Very happy with the staff and facility. They do the laundry and keep the rooms picked up for the residents. Hair salon on site. Variety of activities. Love their activity director. Manage medications well. Communicate well. Love sitting with the residents up front. Great place.

I know list of the employees that were there are no longer there so I'm not sure how it is now. However, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We have been very pleased with our experience at The Oaks. I feel they really care about their residents and take good care of them. When I have had questions or needs for my mom, they have responded quickly and appropriately.

The staff are very caring and the facility is very homey. My mother loves her home there.

What we like the most about Oaks at Greenwood is the friendly staff and we would strongly recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Food was better Monday to Friday. Weekends seemed to be high school cafeteria style. The staff seem very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend Oaks at Greenwood to others looking.

The staff, especially the care staff, are easy to contact and always respectful of my mom and myself. They go out of their way to accommodate the patient's needs. I am blessed to have found the Residences, and practically at my front door. While I haven't actually eaten there, my mom hasn't complained and when I was there during meals, it smelled delicious. From what I have seen, the portions are generous.

The community is always very clean and the staff members are so welcoming! They treat every one like family and it is obvious the staff cares deeply for each patient. The food is obviously better than most and activities are always exciting!

I was visiting with my aunt for the holidays and I was very impressed with my experience at oaks. Every staff member spoke and made me feel welcome. My aunt has made so many friends and even introduced me to a few of them. I am very grateful she has a place like this.

They get 5 stars on all except for the value, it is a little pricey, but a great place. Everyone is really nice and easy to work with. The meals that are provided have a good variety. The hard wood floors are a huge plus for those in wheelchairs. I would recommend Oaks at Seneca , again it is a great facility and great people.

We immediately liked it! The price was right and a plus that they do not "add on" expenses for administering medication. That's included in the cost. Location was convenient to family and our Mom even knew several tenants there.

Loved the support we got there. I'm not used to cost/ comparison. But this was tough for what he draws. Director was awesome as well as the activities and routine. Based on the experience we have had so far with Oaks at Seneca, we would recommend this community to other families.

We recently began the process of looking for respite or long-term care for my grandfather and I literally had no idea where to start. I reached out to [name removed] at The Oaks and we scheduled a lunch date. I am so happy that I did!! She is so knowledgeable in her field and I really felt that she cared about helping me, but also about what is best for my grandfather. After our lunch, I reached out to her multiple times with questions about Pops’ long-term care insurance coverage, financial questions, and just general frustrations/emotions with being a caretaker for my grandfather. Over the next few months, Pops was in and out of the hospital and she consistently reached out to me to check on him/us. When it’s time for him to move in somewhere, I know without a doubt that we’ll choose The Oaks for him. Also a bonus—[name removed] works there now and we had an amazing experience with her at her previous place of employment.

I really love the feeling of this community. It’s feels like a bed and breakfast and is beautifully updated. The residents seem to be very happy and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. I’ve also had the food their dining services coordinator has made, and she can cook!

I am currently working with [name removed] to move my Dad into the Oaks. The experience has been painless as I am being kept well informed providing the info I need. Very cordial communication letting me know what to expect. She has been readily available even on weekends. I should get Dad moved in late this week or the first of next week if all works out. My Dad took a tour and was very pleased with the facility.

This community has such a feeling of family. We toured the facility and was so impressed with the staff members and there interaction with the residents. You get a true feeling of home and genuine love. The accommodations were made to fit any of needs we would have. I just can't explain how welcome they made you feel. We were very impressed.

The staff here is amazing. They always go above and beyond to make lives of their residents better. This is a difficult decision for a lot of people, but the minute you step in the door you feel so welcome and it feels like home!

I think that they need to offer more information up front about paperwork families need to take to the doctor and return to the facility when a resident has an appointment. And more details about the process for a change in medications. The staff at Oaks at Seneca are all wonderful, they are all very caring.

Oak of Greenwood is a great second home for Mom. When I was given a tour, I knew that she would love it. Upon entering the building, she kept saying how lovely it is. We both love how caring everyone is; however, I especially love how they have looked out for my mother and made her feel so special. She brags to everyone how much she loves it, and so do I.

The staff of The Oaks went above and beyond to provide assistance and placement of my dad during my need for urgent respite care (all done on a holiday weekend). The level of compassion shown and expeditious placement process were phenomenal. I am most impressed with all aspects of The Oaks.
