Someone told me when you walk into the right retirement home you will feel it. Well after visiting Clarendale of Mokena I felt it! I can't wait to make it my home.

Wonderful place to do rehab

Excellent and very informed and complete.

Our mom was in skilled nursing at Assisi Clare Oaks and was a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained policies and provided updates on her rehab. She had favorite CNAs plus the nurses were very professional and patient. The rooms were always kept clean and light and bright.

Our mom had two rehab stays at Clare Oaks and both were very positive experiences. From the moment we entered the building, the receptionist Janet made us feel very welcome. [Name removed] from Admissions and [Name removed] from Social Services were kind, knowledgeable and always available to explain policies and keep our Mom's best interests in the forefront of their decisions. When Mom knew her favorite nurses [Name removed] and [Name removed] were working, her smile could light up the world, and it was a comfort to us knowing they would treat her like she was family. [Name removed] was enthusiastic, fun and made each activity seem like it was geared towards each person in the room. Dr. [Name removed] was compassionate, humorous and positive in all aspects of the care he provided our Mom.

My mom went to Clare Oaks from the hospital after an 8 day stay with little movement. The therapists were great with her. Physical therapy got her moving as much as they could. They were very patient with her. She is 98 and only able to do some of the things that they wanted her to do. Occupational therapy had her doing so many things that she is able to do every day tasks today. She was unable to do those things when she went into Clare Oaks. The speech therapist was great too! I can’t say enough about the CNA’s and the nurses. They were so caring and nice to my mom and the family. I wanted to take a couple of them home with us. Lol The staff is very welcoming & friendly. I was very comfortable leaving my mom at Clare Oaks. It’s a clean, safe place for your loved one to be.

My family and I liked the Village at Woodlands Waterway very much. When the time comes to begin my move I will put my name into their list for a suitable apartment. Thank you for your help.

I've been in the industry for 2 years now and Clarendale of Mokena by far is genuinely friendly and knows each and every resident's name. The residents that I've spoken to love where they live and would never move out. The facility itself is very well kept and I would personally recommend this facility to anyone searching for a facility that will truly provide and care about their loved ones.

Clarendale of Mokena is a wonderful place! The building is very clean and beautiful! My mom lives here. She is very happy here. It is so nice to see the joy she gets from the staff here.

My mother lives here and we are very happy with her home. The staff are very caring and friendly, they truly connect with the residents. It is very clean and well maintained. They offer a variety of fun activities and she really enjoys Happy Hour!!

I live in Independent Living at Clare Oaks. The convenience of having Assisi Healthcare here for rehab after a hospitalization is very convenient. The nurses, nursing assistants, and therapists are all very caring and patient with everyone. Therapy has always gotten me back on my feet again!

The nursing care at Clare Oaks is wonderful, I rang the call light and someone was there immediately! The staff is very patient and compassionate. The therapists are excellent and very knowledgeable, they pushed me just enough that I was able to do things I didn't think I was capable of doing! I will definitely return if ever needed.

I am in independent living and love it here. It is a happy place. Fun activities and privacy if you want it.

I am an independent living resident in the Clare Oaks community. Very glad to be able to receive rehabilitation right here on the campus. Therapists are great and nursing care wonderful - prompt attention paired with call lights! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
