First I was very skeptical about the reviews I read online but all were well over a year ago. When I visited the facility I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. I got there around noon and it was a delight to see all the patients happily chatting among themselves. I asked the lady who toured the building to us about the bad reviews and she admitted that they had some issues in the past but things have been on the right track. I felt for myself, how genuine every one was. My mother move in after two weeks and she is settling in very well. I am very happy for placing my mother at Brookdale

I went to this facility with a friend [name removed]. I was very impressed with what we saw, smelled, heard, and more importantly how we felt. It is a place to call home. We had already been to three or four facilities with in the area but this particular facility felt different. Right from the sit down session with their executive Director through the walk through of the facility. Every staff member that we walked pass stopped and introduced him or herself. The people living there were well kept and all appeared to very happy. We have made our decision and [name removed] mum will be moving there

We had a scheduled visit to Brookdale Fredericksburg and we were vey pleasss that we took time off from our busy schedule to do so. They had an amazing incentive going on at that time and that did not convince us but rather the caring nature of their team and how well organized they were. I know this might sound strange but my dad went back home to bring his check book because we did sign a contract the same day because Mum was being discharged from rehab. Mum has had a 180 degree turn since she moved to Brookdale Fredericksburg thanks to their amazing staff and the rehab team.

Love the cleanliness and [name removed] nature of the staff. Cost was also another reason why we choose Brookdale Fredericksburg

I was happy with the care that my parents received for a short stay. The community was clean and the staff was very nice. We did find that the community was a little disorganized. My parents stated that they did not always know if what they ordered would be available.The menu needs some small improvements and they need to make sure that the food does come out at a good time. The activities that they participated in were good .We would over recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My dad and his wife enjoyed their stay here and the staff and the administration have been great. They both fit in well and they enjoyed the activities and They especially like the Happy Hour and the entertainment. The community is beautiful and I am sure they would still be there had they not moved to Arizona to be closer to the family.

My Mom and I are very pleased with this community and the staff working here. Everyone is friendly, caring and there is a homey feeling here. There are so many great amenities here for the residents, a movie theater, game room fully stocked with things to do, a cooking club on Sunday's for those who like to cook. There are special events they had an Elvis impersonator. Mom likes going to the dining room and the menu has some good options. There's even a front porch with rocking chairs for the residents to sit and visit with one another. This community has the best value with the most to offer. I would also like to say that my advisor from A Place for Mom was great, she learned all about my mom and what I wanted for her and her follow-up was terrific.

I am pleased with the care my mom is getting here, she is joining in the activities and likes going to the special events they hold as well. Mom enjoys going to the dining room and visiting with the other residents. The community is very nice with a courtyard and my mom is doing great here.

We toured this community for the care of my father. The staff was nice and we liked that the community is new and a nice environment for care.We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

I like the care and the staff at this community who are nice and attentive to my mom's needs. We like the clean community and the atmosphere is very nice and positive for her. The meals are appealing and she seems to be pleased with the variety. They do offer my mom to participate in the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families wanting good care and a value for a loved one.

A wonderful facility. It guarantees an individual's independence. When I'm older, I would live there.

I liked this community and the staff was very nice! It was a pleasant experience.

We were able to find this facility for my mother as she began to require assisted living. We found the staff at every level to be friendly and caring. The staff was very helpful as my wife and I worked to get my mom from a rehab facility into Brookdale. Unfortunately, due to health problems which developed before she moved in, she passed away shortly after moving in. The staff again showed compassion and was of great assistance to us.

Loved this place as well but found one I likely equally as well much closer to home and my work place. I all works out this will be the place, otherwise I will go back to Paramount.

When we first moved my uncle into this community, he did not seem like he wanted to be there. After only a week, he was already fully adjusted and happy to be there. He always tells me that he really likes the people there. I am happy we were able to find him a good place!

Lovely newer facility. Professional, clean, spacious. Easy location. Great staff and nursing coverage. Rocco, is COO of Paramount, a Pittsburgh based Company. Smart and understanding. Good value for the money. Our number 1 choice.

It took some time for my grandmother to get adjusted to the community. The place is great and she has nothing but positive to say about it. The staff is amazing. They know her by name. The meals are great, we ate with her and met the chef. He seemed very involved and makes the residents separate food if they don't like what is on the menu. The apartment she is in is comfortable, she has a living room and kitchen separate from her bedroom.

The staff at Brookdale treat mom well. They offer daily activities and mom seems to like the food. They keep the community clean and moms room is nice. They have an open foyer with a piano. I would recommend this community.
