This living facility is amazing, all the staff is so friendly! They make it literally feel like home. Michelle gave us a tour of the whole building, she is so friendly and welcoming! Amazing place and amazing people!

I would recommend it to others.

We looked at numerous places before deciding on Karcher. They were the clear leader in our decision and have not failed to disappoint. Since movingly my aunt in, we have discovered a few disappointments like the food is not the greatest, the shortage of parking, and the bus consistently breaking down, AC not working great, and problems with the roof. However, they are already on the ball to fix everything. What I love the best is the people who live there are ALWAYS priority number ONE. Anything and I mean anything we have needed from a doctor to a dolly to repairs to her falling to advise on issues of aging to anything has been resolved quickly and taken seriously. This was a big move for my aunt. Not only into an independent living facility but a new state as well. She went from completely independent and trying to make it on her own to me AND Karcher constantly looking out for her. I cannot say enough good things about Karcher Estates, they have been an answer to prayers.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Mom was at Expressions for about a year, overall the experience was very good but I cannot say enough about the staff that cared for her. They want above and beyond all expectations', I miss them all and would absolutely recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I would highly recommend Prestige. It feels like a family with residents, visitors and staff. I can't say enough how greatful I was with our Overall experience. My family and I were always welcomed.

I would give 5 on all of the above. We couldn't be happier. We like the fun way they exercise, with beach balls. The music in the building is always pleasant. The entertainment they bring in suits everyone. The food is balanced and yummy. In just 2+ months our father in-law is acclimating better than anticipated and we truly couldn't be happier.

Autumn Wind Assisted Living Community is a nice facility and is well kept. The staff is friendly and any needs of the family are quickly taken care of. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff seems very helpful and they try hard to blend new and existing residents in the dining room and for many of the activities. They have a new activities director who seems nice and enthusiastic. They just re-painted the pool this spring and they keep the grounds looking very nice and clean.

Our loved ones care was great while he was there. WE were very happy with everything and everyone. They were always great to work with and provided good care to the very end.

I would say they were very helpful in my time of stress and care ing for her while she was in need of care and comfort.

The staff is very friendly and creates a very nice atmosphere, housekeeping is pretty minimal. The move-in process was easy and they completely redo each of the apartments before you move in and the meals are excellent, really good quality. I eat there with my sister and it's great. I would highly recommend the facility.

From what I have heard from my loved one, everyone has been very welcoming. She really likes the food and she is enjoying the views of the grounds and is looking forward to walking outside when the weather warms up. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The facility is nice and the staff is attentive/knowledgeable.

From the first day we toured the facility two years ago to present, my opinion has not changed about the care provided by Expressions. I toured several facilities for my mom who is in advanced stages of Alzheimer's and Expressions was significantly superior. The facility is clean. Beds are made every day and bathrooms and common areas are always sanitary. We are consistently warmly welcomed during visits. The residents are showered, well groomed and in clean clothing. When we first moved mom in, she was scared, they took the time to calm her and redirect her. They provide activities, manicures, crafts, sing a longs and outdoor walks and outings. Although we don't eat meals there, we go often during dinner time and the food is above average. I highly recommend Expressions for anyone who is in the position of needing a safe, caring place for their loved one.

The staff were wonderful to my mom. Their care was great. The cleanliness was nice. Very caring and understanding folks. I would recommend this facility to others.

We were really impressed with the staff and their genuine care and concern for residents. Our family member had to leave for an extended hospital and nursing home period while being diagnosed with Lupus, shortly after moving in. Staff locked her room and they held it for her until her return. After being back for some time, she once again was in need of a short visit to the hospital for an infection and it was the staff that proactively sent her there for treatment. She got treated and is now well and happy "at home."

Mom is very happy, playing her piano with all her friends. The staff do not wear name tags so mom thinks they are all her friends. The staff is extremely helpful and caring for my mom. Very easy access to get in by ringing the doorbell and entering the front door. There’s always somebody to take you to the elevator to let you go upstairs to the second floor. The building is very clean and well kept. It’s wonderful to see all the residents sitting together, watching a movie or listening to music. They do not hang out in their rooms because they enjoy being together. It’s nice to know that my mom is happy and in a safe place.

There are many aspects of CTEMC unit that are excellent: the atmosphere of calm and peace, being able to walk around with many sitting rooms in which to relax, residents doing puzzles who love to share, the beautiful decorations and decor. The most superb of all are the caregivers. My visits are a struggle: my beloved spouse is declining mentally. This difficulty is greatly relieved by an amazing caregiver team who provide a very relaxing, warm and delightful atmosphere, with gentle guidance and redirection. The entire staff work hard to provide those who are so confused to smile and even giggle through their days. I'm very grateful.

I am very happy here at Karcher Estates. The staff is very helpful. They gave me a walker, a pretty shower curtain, bath mat, and a mat for the toilet.

Overall I think that Legends Park Assisted Living Community is a good place to be. As far as the food goes, it was rated lower because they seem to run out of certain items.
