I toured The Club recently looking for a place for my mom. [name removed] was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. All the staff was friendly and the residence seemed happy. I am planning to move my mom there as soon as possible. [name removed] has answered all of our questions and made the process easy so far.

My mother has been a resident of The Club of St. Cloud for 4 years. She loves the family atmosphere with a variety of activities to select from everyday. She enjoys bingo and daily exercise offered. Every Wednesday she has her hair done by a hair dresser on site. On Sunday morning church services and bible study are offered. Physician services and physical therapy are available.The staff are attentive to the residents needs and truly care for them. There are activities and special events year round that include the entire family. I am extremely satisfied knowing my mother is in a safe, caring environment. The new owner takes pride in the facility and provides updates to the families in a timely manner.

I looked for a place for Mom for 7 months and refused to let her stay anywhere until I found The Club at St Cloud. The minute I got there I knew this was the place. The place smells and looks so clean, it has a lot of open areas for the residents to socialize and the big indoor gardens makes you feel you are outdoor. But what makes this place special and convincing is the people there. They inspire trust and genuineness. They welcome you with open arms. After so many months looking, I was SO lucky to find The Club, and Mom loves it.

[name removed] was on the ball and keeping me informed of what was going on she’s an asset to your company I recommend her highly everything she told me was honest and reliable I recommend to anyone interested give [name removed] a call if she doesn’t answer leave a message she’s very helpful and will return your call faster than I had from others I tried working with

This is a beautiful community. Everyone was smiling as we toured by [name removed] who was beyond sweet and knowledgeable. The other residents seemed to really enjoy the community. This is a I look forward to coming to.

Very friendly and clean facility with a lot of activities for all their residents. Facility is well kept and staff is very pleasant and happy to show us around. We were here for a tour and have enjoyed it Thank you

I was very pleased with my tour. Everything ship sharpened and was pleased with how premisses were kept.

A friend recommended The Club @ Haines City when moving my mother-in-law from Texas to be near us. Having zero experience with nursing/assisted living, I had no idea what to expect. The facility was in the middle of a complete overhaul. The then manager was very helpful & able to take our mom immediately. The most amazing part, she was able to bring her fur babies, which was more than we hoped for & put her at ease. The level of care she needed when moving in was very low but the peace of mind that she had help 24/7 was amazing! I visited almost daily & had direct experience with almost every staff member & resident over the last 8 months. The residents were loving, kind, & enveloped her into the community immediately. I was most impressed with the staff who became as close as family & were extremely helpful as her health declined. I can't express enough how incredible the community & staff of The Club have been to us! The warmth & support have truly made a difference in our lives.

I just recently toured and I am looking forward to the move. [name removed] spoke to me about the steps and is making the process so seamless. She is amazing. I seen a friend from a previous place and I am excited to make new friends and have so much activites. I look forward to this being my new home.

Beautiful facility and the staff are really sweet. You can tell they really care about their residents and treat them like family. Enjoyed their "Christmas in July" marketing event. Residents seem happy.

I would definitely recommend to others. The staff is very helpful and polite. The food was very good. The overall service was great. They kept in contact with me to give me updates.

The staff were friendly from the time we walked up to the front doors. [name removed] met us with a smile at the door and showed us around the community. It smelled really nice and everyone we met seemed so happy here. The staff were are smiling and happy we had a really great tour.

I am very happy with my husband's care. Very nice staffing. He gets good care. He seems to be content and well cared for. They are always keeping me updated and willing to help with anything.

This is such a nice place. I toured the facility and look forward to moving my mom here. Vicki was so kind and answered all of my questions. Yany answered any questions I could think of regarding the medical side and [name removed] the executive director was also so very nice.

The entire team at the Club has gone above and beyond to ensure our sister/sister-in-law's successful transition to her new home. We couldn't be happier!

[Name Removed] is amazingggggg and I'm so glad to be apart of her team. This is a great place to live. This is a great place to work. The residents are happy and so sweet. Such a great building with [Name Removed]!!!

The staff are so sweet to me. They take care of the residents. The food is great. I am happy to call The Club at Haines City home. I am so happy this is my home and thankful to have staff that care for me and check on me.

I had to go out of town and left my uncle in their care. He loved it. They did a great job giving him his medicine and taking care of him. I wouldn’t hesitate leaving him there again if I had to. The staff is very nice and loving with the guest and residents.

I visit my friend/family ay least 2x weekly. The staff is pleasant and visible if assistance is needed. They call if there is a concern and when good things happen. They truly become family to your loved one.

Very good all around. All workers are extremely nice to me and help in all ways.
