My loved one is currently a resident at Emerald Court and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff is knowledgeable, always available and friendly. They also gave us helpful advise with the move in process. The cleanliness is great! I would definitely, highly recommend Emerald Court to others!

I am currently a resident at Balfour Louisville Campus. I would say that the staff is caring and they are available for all of my needs. Maintenance has also been so helpful with getting all of my needs met. This facility has been excellent. Additionally, they've gone out of their way to help me during this difficult time that I am currently going through. I highly recommend Balfour Louisville Campus.

My dad is on a budget and Park Plaza is a great value for him. He was quite solitary and lonely prior to moving to Park Plaza but now he loves meeting and talking to new people. He loves the organized activities, especially trivia, conversation time, and happy hour. His health seems significantly improved since moving in. He also loves the food and the weekly housekeeping. His only complaint is that it can be noisy with street noise and neighbors. The staff has been great.

What our family likes the most about the Drake Terrace community is the overall friendliness of the staff members. We think that they are well sophisticated, well travelled,and well educated. In other words, interesting.

When my parents decided to downsize their home, my husband and I worked with my parents to research multiple retirement communities in the area. By far Emerald Court(EC) was the community that offered the most comfortable apartments, great amenities and a very professional staff. After my parents moved in, I immediately saw the personalized care and support that they were provided. There is a strong and dedicated leadership and operations staff that ensure their occupants are taken care of. They have a sense of community and connection. From the staff, the multiple activities and amazing restaurants on the property, my parents have been able to enjoy EC like it’s a small town. They have thrived in this environment, and have developed new friendships. My mom has a morning routine to meet her friends for breakfast at one of the 3 restaurants, and my father has weekly poker nights that he enjoys. I would highly recommend Emerald Court to anyone looking for a great community.

It is great for him socially. It is nice to not have to worry about him eating healthy. (He is loving the variety of food).

I have visited Valencia Terrace a few times over the years. My mom is getting older and Valencia Terrace is definitely an option for her. Every time I visit, the staff is just extremely kind and passionate in what they do, and the residents always have positive things to say about living there. I really love how clean and homey it feels! This is a must see if you’re looking for yourself or a loved one!

My family and I have been very pleased with the care our mother and brother got at MG. Our mother was in independent living and our brother was in assisted living. They would both still be there had it not been for the decline of my mother’s cognitive decline. We had to move her to a facility with memory care… We all highly recommend MG!

Overall we are really happy with Cedarwood and my parents seem to really like it there. We picked this community, because of proximity to more family/supports, and the staff/nursing ratio to residents was really good. They also have availability activities and outings often and support for my parents to get out into the community.

5's all the way around. The entire staff, including the kitchen have been amazing and continue to surprise me by their continual kindness and availability to help my parents. I would absolutely recommend Sagewood at Daybreak to others looking.

[name removed] is always very pleasant and professional. She always has a smile on her face. The activities are well laid out and lots of fun. I even enjoy participating myself! I feel that [name removed] cares so much about the residents and their well being.

What we like most about the Balfour Louisville community is the meetings for the meals they set up as well as the activities they offer for the other residents. We also think they staff are really nice. When it comes to the activities they bring in musicians, authors, history and travel speakers. Movies and holiday celebrations

I believe the Fountains is the best possible place for enjoyment and life extension. The staff could not be better at every level, and that is most important. The rooms, amenities and daily schedules are well thought out and carried out in a superior manner. You might as well start here rather than trying the others and than coming her.

We had a great tour experience with Bridgepoint at Los Altos. We really liked the facility, it had a lot of positive aspects to it, but unfortunately it was more expensive than we would have liked.

My loved one's experience with the community is that the majority of the people living there have much more severe memory problems than she would have liked. Current programs are not very stimulating for her but she's working with them to develop at least a singing group with music from the 40s, 50s and 60s.

The staff at Heritage Greens are always helpful. They do a great job of getting acquainted with each new resident. They are so very friendly. The apartment size here are large and adequate for my loved ones needs.

From the moment you walk into Abbotswood at Stonehenge you will realize what a special place it is. Spend some time and you will confirm your initial feelings. You will see smiling faces and happy residents. The staff is incredibly warm, dedicated, professional, helpful and loving. The administration has rare turnover which says a lot. The dining room and food appeals to almost everyone. The housekeeping staff showcases the cleanliness of the entire facility on a daily basis. Everything looks right, feels right and even smells right. My amazing Mom (passed in Dec. 2022) never found anything to be concerned about. She loved everyone at Abbotswood and they responded in kind. May Abbotswood continue forever and May Ms. GG RIP. Warmly, Mitch

This has to be the best place around. It feels like a cruise ship on the ground. They have activities all day long. My loved one doesn't even answer their phone, because they are having so much fun with the activates. Wii bowling, entertainment, outings, and more for activities. There are two meals a day available for independent living, if the resident is in assisted living there are three meals. There is a full dining room with menu, and a smaller restaurant as well.

Magnolia Glen is a very nice place for a loved one to live independently. The apartments are very comfortable. Also, the staff are very good, from "top to bottom."
