I love the ambiance, the friendliness of the staff and the love and care our loved one receives. The leadership team made the move in process so smooth and painless and the team consistently proves how they support and care for our loved one.

My aunt invited me to their free Sinatra event last week, and it was an absolute blast! We had so much fun listening to "Sinatra" perform all his classic hits. My aunt and I enjoyed some of the best tri-tip burgers together, making it a truly memorable experience. The staff at New Perspective Long Grove really went above and beyond—they were dancing with the residents, stopping by to chat with us, and even hosted a raffle! I'm so glad we chose this community for my aunt. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, and they definitely know how to have a good time!

New Perspective in Mahtomedi is a wonderful memory care option for those who would benefit from a smaller and quieter setting. The community, which is comprised of 2 single-level cottages, is nestled in a lovely wooded area.

The activities were fine. They just didn't have nearly enough of them… And the clock the cost was twice what we are repaying now. Based on the experience we have had with New Perspective, we would recommend them to other families

[name removed] was absolutely great to work with. During this crazy, overwhelming, heartbreaking situation. She made sure everything was set in place, which made us feel comfortable. I will give salida woods five stars!!

I recently toured this community for a loved one relocating from Rochester to the Minneapolis metro area. This is a stressful move as my loved one has been in his current setting for over 35 years. The community was super clean and [name removed] the sales director was patient and made us feel very welcome. We will be moving our loved one in [date removed].

I am here only 8 months now, but first impressions mean a lot to me, and I was taken aback by how grand everything appeared. I love my apartment that provides the necessities needed to make living here worry free. The staff I've met are friendly, informative, and supportive. They also provide a monthly ambitious schedule full of activities/opportunities to participate. I am so glad my son found new perspective for me!!!

They went above and beyond with my move here, my care from the staff and nurse is excellent. administrator is very understanding and easy to talk with about anything that comes up. activity lady here keeps me and the residents going at all times. Food is excellent with the limited types I can have.

I would definitely recommend New Prespectives to others. Our experience was right as Covid was ending and the place was reopening. Much of the building had been refurbished so the rooms/apts were beautiful. The Director had been fired so the transition of finding a replacement did have an affect on the staff but we felt they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. The temporary Director was in the process of "cleaning house" which was desperately needed (as we were touring the place we came upon 2 employees that were napping in separate incidents. Unfortunately during this much needed cleaning the cook/chef either left of was fired but the temp direct as well as the mgmt staff pitched in and the food was always good and hot. There were several activities available for residents such as bingo, crafts, social hour, movies, day trips to shopping, restaurants, zoo, etc. The residents were mostly happy despite the house cleaning which was disrupting their lives. The garden patio is beautiful! The only negative(s) I can think of is the non refundable entrance fee of a $[removed] is quite high. And the lack of honesty with mgmt during the application process, although it is my understanding that those individuals were replaced.

Visited New Perspective. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Each person has a role and works very hard. Appetizers were wonderful. I did tour and the apartments are spacious. I would recommend people to visit this community.

I moved into New Perspective a few months back. They have helped me so much and made me feel so safe. I have bonded with a great group of women at different activities and the staff has been beyond helpful in my transition. There is a great sense of community here.

I have been a resident at Westlake Woods for 4 months. The staff tries to be responsive to resident needs and unplanned absences and turnover have a demise impact on that.

Most important is from the director Rachel stave to the aids and food staff are caring humans!!! The experience has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend this location as staff and property are amazing. Even now in memory care it is the best possible place they could be! I am very comfortable giving them the highest marks. The food is amazing and they go to the pub for lunch and what looks like a restaurant for dinner. The menus and specials are awesome! There are activities for both the independent living and the memory care residents.

They worked over and above to get my Mom in the best place for her. Everyone is friendly, and puts in the extra effort to make Salida Woods a favorable environment to enjoy the best days of their lives!!!

I recently visited my dad and we sang along to songs together as a singer strummed the guitar. It made me happy to see my dad out about and enjoying the live music. Looking forward to field trips soon.

I cannot say enough good things about Richland Woods! We moved my Grandma to Richland Woods from a Personal Care Home. She is so happy. She has made so many new friends. The activity department has something for everyone. The food is delicious. The staff is so nice and caring. The building is very clean and feels very homey. We couldn't be happier we made the decision to move to Richland Woods!

I recently moved a loved one here and he loves it. Great amenities, great food, and lovely staff. It is close to many stores and they have a bus for shopping trips. I would recommend New Perspective West Bend to anyone who is looking for a place to live!
