My mom is well taken care of and they communicate well. Always have clean rooms. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff was very friendly and committed. Their outside medical team was very easy to work with, and their recommended hospice group very proactive and caring. We would recommend the community to other families.

The memory care facility was impressive. My wife liked it which is a plus. I still have some questions to follow up on.

The residents and staff are friendly and interesting. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. There are many activities available; my favorites are hiking, exercise classes and music programs. The food is also fabulous.

They are wonderful! They take excellent care of my Mom. They are always kind and respectful. She is in the Manor, assisted living. They treat her like their own family.

At Essex Meadows I found a home, with wonderful residents and staff, programs for the mind, body and spirit, and opportunities to develop and expand skills, knowledge and horizons. It’s a place for enjoyment, social interactions and peace of mind for myself and my family.

This facility has everything my Father needs and more. The staff was very welcoming. The apartment we picked for him is plenty for what my Father needs. So far I would give them an A+ on experience.

The guide was excellent. She spent a lot of time with us and obviously loves her job. She gave us materials to take home and even invited us to activities there. She highlighted many of the activities available to the residents. There was a general happy atmosphere there.

Would give them 5 stars. Our loved one was only there for 2 weeks - the staff were all very helpful and kind. They are well equipped for end of life care. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Social activities, well manicured lawns, clean buildings, friendly staff. Would recommend touring here.

My parents lived at an apartment at Sandhill Cove for 4 + years before moving over to the nursing facility at Waters Edge. They loved living at Sandhill and made friends, got involved in activities and definitely enjoyed the fine cuisine. And the staff at Waters Edge can't be beat! Everyone is so nice, helpful and caring! And there are daily activities and special events! My parents have been very happy with their decision living at Sandhill and Waters Edge!

This is a wonderful facility, our favorite of all toured in Boston. It's new, fresh and has a great vibe. Our first choice.

We were surprised by how quiet and relaxing the living space was despite being in a pretty busy area. The staff is very helpful and concerned about the residents. My mother in law was concerned about moving to a new place at her age, but everyone has been so friendly. She's easily making friends.

In my experience, the staff members have different personalities, just like anywhere else. Some are exceptionally friendly and helpful, while others may be less personable, but overall you learn to work with the people who are there. One thing that helped my mother was finding a staff member she trusted and could go to when she needed assistance. No facility is ever going to be perfect, and it's important to keep realistic expectations. That said, my mother's overall experience has been very positive. She feels well cared for, enjoys living there, and would describe it as a good place to be.

My husband and I both loved the place. I especially noticed how the staff and residents interacted and it was quite lovely. My husband said if you didn't want to, you could stay in the same place and not get bored. The decorations and atmosphere were soothing, relaxing and updated. We were both excited about the pool and that we could bring our furbaby with us. My husband has Parkinson's, so I was exceptionally impressed with the safety check-in system located in the bathroom - that really impressed me. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pricing, and althoug we have a way to go, this is definately at the top of our list. [name removed] was especially kind, gracious and patient, never rushed us and answered all of our question thoroughly.

The staff is caring and try their hardest to please. The food is well prepared. The common areas are spotless.

The facilities here are beautiful, very clean and orderly. As resident of assisted living, we enjoy such services as laundry service, three meals a day, housekeeping, and many other amenities. The grounds around the apartments are beautifully landscaped and walking paths to enjoy if you're so inclined.

[name removed] was wonderful to show us this beautiful facility. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Your facility was clean will maintained and the activities were abundant.

Our mom was tired of taking care of her house alone and wanted to learn more about independent living. From the initial meeting with [name removed], she made our mom feel comfortable, valued, and important. [name removed]answered every single question…and we had A LOT. She has followed up quickly and it is clear that she cares about the residents, which is a comfort when we aren’t close by. We are so thankful for [name removed] and the entire staff of The Village for making a time filled with emotion and transition as seamless as possible.

We moved our mother into The Village at The Woodlands Waterway nearly two weeks ago, and the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. [name removed] , our primary contact, has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to the many questions that arose during the transition, [name removed] has been responsive, supportive, and genuinely caring every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond to make our mother feel welcomed and comfortable while keeping my sister and me informed and reassured throughout the move-in process. Thanks to her efforts and the warm community atmosphere, our mother is settling in beautifully. She has already made new friends, joined several groups, and especially enjoys the workout classes. We are delighted to see her thriving in her new home, and thus far, we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience at The Village at The Woodlands Waterway.
