[name removed] was great. Her friendliness, her explaining everything and her tour were super. She answered questions i had and i will call her back this Monday with [name removed] situation.

Compared to other communities in the area this one has a more reasonable value. There are no activities right now due to covid, but the staff members go by the residents rooms on a regular basis to have some one on one time with them. We constantly call to check up on our loved ones health and they are really good about answering, and if they do not answer the nurses get back to us in a timely manner. The meals are being delivered to their rooms right now, and no matter what time it is, if you want a snack all you have to do is call downstairs and they will bring you a snack. This community also allows you to bring your own furniture and even your pet.

We chose All American because we needed quick availability and they were able top provide that. It was also a nice facility. The room sizes are very good and have been great size. We have had a great experience and would absolutely recommend.

They make all the families and myself feel very welcomed. The staff know all of our names and they hold a very high level of commutation with the families especially during the quarantines and during these difficult times. They have been exceptional

The Memory Care Unit is an amazing place. They have created a loving and caring respectful environment with a sense of calm and serenity. Without exception, the staff was friendly, upbeat, smiling and positive which all made my Mom feel safe and secure. Her room was spacious, clean and inviting. Meals are served on cloth tablecloths with cloth napkins. My Mom loved ordering from a menu and the staff helped her make healthy choices. My Mom was really happy because of the kindness of the staff and the good food and fun activities. We are grateful she felt loved in her final days. We are also extremely pleased with the Independent Building where my Dad lives. He is very busy with all the fun activities. The staff treat everyone like family and are kind, warm and welcoming. Despite the COVID crisis, my Dad is happy and thriving because of the warm family atmosphere the staff creates.. We are so thankful we found such a great place for my Dad to live.

The client who was at All American community was very pleased, and they have a positive experience. They also thought it was a good value. The staff and administrative staff were very friendly and very cooperative.

The price was more affordable at Bentley Commons than some others that we looked into and they also had availability at the time. Also, we were happy with the correspondence we had with the staff member. We only visited here twice as I am out of state and then COVID hit, but the staff here were always very helpful and accommodating. They were always pro-active in trying to get my dad to be motivated to participate in some activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking. I would want other to know that you have to be ambulatory in order to participate in the fire drills that the facility does.

We haven't been able to go and visit in awhile due to COVID, but when we were able to go inside the community it was always very clean and very top notch. the value is good and our loved one is being well taken care of. The care services they offer are good. From the activities we have seen, it seems like there is plenty of stuff going on. We do know they have outside concerts and comedy shows. Everyone who lives at this community seems to be quite happy, we have also been invited to eat meals with our loved one and the food is quite good. The staff we have had to work with has been very attentive to not only us but also to our loved one.

We have had a mostly positive experience with All American. At times I think they are a little bit short staffed, so my mother has to wait a little longer for things she needs help with. The staff is really caring and they go out of their way for their residents. My dad passed away a year ago here, we needed hospice and we had them come in and they allowed me to come in and live with him for 6 months. They did not charge me either, it was exceptional. COVID has had an impact on the activities here, but we are able to go for in person visits now out of the patio. In general, we are very pleased.

We chose All American Assisted Living because of the price, the location, and I had a friend whose mother was here and they had a good experience. It was also brand new construction so it was very nice inside. The room sizes are adequate for my mother. I have eaten here and there is a nice variety on the menu and it is usually very good. I would absolutely recommend this community.

We chose Merryvale Assisted Living because of the location, the facility itself, previous residents I knew personally who had a good experience, and staff members that I know currently. The apartment that my friend has is sufficient for him. There is a private bathroom, tv area, sitting room. I would be comfortable here. I have eaten here and the food is delicious, it is fresh, they prepare it daily onsite. They have snacks for the residents all day long. They have been keeping them busy even during quarantine, they keep residents separated but they are able to get into a gathering space. We are also able to do outside visits due to COVID. I would like others to know they are very good at keeping you updated with anything that is going on inside the facility, they are very on top of it. My favorite part about the community would be the personal care that he is receiving, they are very tuned in to the needs of the residents as well as family members. I would definitely recommend.

I like the staff very much. All of the activities and aides are wonderful. The building and decor are beautiful.

I like it here. If I can't live any place of my own, this is one of the better places to be. The best meal of the day is breakfast!

From the maintenance guy all the way up to the director they were fantastic. All staff members knew everyone's name, they would always talk to the residents and made them feel acknowledged. Even when our loved one was not in a good mood they made it a point to stop by and strike up a conversation to cheer him. I have eaten there a couple of times and the food was amazing, it was like a restaurant. You could choose from at least four different options. The chefs were very accommodating to everyone as long as their diet was okay. The rooms were extremely clean, it never smelled like urine or feces. If there was a spill in your room, the staff members would come immoderately to clean it up. Thursday nights were cocktail hour, the residents could choose to have either two beers or two glasses of wine with some snacks. He loved playing bingo, and corn hole. There would sometimes be live entertainment to sing and dance. There was stuff for the residents to do all the time. The activities staff would always encourage the residents to get out of their rooms and get engaged. For the holidays you could paint a pumpkin, make a wreath and help decorate the Christmas tree. Every Sunday our loved one and a staff member would play chess, because that was his absolute favorite thing to do.

We chose this facility because it was clean and it had people who cared with nice programs. It looked like a really good fit for my friend. The room sizes are adequate, so it is great for what she needs. She brags on the food all the time, she really likes it. The residents have several options they are able to choose from off of a menu. My favorite part about the community would be the skilled care that my friend is getting. It is very comforting for the family. I would definitely recommend Bentley Commons Senior Living.

I would recommend checking this community out. This was a no brainier after looking other communities due to price and accommodations. The community is beautiful. The food is above average. My loved one is satisfied with the food. The room is a good apartment size. The room consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The shower is one you can just walk into. The independent building that my loved one lives is has bathrooms are handicapped accessible. There is a room for bingo, cards games, and other activities. They have plenty of activities for those that are living in the independent building.

Some activities they have are bowling, trivia, arts and crafts. They have music, church services on Sundays, they also have cooking. This community was brand new when we first looked at it, the staff was very attentive. This community was very clean. The rooms are very good, our loved one loves her room she is very happy with it. They have a variety of food to chose from, they always offer two different main dishes for every meal.

It's tremendous living here. I like everything. From the food to the staff, they're all great. I have no complaints.

The food is good. The entertainment is good. The staff works very hard.

We chose All American Assisted Living because of the price, we also liked the fact that they were Medicaid ready meaning they had 2 bedroom apartments. It was brand new and they had a nice outside area for the residents in memory care. The rooms are a good size and the food is average. My favorite part about this community has been the staff members, they were phenomenal. I would recommend this community.
