Paramount Senior Living

The facility is beautiful, very bright and cheery. It's very clean and my mother said they clean her room very well on a regular basis. The nurses and aides are very nice and caring. The whole admission process was very smooth and [name removed] was wonderful! Overall my mother enjoys the meals. Her only complaint is sometimes she could eat more, especially meals that are her favorites. My mother's room is so cute and the maintenance department did a great job hanging the pictures and shelves to really personalize her room and make her feel at home. They provide a nice variety of activities for the residents as well. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a great assisted living community.

Dad has been living there since December of 2024 and likes it very much. I have recently visited and found it to be a nice facility. Clean well maintained staff is attentive and accommodating. My brother visits with my dad often and says so far they are a great fit for our dad.

Great leadership that includes coordination throughout the organization to match what they have for care with the limits of a patient's resources. The only thing they could fix they _are_ fixing which is keeping up with the daily maintenance. You can see it happening every time we visit. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience. This is some heart wrenching stuff to have to get through and they make it seem easy. That is worth all the world to me.

The people on the Dementia unit do not get to pick their meals, or have choices, like the Personal Care unit. They are all given the same entrée, unless they have food allergies. I find it is very difficult to speak with the Dr. on Staff, who visits once a week, but in a years time, I still haven't met him. The Med/tech girls working on the unit always call me with updates and if there's a problem, but after asking to speak with him, I've never had the opportunity. So, I would advise people to stay with their own Dr's and not switch to the facility Dr. Overall, positive for memory care, management is friendly and easy to talk with. Most of the Girls on the unit are very caring and helpful. No personal injury issues or concerns with my "Mom in Law".

The staff was fantastic! The place was very clean. The meals were very good . They tried to accommodate what ever you needed. Lots of Activities .

Our mother resided at Paramount for 7 months until her death in March. She was cared for with dignity, concern and love by the nurses, aides and receptionist. The support staff was very friendly and very supportive to the family and Mom. Mom enjoyed the food. Her apartment was clean. The biggest concern is the amount of time it takes to get lab results back. Mom had frequent UTIs. By the time collection was made and results returned, she often was feeling badly, especially if she became ill on Friday/Saturday, and collection wasn’t received at the lab until Monday. Perhaps the procedure is corporate mandated, but it needs improvement. The doctor/nurse, who visits weekly, could have been more receptive to family input regarding Mom’s health history, especially effective medication previously prescribed for frequent UTIs. A family member visited 4 days a week. Mom was happy at Paramount. We certainly appreciate the support staff. They are the reason for the 5 star rating.

I really had very little interaction. You may recall that I was in rehab myself when we made these arrangements. In general, I found the staff helpful and working to please. I also found them honest in their dealings.

We are very happy with Paramount. Staff is very friendly. Good value for your money - one price for personal care not tiered like most of the other places we toured.

Wonderful. Very clean and staff is caring. The residents in memory care, if able, get to attend all musical events and shows in the main area. The place is bright with windows and gardens. Yes, we would recommend Paramount Senior Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Facility and staff are very nice/helpful. Only looked at 2 facilities and this one had more room and larger bathroom.

I found them to be very attentive. Also, it's smaller than some of the senior housing, which allows them to put that attention on your loved ones as opposed to a place that's much larger.

Finding the right place for our 82 year old mother became imperative as her needs progressed. Our 84 year old father had been providing all of her care and it had become too much, as mom has Alzheimer’s related dementia. Paramount has been fabulous! Right from the start communication was open, friendly, and comprehensive. The staff is always available to answer questions. Best of all, we are confident that our mom is being taken care of in a safe, professional, and caring environment.

Very nice and engaged staff, but it does not have a skilled nursing unit.

My LO has been at Paramount for six weeks and has settled in nicely. The staff there are very friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility is kept very clean. We wanted a smaller facility (patient to staff ratio) and the size seems to be just right. As with anywhere, you need to be your LO’s advocate if something isn’t right but Paramount has immediately addressed all my concerns. So far so good!

5 stars all the way around! It is a great place and we were very happy with the care our loved one received there. The staff are very friendly and caring. A large number of staff too in the memory care unit. She was rather difficult to deal with, but the staff were always patient with her.

Staffing is good-they are very courteous to the residents-and communicate well with the families. The facility is very clean neat and organized - we have no regrets picking paramount

The daily care staff really care about the residents. There are ALL levels of care and everyone is loved and cared for equally. Rooms are nice sized with a counter (holds a personal fridge and small microwave) and has small sink and cabinet space just inside the room's door and the bathrooms have plenty of space for those using walkers or wheelchairs.

They have a very friendly staff, keep the place clean, and are helpful when I have questions about health problems. My mom enjoys living there, too.

I have never tried the food there, but it looked good. Everything else I experienced was at least 5 or better. I would highly recommend the place. Unfortunately, my dad was only there a short period of time before passing away.

She's getting good care here but it's extremely expensive. I wish it didn't cost so much and it's hard to watch her money disappearing with each monthly payment.
