Amazing support! We were clueless going through this process. Thank goodness for their support, guidance and advice. Within an hour we had tours set up in local memory care homes. Advice on what steps to take, help with how to get them to the home without aggravating or upsetting our grandparents. We would not have been able to navigate finding a suitable place, documentation or understanding what was happening with our grandparents and their dementia. Any questions we had, they were there. Amazing follow-up!! Highly, highly recommended!!

The love and care the Director and all of the staff show my Mom and the other Residents is genuinely straight from their heart. I have traveled abroad since helping Mom move in two months ago. I trust them 100% unlike a different facility she had been living at in New Bern. The Courtyards at Berne Village Management is exemplary. Food is perfect and cooked by real chefs, activities and outings keep them so busy. My brother and I are just so thankful that we moved Mom into Courtyards at Berne Village!

Mistywood has been a great living accommodation for my mom. It gives her all the help she needs and the freedom to do the things she wants to do and can do.

I recently had my 98 year old mother there for respite care after having her at a more expensive rehab facility in Hoover. I was extremely pleased with their attention to her and how nice everything was. They really went above and beyond for her while even knowing she was only there for a short period of time. My mom has been there for about 7 months and we have been very happy with the staff. We have had some things that required attention but the staff has always been responsive. No place is perfect but being able to work with staff is very important! The residence is kept clean and the property well maintained. Very close to the hospital.

I’d give Legacy even more stars!! The staff is amaxing...more like family. Excellent care and delicious food! They know my name and don’t hesitate to stay in contact. I highly recommend Legacy at Bear Creek!

Sheldon Park Senior Living Memory Care was incredible. It felt like caring, family members were taking care of my father. I was able to build positive relationships with my father's caregivers and nurses. They always kept me in the loop on what was happening. I especially enjoyed their monthly support group for families. It offered valuable information for me on dementia and my tools for working with my father. It gets my highest recommendation.

My parents moved into MG In July and are pleased with their decision to do so. So am I. I researched several facilities around Anthem and the north and west Phoenix area.

The time came when my mother could no longer live by herself in her home of 56 years after my father passed and we needed to find a place that was small and intimate enough for her to be comfortable and yet met all her needs. The Pines of Newmarket fit that bill perfectly. She was nervous at the beginning being in such a new situation and they were so very helpful making her feel comfortable and right at home. She just loves it there now and tells everyone that is touring the home that it is the best place to live. They take excellent care of her and it's so nice to go and visit and see how happy she is. They also have a Facebook page and post pictures of the residents and I always see mom right up front enjoying the activities. I am definitely glad that we found the Pines of Newmarket

Friendly staff and a well maintained facility. My Mom, who requires full services, appears to be receiving good care. My wife and I visit five times a week so this review is more than just a casual observation.

My family member is doing well at Merrill Gardens, Santa Maria. The entire building is immaculate. The food services are great. Great effort is made to provide stimulating and enjoyable activities. The grounds are lovely...quiet, secure, and beautiful with numerous places to sit out in the fresh air. There is a pool; aquatic exercise is offered. There are two libraries, and there is computer access for those who do not have a personal computer. Every effort is made to create and upbeat and welcoming environment. It is not inexpensive, but the cost is less than half the cost of any facility in Santa Barbara or Santa Ynez. Fresh coffee, warm cookies, and bags of freshly popped popcorn are waiting in the lobbies all day!

My mother in law, age 96 has been there since [date removed], after some initial adjustments it has become her new home. Her care is exceptional very caring and attentive. Bridgecreek keeps the family involved and informed of any changes both medically sand socially. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home for a loved one.I'm

Warm and inviting. [Name removed] was very knowledgeable about challenges seniors face and what the progression of dementia looks like and how to successfully go about transitioning our family member out of their home situation. Comfortable with medical staffing, liked the Bridges program for engaging assisted living residents with memory care group. Restaurant menu, lots of activites. Centrally located for us. Nice patio area, library and theater room.

Gorgeous place, a little more than we could afford

The Experience from very first day has been Great! I really hesitated at first but it was the best decision.

My 89 year old Mom has been living at the Legacy at Bear Creek since April of this year and she loves it and so do we! I visited 12 different facilities to find just the right place to meet my Mom's needs. Legacy was my last stop on this journey and when I met with [name removed] on my first visit, his enthusiasm and personal care sealed the deal. I invited my husband on a second visit and if [name removed] was an accurate representation of the spirit of the rest of the staff, then we have found Mom's home. Six months later, we have not been disappointed. The entire staff from care givers, nursing team, and leadership [names removed] are phenomenal. They love on Mom every day. [Name removed] even brings his dog to see my mom to brighten up her day. I LOVE this place because of the caring people. Meet with [name removed] before you make a final decision for your loved one's next home.

My life at Merrill Gardens has been very pleasant. There are more than enough activities to keep me busy, the food is fantastic with many options and the freedom to eat when I wish. All this and the independence to choise what and where I wish to be involved. My dog is in heaven as there so many people who love to pat and both of us take advantage of chearful and bright public spaces. Thank you for providing us with a safe place to live an independent and and active life.

I liked the size of the rooms better, but we get rain a lot in NC and you have to go outside to get to the dinning hall, and to participate in any activities, also the community was open to anyone who drove in, could potentially pick up a resident.
