This has been a warm welcoming place for my mom. It’s smaller than others but friendly and caring and seem to know my mom already even though she’s been there just over a month. The facility is clean. My mom is clean and likes it. Staff is friendly and informative.

Mom likes to participate in many of the activities offered at this community. The food is ok according to my sister in law and my mom does not complain about it. The staff are great I have not met anyone I do not like. The community seems pretty clean.

My rating is based on the assistance our family received in transitioning my mom. They made it as effortless as possible and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. As for the overall experience I would say it was great the activities and such I can only rate that on our experience over the last few weeks but it has been very good.

We placed mom there 2 weeks ago. Nursing staff, the director and all of the staff are doing a very impressive job. Mom is getting comfortable and I would recommend maple heights to others. The meals served are delicious. The food staff takes her diabetes seriously. Take a tour. You won't be disappointed.

Staff are friendly, the facility is nice and maintained well, and my dad seems comfortable.

Pops has been at Maple Heights for several months now and I have to say that it is nice being able to sleep at night knowing he is someplace safe. The staff is always friendly and when ever a situation arises that requires our attention we are notified very quickly. They let us know when he is having a difficult day, if he missed a meal, refused meds, or has experienced any other event that we need to know about. They are prompt in letting us know these things. I often see many of the residents socializing in the commons area and they all seem rather content with their surroundings. I also like that there was no buy in required to get Dad his apartment. All in all it is an above standard facility and doesn't have that hospital feel to it. The apartments are also larger than any others we have seen, even at high end senior living complexes. They are real apartments not just an over sized closet with a kitchenette. We have had as many of six visitors in his apartment and it was a comfortable visit. If you fail to take the time to check Maple Heights out, you have missed an exceptional opportunity.

I am impressed with the care, facilities and cleanliness. The staff is friendly, helpful. My dad has been here for 2 weeks, I really appreciate the way they manage the facility and care for the residents.

It's very quiet, clean and well run. However, it just came under new management/ was sold and there are indications that it is changing to a money-hungry company. For instance, no coffee refills at meals...

I was a very hands on participant during the time that my Mom was there. I was there every day and I did practically everything for her. They do not have a lock own memory unit and my Mom although she wasn't a flight risk at first, she couldn't even make herself a cup of coffee and I monitored everything she did. As time went on she got worse until eventually we moved her to the 3rd floor where the nurse and aids were centered. That was better but still I had to keep watch over the competency of the workers. Quite quickly my Mom went on hospice care and passed within 2 months. So.... I was ok with Maple Heights since my Mom's days were numbered and I was able to be involved every day, also a big thing was the cost. Very much lower than most. Another important thing... very important, is that they do not have a lock down unit. So technically no memory care. Good place for active to minimum elderly.

I find Brookdale to be what I need now.

The only reason I didn't give All fives is because there were staffing issues but they made the best of it and they were really nice people so it was easy to overlook that deficit by staffing issues. I mean nobody wants to work. They offer quite a few studios and one and two bedroom apartments as well. They also have an onsite medical team that we took full advantage of and that is the staff that was short handed. I thought it was reasonable too.

Based on the experience we have had so far, the friendliness and cleanliness of the facility is top-notch. The meals need improvement. They need to be served on time and hot. More activities are needed.

We picked this community because of the location. The activities needs to improve, and it would be nice if the had games, and exercises. Overall, it's a good place but they are short on activities.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately our experience here was very short, but we were pleased. I would definitely recommend Maple Heights to others.

Brookdale Delta seemed like a pretty good place based on our tour. We ended up going with another Brookdale that had more activities and social opportunities for our loved one.

It's a nice facility, but the food is not very good. We chose it because it was in our price range. It was the cleanest and nicest facility in our price range. I would recommend this facility to others and have.

My mother spent the final two months of her life in hospice care at Brookdale Delta, passing away just shy of her 101st birthday. We were very pleased with the kindness and competent care she experienced while there. She was very content and we couldn't have asked for a better environment in which she could have spent her final weeks. The only drawback was a somewhat chaotic experience we had with issues of billing, but I believe it was just a passing situation that has likely since been worked out. In the end, matters were fairly settled. We left with a good memory of my mother's time at Brookdale Delta and especially of the kind people who cared for her.

Nice place

My father is doing pretty well since his move to this community. I do feel he is safe, and in good hands. The staff is good. They are friendly when I visit, and have been helpful whenever needed. The community, and his room are well-kept when I visit. Everything is going well for us with his move to this facility, and it is one I would recommend to my friends.
