Integro Asset Management

This is my first experience with a senior community so I don't have much to compare it to, but so far I am very impressed by what I have seen at Brighton Gardens of Northville! I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff I've interacted with have been very friendly and accommodating, and always willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I have. The food is good, and they do a great job taking care of the people who live here, it's a very nice place overall!

My brother and I think it's an excellent place for our mom. They are very attentive. She get's good care there. Them seem to care and help. The staff is very friendly. The facility itself is very nice. It's very clean. The value is excellent. The care services that she has been getting is excellent as well. The Brighton Gardens of Westlake is a nice community. We are very pleased with this facility.

My mother in law stayed there for rested stay for two weeks. We really liked it. They had extra touches. Those little touches are what makes the place very nice. We checked several places and it was the best value. I would recommend this place to anybody. The layout of the place was very, very good. She didn't feel like she would get lost. We had a great experience here.

I was really impressed with the staff here. I really liked that they had a Finch cage in the lobby, and also 2 community dogs. My dad loves nature, so he would really like that. They also specialized with people with Alzheimer's and dementia, had a special technique that they used that they raved about.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They made mom feel at home and comfortable.

It was a very pleasant surprise when I entered this facility for a tour. It did not feel or look like a "nursing home." This was a place I could put my husband. He has been there 1 week so we are both adjusting to our new lives and it will take more time than I realized. He is at the highest level of care since he came from the hospital to Brighton. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The care managers seem to be very attentive most of the time and answer his calls in acceptable time. Of course, being new to Brighton it will take time for them to get to know him and for him to settle into his new home. He says the food is good and he has participated in some of the activities. The best part for him is he can puff on a cigar and have a beer in the screened in porch - almost like home.

Sunrise is doing a great job, right now! it's very clean and they are very attentive. and very nice. The food is really good, it's been excellent every time I have eaten there. They have a dog that the residents love to sit and pet, and they cook on Saturdays and take them out once a week to get them out of the building. They are probably the most expensive one we looked at, though, so we didn't choose them for price. We liked the attitude of the people, and the residents seemed pretty happy, and they all knew each other.

very nice for skilled nursing, rooms were small enough for her to maintain, not large enough for a couple, wheelchair accessible, all areas were very wheelchair accessible, everywhere was bright. Automatic doors. Continental breakfast all day

Things have gone very well with Brighton Gardens! It's a nice looking, well kept, clean community, and everyone seems very friendly! The whole place just seems very family and community oriented. You can always find someone to talk to, and the place just has a friendly atmosphere in general!

Very nice. Common area adjoins dining. 2 seatings for dinner (3 choices). Dining areas to reserve for family meals. Respite available. Nice smelling. Bright.

Love Brighton Gardens. The staff is wonerful and very helpful. I would recommend this place for your loved one.

We are so pleased with the whole environment at Sunrise. The staff is so friendly and not only make my mom feel at home, but also her family. They have drawn her out of her shell and gotten her involved in activities. She also has the opportunity to go out weekly for lunch or concerts. She just seems so much more content with her living arrangements than she had been at a prior Assisted Living facility - just such a relief. I would highly recommend Sunrise.

Hi, the activities area is nonapplicable for us, as my father in law hates activities of all kinds! We love Sunrise on Clayton. The staff are wonderful--both at helping us and making Dad feel at home. For someone who did not want to move in, his transition has been remarkably smooth. I am especially impressed with their philosophy of giving older people as much autonomy as possible. It goes a long way toward preserving their dignity. We are very happy with his situation there.

Brighton Gardens has lived up to and exceeded every expectation. It is a beautiful, clean facility and the staff is professional and caring to the residents.

We've had a great experience with this community so far! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and all of the care and activities they provide seem high quality. The staff are all very friendly, and respond to any questions or requests you have quickly.

This facility reminds you of a Marriott Hotel when you first walk in to the lobby area - very warm and inviting and the staff is outgoing and very friendly. Loved it!

Although my mother has only been in Brighton Gardens for a short period of time. I spent a long time investigating assisted living communities. This a lovely place where the elderly are treated with respect and compasion. The staff couldn't get any better. And the food is really good with choices of meal times and a great selection

They were just great! It's been like a breath of fresh air. She is just a happy camper. She is always busy being social so I can't reach her on the phone during the day cause she is out and about. The people are really nice, and the director was very helpful! They have a community dog, and I love it.

I had very little time to find a good place for my MotherInLaw. Her current senior living facility was not equiped for Hospice care. I was able to narrow down places over two days and then began the tour process. Brighton Gardens had already done their homework establishing her needs with the Hospice care people. My wife and I were warmly greeted and Patty sat down with us and outlined what they could do to help. The rooms are bright and cheery and you can bring Moms furniture and wall decorations in to make it more familiar. All the staff was smiling and caring. The cook, Jo, has been there 13 years and explained that she customizes the meals for every resident. Every resident we met was happy. It was a perfect community for any level of care and certainly perfect for Mom.

My grandmother had a wonderful experience here and they took care of her until she passed away. I think they have a relationship with hospice care because my other grandma moved here too when she needed it.
