Park Plaza is the greatest place to live. The staff are all kind, loving, and well educated. The food is gourmet! I love being here.

I am very happy with my decision to move to Park Plaza. Staff are friendly and very interactive. The facility is comfortable and well run.

We could not be more pleased with Park plaza. The management is outstanding and the turnover of employees is amazingly low. (many have made this their career choice)

Everything has been great for my mom... more activities would be helpful... she says she is alone a lot of the time... no one comes out of there rooms she says. She would like more activities and ways to meet people. More art classes reasons for the residence to come out of their rooms

For the value for cost - I can't answer b/c I don't know what others charge but I am very satisfied with our situation. My husband passed away this past July and everyone here was so kind and they (Staff & folks that live here) were very sorry!!! They took our bus and the ones that knew him came to his Service at [name removed] & [name removed] !! Everyone here has been so special to me. I really love ?? it here at Heritage Greens!

My loved one is currently a resident at Emerald Court and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff is knowledgeable, always available and friendly. They also gave us helpful advise with the move in process. The cleanliness is great! I would definitely, highly recommend Emerald Court to others!

I am currently a resident at Balfour Louisville Campus. I would say that the staff is caring and they are available for all of my needs. Maintenance has also been so helpful with getting all of my needs met. This facility has been excellent. Additionally, they've gone out of their way to help me during this difficult time that I am currently going through. I highly recommend Balfour Louisville Campus.

My dad is on a budget and Park Plaza is a great value for him. He was quite solitary and lonely prior to moving to Park Plaza but now he loves meeting and talking to new people. He loves the organized activities, especially trivia, conversation time, and happy hour. His health seems significantly improved since moving in. He also loves the food and the weekly housekeeping. His only complaint is that it can be noisy with street noise and neighbors. The staff has been great.

What our family likes the most about the Drake Terrace community is the overall friendliness of the staff members. We think that they are well sophisticated, well travelled,and well educated. In other words, interesting.

When my parents decided to downsize their home, my husband and I worked with my parents to research multiple retirement communities in the area. By far Emerald Court(EC) was the community that offered the most comfortable apartments, great amenities and a very professional staff. After my parents moved in, I immediately saw the personalized care and support that they were provided. There is a strong and dedicated leadership and operations staff that ensure their occupants are taken care of. They have a sense of community and connection. From the staff, the multiple activities and amazing restaurants on the property, my parents have been able to enjoy EC like it’s a small town. They have thrived in this environment, and have developed new friendships. My mom has a morning routine to meet her friends for breakfast at one of the 3 restaurants, and my father has weekly poker nights that he enjoys. I would highly recommend Emerald Court to anyone looking for a great community.

It is great for him socially. It is nice to not have to worry about him eating healthy. (He is loving the variety of food).

I have visited Valencia Terrace a few times over the years. My mom is getting older and Valencia Terrace is definitely an option for her. Every time I visit, the staff is just extremely kind and passionate in what they do, and the residents always have positive things to say about living there. I really love how clean and homey it feels! This is a must see if you’re looking for yourself or a loved one!

My family and I have been very pleased with the care our mother and brother got at MG. Our mother was in independent living and our brother was in assisted living. They would both still be there had it not been for the decline of my mother’s cognitive decline. We had to move her to a facility with memory care… We all highly recommend MG!

Overall we are really happy with Cedarwood and my parents seem to really like it there. We picked this community, because of proximity to more family/supports, and the staff/nursing ratio to residents was really good. They also have availability activities and outings often and support for my parents to get out into the community.

5's all the way around. The entire staff, including the kitchen have been amazing and continue to surprise me by their continual kindness and availability to help my parents. I would absolutely recommend Sagewood at Daybreak to others looking.

[name removed] is always very pleasant and professional. She always has a smile on her face. The activities are well laid out and lots of fun. I even enjoy participating myself! I feel that [name removed] cares so much about the residents and their well being.

What we like most about the Balfour Louisville community is the meetings for the meals they set up as well as the activities they offer for the other residents. We also think they staff are really nice. When it comes to the activities they bring in musicians, authors, history and travel speakers. Movies and holiday celebrations
