I love living here! It's just a good place to live. The people are nice and cordial and I've been here a long time.

I've been here a long time and it's very nice. I have lots of friends here an it's a very congenial place. I really enjoy playing bingo with everyone every week.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very clean community with very nice people. Even though it was not the place we ended up choosing for our loved one, we would of been happy having them move in to Oaks at Greenwood.

All staff is very nice and friendly. Meals are very good. Mom loves to do activities. Care service is great.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great, it would of made a second great choice but they did not have a memory care unit and we felt eventually our loved one would be headed in that direction.

My loved one, just seems very happy there and really likes the staff.

Oaks at Greenwood is an Awesome facility with Great, caring staff and tasty food. I would highly recommend Oaks at Greenwood for assisted living. My mother-in-law went there to their assited living facility after rehab for transitional care.

Nice facility and friendly and compassionate staff. They have lots of activities for the residents. I have eaten there a number of times and the food is very good.

We have not had the experience to sit and eat a meal with our loved one in the dining room, but when we do come to visit they seem to enjoy the food. We aren't sure how much our loved one is participating in the activities, but based on the chart we can see they have a lot going on. The value for the money is great.

We have had a much better experience than [facility name removed]. It is a really great place and it feels there is a lot of mutual respect between residents and staff there, it is just a very positive vibe. I would recommend to others looking.

I'm very happy with them. I've been very pleased with the care and the comfort that they provide. They made it very clear, if there's' anything at all that you need, press that call button. And the vast majority of the time they're right there responding to those calls. My loved one tells me the food is good overall. She loves breakfast, but she said that lunches and dinners are starting to go downhill a little bit recently. As far as activities, I know they do manicures once a week, bingo, and they often have outings on the bus/van. They celebrate all the different holidays, and they do celebrate them very well and make them special for the residents, even the smallest little holidays. If there's any opportunity to celebrate, they do. I made a suggestion to the activities director that they could send the activities calendar to the family members too so we can encourage our family members to attend the events.

I would recommend this community highly. I would also recommend families be aware of the limitations of the community. My loved one was welcomed by the community. The services weren't discussed by the them. The community requested my loved one be removed within the first three weeks of my loved one being welcomed into the community. This is because my loved one declined quickly, and it was a termatic move to the next community. I wish they would have told me all this, prior to her moving in.

Everything seems clean when I have visited in the past. The staff is always friendly and when you ask a question, they seem to do what they can to give you an answer or find one if they don't have it. The care has improved a lot since we first moved our loved one in. They do seem to offer a lot of activities for residents to participate in. The director is a very caring person and I have very much enjoyed working with him.

My mother has been at Morningside of Seneca for over 12 years. I have to say that over the last few months I have seen a lot of improvements since [name removed] has been the Director. I have seen an improvement in the quality of the new staff hired within the last few months. The buildings and grounds are also looking a lot better. The staff really cares about the residents and do everything they can to make my mother feel loved and special. I would highly recommend Morningside of Seneca

My mother in law moved from California to Seneca SC before she moved my husband and I went to many other assisted living areas. The Residences at Park Place was far better in all categories. When she did move here we took her to the places and she fell in love with this one. She moved in 3 years ago things are really getting to be even better. The care that we have was great. They keep watch over all residences in the building. How they do it is remarkable. The activities director ([name removed]) makes sure people are enjoying themselves and even keep their minds working. The whole staff from the director [name removed], business man. [Name removed], nurses and medical updates [name removed]. I can't say anything bad at all. Mom passed the beginning March everyone came to her room to comfort her and family. It was a beautiful sight to see how caring this staff is. All praises to the full staff. And a Very big THANK YOU! You are the greatest

I was surprised that an assisted living looked the way this one does on the inside. This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever toured! Staff seemed pleasant. It was also good to know that they had an RN on staff. I'm looking forward to speaking to my father about what is obviously the best option for him.

Beautiful facility with great activities.

Everything went great there. Unfortunately, a week after my father-in-law came here he passed away but a place for mom was a great help, everything went really well there, it all was great. The first day he participated in an activity but after that he wasn't able to. Everything went well, they were really welcoming, they made him feel at home right away and the food was great, really great. This was like a breath of fresh air and the people we saw were great.
