Does not have skilled nursing home facilites but the all emcompassing services would adequately meet our needs. Bright, cheery, clean, aesthetically inviting and home like, with a caring staff. The residents loved the food and liked being in this facility. The director and staff seemed willing to step in to help my in-laws with specific concerns and transitions. They did not mind helping making sure they would be involved in challenging adjustment. They wanted to be the ones willing to enforce policy and let us have a pleasant relationship with my in-laws. LOve the place and hope the visit to the one in ANderson is a great one. Due to medical associations we really need to focus on ANderson. We are not ruling this place out but we need to see if Anderson would please us as much as the Seneca facility.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to the resident and family. Am fairly pleased with the resident's care and would recommend the facility to others. Most of the time, the response to questions and concerns is in a timely manner. However, there has been difficulty getting the medication orders reviewed and corrected. Perhaps because the facility is short staffed? The biggest concern is that a gate in a courtyard does not lock, allowing a resident to leave the facility at night, and staff not being aware of the resident's absence. This doesn't seem like a good elopement policy. The corporate office agreed to install a lock on the gate, but I have not been notified if it has been installed. I'm pleased it is being addressed. Other than that, it has been a good experience for the resident and the family.

Overall I am satisfied with the care that my wife gets. I have a few complaints. It took 2 days for her to get toilet paper and her toilet does not flush properly and that has been like that for over 10 days. It takes over 45 minutes for her to get her food

They are awesome and friendly. They are right on top of things. [name removed] one of the chef's knows what my mom likes, and will fix something that she will eat. They do try to get my loved one involved with the activities. It's cheaper than the other options around and the room has more space. They do allow pets.

The staff at Oaks look in on my mother 3-4 times a day to make sure she's doing okay. They stay in contact with our family - they call and give us updates, which helps a lot when you can't come and visit every day. We've been very pleased, and she seems to be doing well there. She has improved from when she first moved in, has been getting involved in activities, and we just see a more positive look to her.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience it was just not what we were looking for

The community is a good place. The employees stay and seem to be loyal and have been around a while. There is a transition due to the community being bought out by another company. They have a new activities director. My loved one likes the community and everyone is very nice to them.

My mom was put on end of life, and I was able to get in and see her and she has bounced back. The community wasn't as quick about getting back to me or hospice, and they have lost their memory care coordinator. They weren't able to feed my mother, and the staff kept trying to help her. The staff didn't reach out to me and let me know about it. I saw this through a video chat, and could see that my mom was very weak. I went in for two hours for four days and noticed that I was able to help her eat and she bounced back. I let hospice know via a screen grab from the video chat and they could see that something was majorly wrong. We were able to get a partition in and we did a declaration of end of life. I didn't like that the community kept pushing me towards an in house hospice, as I wanted to use an outside hospice agency. This community is much better than the previous community she was at. Once an issue is addressed with [name removed] it is fixed immediately, but you have to be on your toes. I appreciate he is available at anytime I call. [name removed is the activity director and she is amazing. She bought a golf cart out of her own pocket to take the residents around the parking lot. I took puzzles up, and mom wasn't able to do the puzzles. [name removed] asked if she could take the puzzles out for other residents to finish them, and then she shellacked the puzzles and put them up on the walls. After speaking to [name removed], I was able to order a block with beads and letters and my mom loves it and keeps my mom busy and allows her to fiddle with something.

Things are going really well for my dad at The Residences at Park Place. He is settling in nicely. It is a very clean and well-kept community. The staff is very friendly and taking good care of my dad. The food is not bad, I have dined there for meals with my dad, they could spice it up a bit with more variety of the choices provided. They offer activities for residents who wish to participate. They have a community bus for shopping trips and Dr. appointments. Benches and rocking chairs are available to sit and relax outdoors. We feel that we made the right choice at The Residences and they are providing the care we expected for my dad. I would definitely recommend this community to others for quality care.

we liked this place also. very similar to #2. a bit less organized. beautiful buildings, clean, very friendly staff. very nice.

A Place for Mom was very helpful giving me a list of reputable assisted living facilities. We found the perfect place for my Mother at The Reidences at Park Place. She's been there three weeks now and we're very pleaed with our choice. Thanks for your help!

The community was very well organized yet homey. Everything about it was real and casual. Great energy and smiles on everyones faces.

We liked this community when we toured, but my sister passed out while we were there and ended up in the hospital. When she was released, they would no longer accept her.

They’re very friendly. I had to get involved in some things to get things done. For the price they shouldn’t have to worry about little things like stoppers in the sink or fixing closets. The director is a very good guy and I think he’s doing a good job.

My mom was previously a resident at Oaks at Seneca. The girls were amazing, they loved my mom and really treated her like she was their mom. During her last days, I spent most of the days with her, I left to go home and shower when I would come back one of the girls were sitting with her. I just wasn't impressed with the few that were in charge.

The food can be improved, based of the age of people that are there. Some of the food looks good, but some of the older people don't know what they are being served.The staff are not very patient or do what they are supposed to do, so they could improveon those things.

The head nurse is terrible. Most people are good but understaffed like everyone else. Overall, Mom likes it.
