother at Peregrine. She’s been there for 8 months so far. The staff have been wonderful, the place is very clean, and they have activities going on all the time, including excursions in the summer. They are careful to keep Covid out. The only caveat I have is that there doesn’t seem to be a mechanism for communication, so I don’t know how my mother is doing. She seems fine when I visit, but it would be nice to have confirmation and a little detail.

They offer activites daily. It would be nice if they got the reseidents, more engaged in the activites. We picked this community, because of the friendliness of the people and price.

They gave us a good tour, but the facility really needs to be updated. We were not impressed, it felt dark and dingy. There was really no open spaces, it was just hallways and rooms.

My impression of Peregrine Salisbury was very favorable overall. It was a multi-level facility though, which I personally didn’t care for as it would not have been easy for my loved one with dementia to navigate.

Overall Peregine Senior Living has been a great place, it is expensive but it seems to really be right in line with other communities in the area. We have not had experience with the meals ourselves but when we talk to our loved one she says the are good. We are not sure what activities our loved one has participated in but we do see a different activities calendar every month. The community is very clean, and the staff to patient ratio is good. We do come at different times on different days and our loved one always seems to have the same aid.

We've had a relatively positive experience. Some of the staff is VERY good. They have a lot of activities and interact with the residents quite a bit. They make a real effort in a difficult job. Sometimes they're short on staff, which I understand is a common situation in these times. And once they're able to get staffing levels up, they'll be even better.

I would recommend Peregrine of Clifton Park. As a matter of fact, I have twice already.

This is a very nice place for our loved one. They have friendly and professional staff here. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The aides and nurses truly care about the residents and it shows. The staff communication with the family is very good. They are willing to talk about my loved one and answer any questions I have. Corn Hole, arts and crafts, board games, parachutes, walks around the building, outings, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in.
