Today we went on a boat ride up the Savannah river. The weather was perfect. . The driver of the boat was entertaining and it was so pleasant to be out in the fresh air. We saw Birds & turtles galore! We were told stories about who lived in the house along the way also. Nice little sandwich chips cookies and water for lunch.

I recently toured The Sedgebrook, and it truly stood out as one of the most welcoming and well run, senior communities I’ve visited recently. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the residents, which set a positive tone right away. The community spaces were bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt more like a neighborhood than a facility. They even had walkways that took you over the streets. Residents were active and social during my visit, and the overall energy was upbeat and connected. The apartments were another highlight – spaces, well maintained and filled with natural light. They all had a different unique architectural feel as well. No two apartments were alike. As someone who works closely with older adults, and their families, I pay close attention to the culture, communication, and overall environment. Sedgebrook exceeded my expectations. I left with a great impression.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable best location on the river. Clean and well kept. Good food and relaxing atmosphere. Staff always very helpful and friendly.

I'm actually the one living here at Clarendale with my husband. We loved the location & also the living quarters! This facility is very clean & very well kept. I also wanted a place that had Independent living, assisted living & memory care! We currently live in Independent Living but may need Assisted Living in the future!

I can tell the staff truly care about my mom. If there is ever an issue, it is handled immediately and efficiently. I would highly recommend it.

I am a companion for seniors and I have been visiting my client at Havenwood of Richfield for 3+ years. It is a beautiful facility, with a warm welcoming feel. Everyone I interact with meets me with a smile from [name removed] at the front desk, to our awesome quality life specialists (aides), activity coordinators, residents and their family members. If I was looking for a place for myself or a loved one to live, Havenwood of Richfield would be at the top of my list.

Recently toured this community, it was beautiful! From the golf course to the staff, everyone we met was professional, and friendly.

Beautiful first impression. Clean wide bright hallways. Resort type pools. Gym loaded with nice equipment every sport activity you'd want.Food is good to excellent. Good portions. Everything is well maintained. Connected to city park with all sorts of activities and walking trails.

I would not hesitate to recommend Danberry to others. It is a comfortable, secure, fun and welcoming community! It offers a myriad of activities that are entertaining, educational and supportive of good health. The dining service is excellent! The amenities are endless! The staff are caring, available, and promote a family atmosphere.

Danberry has an ambiance of a luxury cruise ship with exceptional staff who genuinely care about residents. We have our “cabins “, we go on excursions such as to restaurants, theatre productions and the symphony, and we have entertainment that “comes on board”. We have interesting residents who have had a variety of careers and life experiences. We have opportunities to socialize, especially a mealtime, with people who become family.

I have lived here for over 10 years Danberry delivers a variety of oaccommodations to meet your needs, transport services for doctors appointments and other appointments. We have a bistro lounge open six days a week. We have upscale dining facilities, which offer over four entrées each day, we have a beauty shop entertainment galore. We have a swimming pool with classes. We have a gym with all kinds of machines to exercise on. We have porter services by appointment for work orders in your apartment,we have a weekly maid service we move. There’s moving in assistance as well as an active newcomers committee. There are volunteer opportunities galore, as well as an opportunity to learn many kinds of new games like Mah Jongg with lessons available.Danberry is surrounded by beautiful grounds, galore with flowers and a pool plus fountain to boot. A terrific well appointed retirement community.

I was given a tour by the Director of Plant Operations. He took me throughout the entire facility, showing me the different types of care, and explaining everything that’s available. It’s a very clean and nice place, and very suitable for residential living. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amavida is a very wonderful community staff. The staff is kind and compassionate. The food is fresh and delicious which is so important to me.

The community staff is well trained and provide encouragement to new residents. Lifestyly provides activtities that make you feel involved and welcome. Very happy.

We moved my dad into memory care last year. He has thrived. He's gained weight and his overall health has improved.

My experience at amavida has been lovely. I love aqua fit classes, swimming pools at the community. The nursing team is very caring and kind.

My mother is in memory care and the staff and care has been wonderful. My family appreciates the quality of care and attention to my mother. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and supportive. The daily activities, accommodations and food are also good. We made a change to have our mother at the Clarendale and have been very happy.

We have resided at Danberry for five years and, all things considered, it was the right decision to relocate here. We not have any serious complaints about any aspect of senior living here. It is well-managed - dining, maintenance, activities, housekeeping,, safety, comfort.
