The club at St Cloud is a wonderful community the staff are loving and caring everyone becomes extended family. The atmosphere is friendly and accepting. You are able to walk in with an appointment at anytime including weekends and there is someone that can answer your questions and give you a tour.

I reside in Brooklyn NY and my loved one resides in Kissimmee. I was struggling with finding a residence that reflected normalcy’s and allowed independence while supporting residents in their affairs. Not only did this facility demonstrate sanitized environment but impeccable conditions. The staff demonstrated professionalism,knowledgeable, compassionate but MOST OF ALL PATIENCE

Staff is very welcoming. Gail in Admissions was very knowledgeable about admission process. Facility is clean and well kept. They have plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy. Residents seem to enjoy their time at the facility.

Services have improved since my last admission. The administrative staff has been very efficient. Salon services, church services, activities, upgraded fire safety system and courtyard very peaceful with water fountain. Atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful and homelike!

One of the very best Assisted Living Residence in St Cloud and Kissimmee! You get so much for the price. The rooms are decent in size and just the right amount of space. The bathrooms, rooms and hallways are wide enough for all mobile devices. Your loved ones will be happy here! Lots of activities to keep busy and entertained all week.

Staff is caring, friendly and very helpful. The building is very clean and smells very good. The rooms are very spacious. The building is centrally located in St. Cloud. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

I think this facility is very good and that they do a really good job here. The one thing that I really like is that it's a smaller community, which I feel makes it more family friendly. The staff is great, they go out of their way to be accommodating. When we walk in, everyone knows who my mom is and knows her by name. When I pick mom up, she's always in a great mood and has made new friends. Communication with the family is very good. The activities have been great, however, the Activities Director recently left and they're working on hiring a new one. She played a big part in the day to day for the residents, especially with keeping them active and engaged. So hopefully they find a new one soon. The only suggestion I would offer is to maybe have a bi-weekly or monthly newsletter to keep families updated and informed. That would be a great and helpful thing to have. But overall, we're very happy with this facility and my mom is given excellent care here. I would recommend them to family and friends.
