The food gets a 3 only because my aunt doesn't like the food. She says there is very little variety. She gets tired of the same thing all the time. Not a lot of variety of activities and not age appropriate in being a challenge. They are under new management as of a few months ago and there is very good and active change happening by the day. I'm excited about their future. Overall I couldn't ask for a better place for my aunt to be. I am so blessed to have found them AND you as well for helping me. I have referred numerous people to both Karcher AND a place for mom. Thank you and I'm so sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

Newport Beach Memory Care came highly recommended, and has since become a very good fit for my brother who suffers from dementia. It’s an intimate, relaxed, quiet, and clean environment. The staff is always friendly and professional. I’m very pleased with the level of care.

Everyone is great! Staff and residents are very friendly.

One frustration I had was that when I would call, the phone just rang and rang until the call dropped. If someone did answer, they didn't identify the facility name, nor did they identify who I was speaking with. As a client services representative in my banking career, I find that to be very unprofessional. I never knew up front if I dialed the correct phone number, or to whom I was speaking to? [name removed] and [name removed] were very warm and sympathetic of my dad's passing, and our family received a nice card in the mail shortly after we lost him.

Size, services, convenient location. I didn't check any other facilities as I was convinced this was a good fit and they had a room available.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and helped the moving in process. The refrigerator stopped working soon after moving in and the staff was very helpful in getting a newer used fridge. The food offered is nutritious and delicious at the same time. The one issue which would be a great "update" is a washer and dryer in each cottage. They do have an adequate laundry facility and help from the staff which helps tremendously. The staff also offers cleaning support each week. Overall, it's a great place to live.

The facilities are nice and well-kept. The staff are responsive to needs, especially [name removed]. She is a gem. My parents are very happy with Karcher.

[name removed], business office manager here at KAL is such a kind lady who is always willing to help us residents with everything thing. Sometimes we are asked to provide information to insurance, or Drs. and most of us are not in the computer world, [name removed] gladly helps and does it in a lovely way. I appreciate her more than I can say.

My experience is in the memory care unit. My [age removed] old Mother with dementia has been there nearly 3 months. The individual, Private bedrooms are a good size (twin or double bed, a chair, small dresser) also a good size clothes closet. You can choose a private room and bathroom OR a private bedroom with a Jack N Jill shared bathroom. The memory care unit is much smaller and has fewer people then the assisted living part which runs more like a hotel style. Both areas have inviting Outside areas to share with family or other patients. They keep the common areas clean and regularly clean patients rooms. The staff is the best part for me. Warm, friendly, companionate, patient and work VERY hard to meet everyone's needs. They keep them involved and engaged. They have provided my father and I with so much comfort knowing mom is well taken care of. I believe their prices are in the mid range for our area in the Central Valley. The facility is month to month, no leases to commit to. Oh and also family can visit at all hours. We've been very pleased at our choice. Also thank you to A Place for Mom for giving me a place to start during an extremely stressful time. You can't know how helpful

I feel outside cobwebs and windows could be better kept. However, what we like the most about Homewood Assisted Living is that they all work together to make the experience pleasant for all their residents. We did have to move my FIL to a memory care place recently and the staff at Homewoods were very understanding and helpful in that process. They provided me tools, guidance and resources and stressed that I take my time in finding the right place for him. During that time all staff were on high alert, making sure he stayed safe and providing the extra care he needed until we found him the care he needed

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They really try to make things work for everyone. My Aunt and my Mother-in-law are both residents, assisted living and senior living, both are very happy and like the community very much. It's a good facility with really great staff

Facility is warm and inviting. They work hard to make it appealing and homey with seasonal decorations. Staff is very caring and accessible. I definitely recommend Kalispell Assisted Living! Love the facility but especially the people there.

I can’t say enough good things about Sierra Basin. The staff is so loving and caring. My husband was cared for here for over a year until he passed, and they treated him with so much kindness and respect. I visited every day for a few hours, and the staff became like family to me. The first few months were a little rough because management wasn’t great, but once [name removed] started working there, everything changed for the better. She genuinely cares about the patients, and you can see how much the caregivers and families appreciate her. The facility is very clean and well-kept, and I would absolutely recommend it for your loved one. They made a difficult time much easier for us, and I’ll always be thankful for that.

We have been very happy with Hearthstone. It would be a 5 for all. Very friendly staff, the facility is not luxurious but clean and well cared for. Comfortable and attractive surroundings, nice people. It's a good place. Highly recommend.

Approaching the southern end of of Pendleton is this attractive facility off highway 395 with beautiful landscaping. The residents and staff are very friendly and caring, for anyone interested living in a assisted living community. It would be highly recommend [name removed]

I have been so positively overwhelmed with my experiences so far with every at Mountain Living, from residence to staff. [name removed] and her husband Tim have been a blessing over and over again. Thank you so much

I have lived here almost a year next month and have made many friends around the community. The staff is great and so much fun. We also have wildlife and I love to go out and feed the squirrels every day.

The staff is super friendly, inviting and very helpful! I was invited to have lunch with them on the last tour I did. Food was amazing! Highly recommend to anybody trying to find a safe, friendly, and fun place for a loved one or yourselves to live!

I want to say that [name removed]does a great job! She is the best I have ever had and I have been in 3 different communities. I would recommend [name removed]to any residents. I would also like to say the marketing lady, [name removed], is very helpful.
