The incredible staff makes the Assisted Living part of Greenwood Village South the best place on the south side. There is also such security and comfort in knowing that the health and rehab center is top rated - so when you need more care, you're going to be in excellent hands.

[Name Removed is a lovely sales associate. She was attentive to our loved ones and answered all of our questions with expert knowledge. The community is gorgeous, like a high end hotel! The staff makes it feel so welcoming and friendly - a superior Assisted Living in Indianapolis.

[Name Removed] is a very compassionate and knowledgeable sales associate. The residents living in the assisted living area were out exercising when I arrived and listening to a live musician when I left. I was able to meet the Administrator who was kind and very helpful as well. A very lovely experience and a beautiful space I'd be happy to have my loved one there.

This place is actually the second one we visited so we’re able to compare it with the first one and we’re impressed

Our loved one has been at this facility for a year now and has received exceptional care and personal attention. The staff is attentive and interacts with all the residents in a caring fashion. They maintain a clean and fresh facility with adequate lighting. The food is healthy and is well proportioned, we are very pleased with the level of care.

I toured the Clarendale West End site to become familiar with the property, management, and amenities with [name removed] and [name removed]. No pressure at all, very kind and professional, showing me a variety of options. Overall a very positive experience as I learn this next chapter for my family.

Amenities - my dad likes hanging out in the lobby. He is comfortable in the apartment. The staff are accommodating and responsive.

We found Gable Pines to be right at the top of the 5 senior living facilities visited. Consequently we have asked to be placed on the Wait List, realizing availability may be a ways off.

As an adult child, making the decision to move a parent into a senior living community is never easy. Greenwood Village South put our minds at ease in ways we didn’t expect. The staff truly treats residents like family. Every interaction we’ve had, from leadership to dining to healthcare, has been outstanding. My parent feels comfortable and supported. The best gift I have ever received is my parent choosing GVS with the full continuum of care. Peace of mind.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the staff and residents are so friendly here. My friends are very happy living here. I enjoy visiting them and I know they are well cared for which gives me comfort.

My mother has received excellent care in Assisted Living. We arrived via Skilled Nursing when not ready to head home after a hospital stay, and the physical therapy my mother received was excellent, such that a move to The Arlington was in her best interest. They have fun activities, regularly scheduled entertainment, and special dining evenings. The food is excellent, and the chef and all the staff have been great. The holidays are festive. My mother's refrigerator was having issues, and we were pleased with how quickly it was replaced. Most of all, the nursing staff communicates with us, and the on-site PT/OT has been a lifesaver.

Amavida is a lovely community. I would love to live there. However it’s not the best place for my husband. Our tour guide, [name removed], was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly and we enjoyed our time with her.

We have been residents for 2 1/2 years. The community is a large campus with lots of open space and well maintained landscaping. Staff is well qualified and very friendly. Tremendous number of activities and a large number of warm and welcoming residence.

This is a beautiful facility with very caring staff. Always family friendly and decorated to each and every holiday! The quality of care is amazing!

I came to visit my friend’s mom. I joined her for lunch and met some of her friends. The residents are so friendly and seemed to be quite happy. There was lots to choose from the menu, but my favorite was dessert! Boston Cream pie! Her apartment was beautiful. It was decorated just like her! Lovely high-end finishes too.

I have lived here 5 years now. I find Sandhill Cove to be a very friendly and inviting place. It is extremely well managed and maintained. You can be as busy and involved as you want to be. There are a multitude of fun activities to keep you intertained and the food served is excellent. You come to a facility like this for the full life care benefit, so, the assisted living and skilled nursing care provided are very important. These aspects have been rated 5 star since I moved in. This is a great comfort knowing that when the time comes I will be well taken care of.

My husband and I have lived at Sandhill Cove for 5 years and we couldn't be happier. We get all of the help we need in our apartment. Our Chef provides us with gourmet level food. Really!! But most of all I love the employees. The staff will do anything to make us happy. The dining room servers are absolutely wonderful. I am thankful that I will be taken care of by Sandhill Cove for the rest of my life.

I couldn’t imagine my father being anywhere else. All of the staff is amazing and genuinely very kind and caring. The days are filled with activities that keep the residents in memory care engaged and entertained.

The staff and residents are very friendly. Beautiful grounds and view of water. I love the small community feeling with no high rise buildings. Everything looks well kept. Walking distance to all facilities including the healthcare facility. Apartments are well laid out and spacious. The food is really good and has several daily choices. Servers are very friendly and accommodating. Several morning exercise classes including aqua activities are available. Many bridge games daily.

I recently had a family member at the Springs at Monarch Landing from rehab. I could of not asked for better care for my Aunt. They treated her like family. The response to her call light and anticipated her needs. The rooms where beautiful and the food was delicious. My aunt is very picky and she loved being there.
