So far it's been going well !! They are very personable and feel like family. They've kept me informed. She's only been there for a couple of months. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Gordon Oaks to others

Our family is extremely pleased with Knollwood Pointe Assisted Living. Our brother has been there for seven months, and he is very happy. The Director, [name removed], is amazing. I immediately knew Knollwood Pointe was the right choice as soon as we met and completed the tour. All the residents we encountered were happy and engaged. The entire team is professional, caring, and helpful. There are fun activities and celebrations. The chef and dining room staff are accommodating. Families are kept well informed through newsletters, the monthly activity calendar, and emails. The facility is clean and fresh, and the rooms feel just like home. What we like the most about Gordan Oaks is that It is truly a community everyone there cares about each other, the staff all of the residents, the kitchen staff everyone's wonderful. The food is fabulous. This is a safe wonderful place for your senior loved one delicious food, family, friendly tons of activities. They truly care about their residence.

First of all, the staff is so kind — they truly make you feel like family. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that makes such a difference. The food is wonderful. They have several ladies in the kitchen along with a chef, and everything is amazing. We’ve always had a great experience with the meals. Any time my brother has needed help, whether from maintenance or housekeeping, someone has been there right away. We’ve never had any issues getting assistance. This is an affordable senior living community, and they are constantly planning activities. There’s always something going on — outings to eat on the bus, events, and fun things to do. It’s especially nice for independent living because there’s so much to offer. Most importantly, it feels safe. That’s what matters most to me. I truly feel like my brother is in a safe place. We’ve all become good friends here, and we have a lot of fun together. The food is great, the people are wonderful, and it really feels like home.

The staff is very helpful and readily available. There are many activities to attend. The food is quite good and the dining room is set up to sit in groups of 5 to 6 people, which allows for easy interactions sharing the meal. There are many rooms to accommodate group activities, or personal quiet time. There is a large lounge with a fireplace and a sunroom attached, there is a well stocked library, laundry room. There is an exercise room with a physical therapist available, an on- site hair salon and a full size pool. The entire facility is well maintained and clean.

I truly enjoy living here. The staff are kind and very helpful. I enjoy the meal service The caregivers are very helpful when I need something. The building is clean and also during this holiday season it is decorated with many festive christmas decorations and very tasteful.

The staff and management were very helpful and friendly. They worked with us to get the apartment set up and ready for my daughter's arrival. They went above and beyond to help her get settled in. I'm happy to recommend them.

I've been happier here than I ever was at Asher Point! I have the ability to cook again. I know that some people aren't able to do that anymore but I can and love doing it. Also they have a gym which I use at least 3 times a week. I've only been here 6 weeks and I have already lost 14 pounds. They advertise that they have a gym at Asher Point and they do. The problem is NOTHING works in it. I complained and complained about it and nothing ever happened for 2 years!! I really wish I had of found Gordon Oaks sooner!

All personnel are helpful and respond to problems suggestion's and ideas quickly they have social every mon thru fri they just added a exercise room for everyone's daily use and have training class once a week

We love the place [name removed] enjoys being there and he loves the workers and thanks for your help. I would rate them all 5 rating. I like everything about the community there is nothing bad about it. Yes , I would recommend anyone that needs a place

We are very pleased with Gordon Oaks! The staff is wonderful. Almost everyone working there has been there for a long time and loves their job and is very good with the seniors. The nurse in charge has been there for years. And has a great reputation among nurses I know that do not work at Gordon oaks. {name removed] is her name Highly recommended

I would definitely recommend Knollwood Pointe to others. I like the fact that it is so small that you can get to know everyone easier. My loved one has been very complimentary of the staff. They have all been very friendly and caring. She also enjoys the meals. I've been a little lost on some of the policies and procedures when some issues have come up, but I think that was more about me not doing my homework. So far, my loved one been very happy at Knollwood Pointe. As for the value for cost, we were surprised that after only a few months the rent has already increased by $[removed].

To my knowledge I'm the only family member that visits my mother. I regret that I wasn't informed when she came down with Covid as I am co- Guardian and the only family visitor she has. Yes, I would recommend this community to others. It's a nice facility and close by for me .

Gordon Oaks was a little shabby. They were prepared, helpful, and informative.

It's pretty good. They have plenty of activities. We picked this community, because of word of mouth, and other people had loved ones there. The cleanliness needs to improve.

We were very pleased with our short experience at Knollwood Pointe, when we came to tour she knew right away this is where she wanted to come. Unfortunately my mother has bad luck and hasn't been able to spend much time here. The staff is wonderful, [name removed] especially is just as sweet as she can be. My mother loved it here and we are sad she could not spend more time with them. We would absolutely recommend the facility to other families.
