The staff were wonderful to my mom. Their care was great. The cleanliness was nice. Very caring and understanding folks. I would recommend this facility to others.

We were really impressed with the staff and their genuine care and concern for residents. Our family member had to leave for an extended hospital and nursing home period while being diagnosed with Lupus, shortly after moving in. Staff locked her room and they held it for her until her return. After being back for some time, she once again was in need of a short visit to the hospital for an infection and it was the staff that proactively sent her there for treatment. She got treated and is now well and happy "at home."

Mom is very happy, playing her piano with all her friends. The staff do not wear name tags so mom thinks they are all her friends. The staff is extremely helpful and caring for my mom. Very easy access to get in by ringing the doorbell and entering the front door. There’s always somebody to take you to the elevator to let you go upstairs to the second floor. The building is very clean and well kept. It’s wonderful to see all the residents sitting together, watching a movie or listening to music. They do not hang out in their rooms because they enjoy being together. It’s nice to know that my mom is happy and in a safe place.

There are many aspects of CTEMC unit that are excellent: the atmosphere of calm and peace, being able to walk around with many sitting rooms in which to relax, residents doing puzzles who love to share, the beautiful decorations and decor. The most superb of all are the caregivers. My visits are a struggle: my beloved spouse is declining mentally. This difficulty is greatly relieved by an amazing caregiver team who provide a very relaxing, warm and delightful atmosphere, with gentle guidance and redirection. The entire staff work hard to provide those who are so confused to smile and even giggle through their days. I'm very grateful.

I am very happy here at Karcher Estates. The staff is very helpful. They gave me a walker, a pretty shower curtain, bath mat, and a mat for the toilet.

Overall I think that Legends Park Assisted Living Community is a good place to be. As far as the food goes, it was rated lower because they seem to run out of certain items.

My mom loves it staff are really nice and personable they made sure she met people and had table mates for meals. She loves the activities and doing her paperwork the gentleman drove 2 hours so I could fill them out without missing work

I would say it is a nice facility. The facility is new and nice. The staff was wonderful and caring. Th only reason we moved our mother was due to low functioning residents that she. couldn't relate to. [name removed] and staff were all great!

My mom is a resident at Autumn Wind Assisted Living and so far it has been a great facility. The facility is clean and updated. Very clean. The staff seems to really care about the residents as well as their families. The meals are good quality. I would recommend this facility to family and friends, for sure.

My father was here for a short time due to his advanced dementia, however he was comfortable since day one. The staff foes above and beyond to keep it peaceful and happy for all of the residents who live there.

Newport Beach Memory Care is well run in all categories. The staff is kind & really takes the time to make the residents as happy & comfortable as possible. I also appreciate that all the rooms open directly to the common living area, long hallways can make life even more confusing.

We picked this community, because it was close to my house. Eveyone is very nice and they know me. It was a good experince. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Sandpiper Village has a very friendly, welcoming, and patient staff that answered all of my questions. Incredible activities director that is loved by the residents. And a clean and safe place that gave me peace of mind for my mom.

Living Court Assisted Living Community is a great and caring facility. They know all of their residents' names, and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

[name removed], the maintenance guy, is really on the ball. Mom calls him for an issue and he typically gets right on it, even helping with the TV. Mom does not care for the food at all. I would recommend Prestige Assisted Living at Eat Wenatchee to others looking.

They were there when we needed them. Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk personnel was not friendly or welcoming. Meal service brought up to room was in Styrofoam containers and not real plates (seemed a bit degrading). Common areas were painted grey and seemed depressing. They need a brighter color.

We picked this community, because of our past experience with this community and pricing. The facility is always clean and fresh smelling.I would tell a friend, how helpful and caring the staff was in my time of need. I would recommend to other families.

My sister lives at Sandpiper Village and overall, everything has been great! The activities are really good and the Activity Director is super. The dining room staff is very friendly and kind. The housekeeping is fair. The food quality is very good. The residents are friendly The apartments are spacious and updated. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

Almost all of the staff really care about their job and want our experience to be the best possible. Thus when a particular service is overwhelmed, other staff members or management jump in to help.

I only visit one to two times a week and my person has had numerous strokes. She is not able to eat "normal" meals and has had some serious physical disabilities. However I will say that she calls Prestige Assisted Living "home" and does seem really happy there. I have already recommend the Prestige Assisted Living community to other families and will continue to do so.
