I want to thank each and every one of you for everything that you did for my mother, Hester Modlin, while she was there. She felt happy to be a resident there while she was well, and insisted that she return there when they placed her in hospice care. During the time of her residency there, she assure me that she had made the right decision with her move to Savannah Court. I was impressed with the level of care and attentiveness given by the staff. Accommodations and adjustments were made by supervisory level employees that displayed a genuine concern for my Mom's welfare, rather than focusing solely of the bottom line profit margin. With care like this, Savannah Court will always have an outstanding reputation with people eager to become residents there. The frontline staff that cares for each resident always performed with professionalism and care. Not only did they help my Mom, but they made it a point to include me, by keeping me informed as to mom's status as she slipped away from us. They were in her room on a regular basis, without being summoned. It seems as though every staff member would make it a point to touch my shoulder, give me a comforting smile, or even a hug, when they would come by. This sort of thing comes from the core of the person and not a corporate directive. It is a sincere measure of empathy for what the resident's family is going through. It is my desire to express to the staff of savannah Court my appreciation and respect. You must realize that there are many of us that know you do whatwhat you do because it is calling. You might not become "rich and famous", but you are promised to be remembered. Thank each and every one of you, including maintenance, kitchen staff, and volunteers. I like Savannah Court because they are very friendly, and they can provide the services that my wife's stepfather needs. The staff is excellent. He is a complainer, but he does not complain about the food. He seems very satisfied with the food. The facility is clean. It has entertainment and various functions for the folks that live there. I think they are doing just a pretty good job

Mom moved here to live with us. Unfortunately, due to her Parkinson's Disease we were no longer able to care for her. She has been a resident of Savannah Court of Haines City for 3 years now, and the care and love she receives from the staff is truly heart warming to mom's entire family. They make sure she gets her meds, her meals, and attends any of the many activities that are available. Ellen [Removed], Executive Director; Marcy [Removed], Resident Care Coordinator are always available to provide direction and support on the continuing care of mom. We are very pleased with Savannah Court of Haines City and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Savannah Court has been a very good one, it is a very nice place! The facility is clean and well kept, and they've done an excellent job looking after my loved one. We're very pleased with it!

I work in the healthcare field and can say the staff treat the residents like their own family and are attentive to their needs. I would definitely refer Savannah Court St Cloud to anyone looking to place their loved ones.

All of the staff has just been absolutely wonderful with my dad! I would definitely recommend Savannah Court for anyone needing the type of care they provide.

I can't say enough about this facility the staff is wonderful kind caring always have a smile the décor is beautiful the outdoor areas are enchanting it always smells so nice when I walk in they really know what they are doing with the care of dementia take their time never rushed no worries and I'm going to be welcomed to visit anytime my hats off to La Casa job very well done and I know its not an easy job

I had to find an assisted living for my mom when my brother passed away suddenly. I contacted A Place For Mom for guidance. Savannah Court in Haines City Florida was one of the places they recommended. Mom and I toured the facility and had lunch there. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They made took care to make mom comfortable and encouraged her to get involved in activities. I know mom is safe and busy. They made the transition easy for both mom and me. I highly recommend Savannah Court.

I am very happy with most everything at Savannah Court of St. Cloud. One thing that I can think of to critique is their schedule for cleaning the rooms and doing the laundry could improve. Also, my sister has dementia and there have been a couple of instances where they haven't been as patient as they should be with her. The food is good, but they need to inform the residents what the alternatives are if they do not like the main choice. My sister forgets that she can ask so if she does not like the main option she just does not eat. Those are a few areas for improvement, but again, overall it has been a good experience. The staff is great, and everything else about the experience has been wonderful.

My uncle has been in Savannah Court since May of 2013. We have found the staff to be very caring and helpful and we visit often. The facility is clean and never has "that smell." My uncle does not take advantage of all of the activities, but they are available if he so chooses, so that explains our 3.5 star on the activities. This facility is a pleasant homey, pleasant environment.

My mother and father have both been residents of Savannah Court. I have found that the staff is always quite caring with them and with the other residents. The facility is always clean. Savannah Court staff goes out of their way to meet the all of the needs of the residents including mental and emotional needs as well as physical.

My father is a resident here and I am very pleased with the quality of care he receives. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many enjoyable activities such as Bingo, memory games, arts and crafts, music presentations, as well as holiday and birthday parties for the residents and their families. Its small size (about 40 residents) also gives it a very home-like appeal.

most senior centers offer clean rooms with adequate services. the difference with savannah court is the personal. they truly care about each and every resident. Everyone is address by their first name. no person is left out of any activity if they are able to attend. every Wednesday they offer a live band with sing along that the entire staff and residents get into the program. This along with so many other activities brings Savannah Court above the norm. All I can say is keep up the good work [Removed]

My family and I were looking at assisted living facilities, when we determined that mother could no longer live alone. We decided on Savannah Court in Lake Wales. The staff and workers are friendly, courteous and are there to meet the needs of the residents. We have the assurance that her medicine is properly administered and she has three meals per day that are available to her. In addition, we were looking for a facility that was clean and maintained, and smelled good. Savannah Court is comfortable and has a "homey" atmosphere. Mother feels safe and secure there.

I visited Savannah Court. I thought it would fit my father very well. I was very impressed. The people that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and very understanding. I thought they would have cared for my father in a loving way. The grounds were well kept and showed they cared about how the place looked. From what I saw, the dining area was neat, and I could tell that the people were well fed. It was a nice place with a family atmosphere. They had a lot of different things that the people could do to keep them active.

Savannah Court of St Cloud is a wonderful place!!! When we moved our father there he needed a lot of TLC. They have gone above and beyond with helping him. He is now comfortable and well fed. Thanks to Judy he enjoys 3 meals a day and loves the food. All the staff members are attentive to the residents. Way to go, Gail!!

Both my Mom and I are very happy with La Casa. The staff is just great.My Mom always tells me how good they are to her.In just the short time she has been there I have seen a change for the better in her.

It's a great place, small, it's a forty-something unit community, and like being in a southern plantation. We loved it there. He could get around pretty easy. It's not fancy, but the rooms are nice, they had a few activities. They had a lot of volunteer groups come in and sing. They had really good care. It was just a nice place for a small itty bitty town.
