Paramount Senior Living

She's getting good care here but it's extremely expensive. I wish it didn't cost so much and it's hard to watch her money disappearing with each monthly payment.

The management and staff at Paramount Senior Living/Chambersburg Road are very kind, patient, and respectful. The management was very honest and explained everything at a level that my parents understood. The independent living and rehab facilities are outstanding and the campus or property is beautifully maintained. Patients and residents (and their families) are treated with care and compassion. We are very pleased and very relieved that our parents are safe in a cottage there.

My diabetes is under control. I feel safe and well cared for. The nursing care is excellent.

I am always warm enough almost every person is nice to me. I enjoyed several new friends. I enjoy the protestant religious service.

Everything is good, well cared for. I feel very safe here. The staff is great! Staff is very solicitous.

My experience was amazing. [name removed] was unbelievably helpful , he gave me his full attention in helping me. The facility is very accommodating they are available to answer any question at anytime .. residents rooms are cleaned everyday. Staff very caring toward residents and family . Very happy with our choice ..

Overall experience is great, considering the circumstances. They do a good job with cleanliness. Almost all the staff is very kind and helpful. Most know her name on sight. I won't ruin the grade on a couple of them. They call with anything going on and pills seem to be on time. Mom is not to satisfied with half of the meals, but she isn't starving. There are plenty of religious visitors, but usually only 1 activity per day, mostly games. Value for cost I feel is good, with my limited knowledge of other facilities prices. It is expensive everywhere.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is very clean. They offer multiple activities and make sure everyone feels included. They foster resident friendships and welcome new people with open arms.

Very nice place you are kept up to date on what's going on with the person that is in there. Staff is friendly and very easy to talk to.

Overall, the experience has been very good. We picked this community, because it looked great and did not have time to check anywhere else. Only given 12 hour notice she had to go to another facility form Ohio. Supposed to give 48 hours notice for relocation, but the Ohio facility messed up.

[name removed] passed away [date removed]. The family was very happy with the experience and professionalism of the facility. Facilities were clean, well kept, with medical facilities on the premises, nice dining areas. Staff was caring and knowledgeable.

My father passed away in late June, by the way. Paramount of South Hills was an EXCELLENT place for us to spend his last year with him. From the administrators to the caregivers, they welcomed us like family here.

I feel like they really care about my grandfather and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The care at Paramount has been wonderful. The staff is caring and residents are well cared for. The food is very good and someone will help resident eat when needed. I would recommend to anyone with an aging parent.

My family toured Paramount after visiting several other senior apartments in the area. We were looking for a place for our elderly friend. Upon entering Paramount the first thing we noticed was how clean the building was and it smelled nice. Our tour was outstanding. [name removed], in the marketing department, was simply pleasant. She greeted us with a warm smile and bright eyes. She took her time with each of us and answered all our questions. Everyone made us feel very welcome, and the seniors seemed to be very happy. Everyone was very clean and dressed well. We chose Paramount for her. Elaine and the staff went over and beyond. Thank you Paramount.

I like the community and the workers. No complaints about anything at Paramount.

Things are going well! ( so far ??)! Paramount is a very clean place and the staff is fantastic! I couldn't ask for any more. The facility is very clean! The staff is very helpful, friendly,will to help with all my mom's needs. I would most certainly recommend Paramount Lancaster County to others.

Six month discount was great. Paramont is a very nice place. They gave us a special six-month discount. Then the monthly rate was $[removed] a month. Well then someone who took over in less than a year our cost were bumped up to $[removed]. Don’t know if we can sustain this. May have to make another decision

We moved my grandmother into this facility for a short term, 60 day stay. The staff was absolutely amazing and the nursing management communicated with me weekly about her status. She told us all the time how great the food was, and talked about her Bingo prizes weekly! The whole team at Paramount was just a dream come true, they made it so much easier for us during this time and once she was settled, we were quite comfortable with her there. I wish we could have kept her there long term, but she ended up moving out of state with other family members. Truly top tier care from my standpoint.

What our family likes the most about the community is that the staff has been very attentive and informative the entire time he has been there. They are always very friendly when we walk through. The facility is always clean and doesn't smell.
