When looking for a community for my Mom after my Dad passed away. I wanted a safe, clean and inviting environment of which I found at The Delaney at South Shore. [name removed], Executive Director and her staff are awesome and very knowledgeable. My Mom, 93, has now lived there for 4 1/2 years and is extremely happy. She has made lots of friends, loves the activities and enjoys the good food.

The transition to this Danberry has been a delight, largely due to the incredible staff who have gone above and beyond to make every aspect effortless. The warmth and friendliness extended by the staff and residents have made settling in feel like joining a welcoming family. The array of activities provided is not only diverse but also tailored to various interests, ensuring there's always something engaging to participate in. The dining experience is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to different preferences. The convenience of on-site amenities and services has been a significant plus, simplifying daily life. Overall, the combination of an easy transition, attentive staff, vibrant activities, delectable dining, and a friendly atmosphere has made this retirement community an exceptional choice for this chapter of my parents life.

My dad has been living at GVSouth for nearly 10 years. There are many choices around the area for similar services, but I must say the STAFF at GVS makes the difference for us. I live many states away and if not for the caring staff, both admin & nursing, our arrangement would be far less pleasant.

My mother is currently a resident at The Avalon of Lewis Center and everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. Everything is good! My mom loves it and that is all that matters. She is happy. I would recommend The Avalon of Lewis Center to others.

When it comes to the meals and dining service it is salty and too early. For the activities, they haven't really gotten involved, except for bingo. For the value for cost it is more expensive than what they expected for independent living

Overall experience - was a bit rough at beginning as there was not much of an "orientation" but it quickly got better Cleanliness- spotless, cleaning staff helpful, friendly. All staff is friendly, welcoming & helpful. They give treats to my dog when we visit Meals and dining - outstanding, my dad really likes the food, has exceeded expectations. Good variety

I popped into your location a few weeks ago to visit with a woman whose husband passed away, and I officiated the services. I found Clarendale to be absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. Ran into two employees that were so kind and sweet. I highly recommend this place. It's everything I would want for my parents if they were still alive.

My parents have been very happy living at Rose. The residents and staff are very friendly, and the staff has been great. Very helpful and kind. The community is very clean and well maintained too.

The staff is very kind and patient with the residents. They care that the people who live there are comfortable and enjoy their lives as much as possible. The only issue is that the communication is not great, but nothing that would endanger a resident (just clerical stuff).

People are very friendly. Lots of activities. We picked this community because of the price and amenities. I would recommend to others.

I'm a vendor and I went to The Roosevelt at Salt Creek today and I needed to review this warm place. As a vendor I have been to many Independent facilities which all have been beautiful but this place gave me a very warm feeling. The minute I walked in it just felt like home and not like a feeling your in a hotel. I was led to one of thier newly remodeled units and once again so pretty and warm. I would recommend anyone looking for the warm home feeling to stop and take a look.

[Name removed] was so on point with reading my folks and giving them information and insight into moving from their home to Independent Living without any pressure.

We picked this community because of the services, the care, and the food...I will repeat, the food are far superior to the other two assisted-living places she has been in. The apartment itself is better than one of the previous residence. She has a washer and dryer in her studio apartment, and a schedule for laundry assistance when she needs it, sheet changing assistance etc. She no longer has to fret about losing clothes, and bed pads, etc, which happened frequently

The Brielle is like my second home! The therapy was so good I was able to live at home ALONE! The people are like family to me! The activities are engaging and the recreation staff go above and beyond! I still go there about once a week to rum the singing group and after play rummy cube with friends I made there. They have great support staff for whatever you need. The staff are so friendly and ready to help. I would recommend the Brielle over all the other assisted living facilities on staten Island. Join the family!!!

They have been wonderful there. I am a long distance from my uncle so I really appreciate that they keep in regular contact with me about his condition. I'm so glad we found South Port Square. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families
