Paramount was a wonderful place and way better than most of the higher priced facilities. The management was very nice and easy to work with. I did have issue with the doctor. Being my mother's legal guardian, she was like a minor, so I was in-charge of approving or denying any medications and keeping all doctors on the same page as to what other doctors said. After her cardiologist said for her not to take a particular medication, the in-house doctor prescribed it. After I informed the nurse she was not to take the med per her specialist, it was given to her anyway against my instructions and with out my knowledge. This is not the managements fault, as with any facility, family have to stay on top of everything all the time. This the result of the poor communication between the doctor and the family. I never got to speak with the actual doctor, or his PA, NP, or one of the nurses, even though I requested several times and showed up when the doctor was suppose to be there....he never was there when I come during his scheduled visit times nor did he ever call me.

I placed my relative in Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township six years ago. She is still there and has thrived in the warm and supportive environment that Paramount provides. It is an exceptional senior residence, always smelling clean, with caring staff and good tasting food. I frequently ask my relative if she is happy there and she confirms, "yes, this is a great place for me to live."

Loved this place. Director showed me around and seemed to genuinely care. Nice feel to it. My loved one would fit right in. Definitely 1st on my list. Not far from our home. A win-win. Very pleased to have found it.

This is a beautiful facility, clean and well maintained.

The community is warm and welcoming. Every time we went in the staff was interacting with the residences, we've seen staff dancing with the residence when entertainment was there. We've been very pleased with the care all the staff has given our loved one. She was on a tight budget and they were able to accommodate her needs. We would highly recommend them to friends and other family members.

I knew looking for somewhere to move my parents would be hard, but I didn't realize how difficult until I had to in January. After looking at 8 places we were discouraged at what we'd seen until someone at church told us to look at Paramount. As soon as we walked in the door we found it to be warm and welcoming. The residents were all chatting in their living room and in another area they were singing along with music that was playing. Every person that worked there stopped and said hello as they passed. The building was well lit, clean and didn't have any smells. We found their prices very competitive compared with the others we'd seen, so decided to move our parents in, and have been happy with the care they've gotten since moving in. My parents rave about the food on a regular basis we found it good when we've had dinner with them.

I would give it a 5 star rating very clean,caring,happy,fantastic food,great people.

I liked the convenience to our home. I liked the staffing arrangements. did not like the 2nd floor living.

My mother was at this facility while we were on vacation. She says she would recommend this facility to anyone. Meals were excellent and all staff were kind, considerate and respectful. There were many activities available if you wanted to participate. We picked my mother up a day early expecting a one day refund, however I am told no refund is due to us even though we picked her up a day early.

I looked at many assisted living locations for my Mom but the wonderful staff sold me on Paramount! The Paramount management is doing something right because their entire staff go out of there way to make my Mom feel part of their family. The medical staff maintain a consistent schedule of administering meds and keeping family members in the loop. Paramount Assisted Living provides a clean environment and my Mom has more living space then her previous assisted living location. I cannot say enough good things about Paramount and I appreciate that peace of mind that my Mom is in a safe and loving environment ??

We were very pleased with this one, The rooms were nice size and had everything that you could ever what in the bathrooms lg. walk in shower, makes mine at home look like a cracker jack box. The fact that it is located next to a senior center is a plus. and the seniors living there are very friendly.

My daughter and I toured with the lovely [name removed] yesterday. Whitechapel is a beautuful community very warm, welcoming and friendly. Smiling faces everywhere. I would feel very secure knowing my mom was safe living here.

This place is wonderful. Very friendly and caring staff. Food is excellent, facility is clean and welcoming. My parents settled in better than expected. Best choice of all places we've seen.

My father was a patient in their hospice care unit & the entire operation is first class. The facility was always clean & well kept. The thing that really stood out was the friendly, professional staff. From housekeeping to the general manager everyone always went above & beyond to promptly remedy the smallest of concerns. While my dad’s stay at Paramount was very trying at times it was made a great deal easier due to his surroundings & interaction with staff & other patients.

I had a fabulous tour at Brookdale this morning! Everyone I met, both Staff and the residents were very kind and engaging people. The facility was bright and clean. Some residents were out in the community and others lingered in the dining room. As I was leaving, two musicians were beginning to entertain for the lunch hour. [Removed]was just terrific and made me feel welcome.

Nice facility, [Removed] gave me a wealth of information to consider for both respite and longer-term care. Staff engaged with residents, apartments were very clean and have a lot of natural light. Dining room is open and residents were engaged with others during the breakfast hour.

Positive changes in this place since 2 years ago. More services. More reasonable pricing. Still Expensive, though. Not for a small budget.

After a few bumps here and there, things are now in the right place for our parents
