Top notch Assisted Living care in the High Desert. My mom, who has early onset dementia, has been at the Sterling Inn for 18 months. We are so pleased with the personalized service she receives. She is so happy there. We know we can always count on the staff with any situation.

Sterling Commons is my Grandfather's home! It is a beautiful and clean community with all the personal details. He feels comfortable there and most importantly, I know that he is safe. He also takes his prescribed medication and stays active. He especially loves all the activities! When you add up all that Sterling Commons provides on a daily basis, the monthly rate is worth every dollar. Shouldn't your final years be spent on truly living life and doing it worry free with helping hands that provide tender loving care as a family member would? Before Sterling Commons, I was taking care of my Grandfather the best I could. I wanted to fulfill his wishes of dying in his home and not in a hospital bed or convalescent home as his own mother did. You can be rest assured that Sterling Commons is not a sterile, cold facility where you are overlooked. It is truly a warm and inviting home with activities and companions that are of Grandpa's age. We used Park Wood for a short respite stay. They seem to have taken good care of my loved one, I don't really have any complaints. The only issue that came up was that I had put some clothes away, and they hadn't checked in the drawers, and she was wearing different socks. They were friendly, and the other residents all seemed pretty happy. They were very accommodating. I would recommend them to other people, and I would use them again. When I asked her, she said that she would go back again as well.

When my family and my wife's family looked for a facility for my wife, the first place we visited was Arbor Hills. We all agreed we needed to look no further as we were all so impressed with what we saw, we knew our search was complete. As we approach a year of residency, our decision has proven to be correct. I visit my wife almost daily, and I continue to be very impressed with the employees care and attention to all of the residents. The needs vary greatly, but the staff always does their best to give wonderful care. If I were to offer a rating, Arbor Hills would be at the very top, and I am so thankful.

The people are great. The director is really on top of things. They are wonderful. There are no concerns what so ever. I would totally recommend them. It's only about a year and a half old, and the people are phenomenal.

I am very pleased with them. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. I haven't had any complaints about food at all so far. The price is exactly what they said it would be when we signed on, there haven't been any extra charges or hidden fees. We are very pleased.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, and we were impressed with the facility overall. It is a beautiful, clean place, and the people seemed well taken care of. We were also pleased to see that they do accept pets.

You cheered and encouraged me with your wonderful smiles and hugs each time I visited Charlotte and did all you could to make her comfortable. You and your staff provided a wonderful service in the care of those in need. I wish all of you continuing success and once again thank you for the difficult services you provided in our community. You both helped me get through on of the hardest times in my life, and for this I offer my most sincere thanks.

Dad is now staying at The Hampton & Ashley Inn after staying with me and me taking direct care of him for years. I don't know that they are as meticulous in caring for every detail as I was, but they do a good job. Dad is very happy there. Every time I go there he is involved in the activities and having a good time. The food is really good as well. The director is terrific!

We're very happy with how things have gone with Cascade Inn! The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. They've provided everything my loved one has needed! It is a big weight off of my mind knowing that she is somewhere that she feels safe and secure.

I toured every Memory Care in the High Desert searching for my mother. I found Sterling Commons to be the best place for my mother. I am impressed with their concern and care for not only my mother, but myself and what we are going through as a family. It is a beautiful caring facility and our family hopes to place my mother there when the time comes.

I would like to thank Sterling Commons for the excellent care my Mother, Dolores, received for 14 months while she was at Sterling Commons. The entire staff, receptionist to the newest hire was respectful, compassionate and loving toward her always. Te staff is well-trained and courteous. I believe that emanates from their leader, Debbie Staggs, an exceptional person and a great leader. <br />Thanks again for providing such good service at an affordable price.

We loved it! I think it would have been better than where we are, but it was just too expensive. Annette was awesome, and just so supportive for us. She was just the best person I talked to. I would recommend it for anyone who can afford it.

Our loved one has been here for a little over a month and everything is going quite well. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have any concerns or complaints so far. She seems to be happy and doing well.

I really like this facility. I use them for day care & respite. I feel confident that my mom will be safe & taken care of. Not cheap but nice, clean & caring people. Will consider full time move when needed. Only drawback is the cost.

Debbie Staggs (Executive Director) is proactive with resident care. She ensured my father was involved and stimulated mentally. Debra Nealin (Community Relations) is the primary reason we selected Sterling for our father. The staff (Juan, Seven, Elaine) really seem to care about our father. The management staff are caring and proactive in their planned care.

We were lucky to find Canyon Creek for my mother, who passed away last March. The entire staff felt like extended family. They were attentive and patient with all of us. I highly recommend Canyon Creek Memory Care.
