I think other families would find it helpful to know that the staff and caretakers are trained in what they do. The Garden's stay on a structured schedule that keeps the residents moving, thinking, and feeling safe. The staff is always approchable , kind and understanding to families. I know because I my momma lives there. I had a good feeling about the facility and ALL staff when I first toured for my momma, and that has never changed??

I love the staff that made me very comfortable to have my mom cared for during her going home stages. She was always well groomed, slept peaceful. [name removed] the main supervisor went above and beyond to meet my needs to move my mom there. Great communication. Very clean and peaceful place

Highly recommended.. love the place & the staff.. my dad is very happy & smiling again.. it's a very clean & homey feel.. good food& lots of special programs for memory care.. residents r kept busy for the most of the day & not kept in there rooms.. I feel at peace with my dad living there. I'm 5 mins away from the gardens so I can see my dad every day.. [name removed] my dad has a awesome room he can look out from 2 big windows & see alot.

I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. The place is clean, caring, and friendly. Everyone even the maintenance man [name removed] goes out of his way to help. [names removed], the nurses and kitchen workers there are always smiling.

The Gardens of Amarillo is very nice and the staff is exceptional. I looked at several options before settling on The Gardens of Amarillo. I wanted my Alzheimer loved one to have the best care and also great private accommodations that are similar to home living. I also relied on other friend’s experiences who had loved ones in the facility and spoke highly of the caring staff and the daily scheduled activities for residents. My loved one has been their 2 months now and it was the best decision I have made. My loved one thinks she is staying in a resort and I truly believe she is happy there.

This place is absolutely amazing. No one will understand them more then the ones in that building taking care of them daily. I was one family member that knew everything about my family. But we came to realize that the Med aids and care staff are the ones who are the ones that don’t get rewarded for jobs like this, they are the ones that get the attitudes, the ones that clean them and the ones who physically deal with them because we just can’t. I would love to thank a few of those rock stars that I know your loved ones will be taken care of ([names removed]) and the amazing team of the best Med aids [name removed], and [name removed])!! You girls are amazing and thank you for all you do. My family and I really appreciate you all.

5 to all! It has been an outstanding experience for the past 13 months. She is safe, content and cared about! I reviewed numerous places and am grateful that I selected this facility for her care. The staff just below the senior management is fabulous. They know all of the residents and their families. Senior management changes frequently and they are very weak on getting simple paperwork done. I put up with it because the actual working staff take such good care of my spouse.

I spent most of the day at The Gardens at Shadow Hills and found the people that work there to be loving and gentle with the residents. Awesome place for Mom. The food is wonderful and the new Activity person is amazing.

The facility is clean and the staff are super polite and patient with all the residents. The rooms are a little small but the size of the bathrooms are great and roomy.

This community has been great. The Sales director, [name removed] made the move in process so easy. Her & the rest of the staff were so friendly & welcoming. This community made us feel at home. I highly recommend that everyone bring there mom here!!!

The staff is amazing. They take very good care of my dad and they are like family. The OT, PT, Nurse practitioner, and the rest of the staff are very kind and patient and update me regularly on my father's situation.

Provident is bright and clean. The staff is attentive to their residents. My friend loves the live music entertainment. The piped in music is 60s and 70s just right for this age group. His quality of life has helped him become more happy.

I was extremely happy with the place and highly recommend it. I would recommend the place to talk to Nicole the supervisor for a tour. I knew it was a safe place for my mom. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to have my mother comfortable, they communicated excellence at all times of the hour.

I am so glad and relieved to have found Provident and their Respite Care team for my mom. The director is so knowledgeable and staff are beyond caring. I had a lengthy business trip in another state and could not take my mother with me. After much, much research and visiting various locations, Provident was our selection. They sent me pics and videos of her participation in fun activities as well as instantly having my mom (within seconds) return my calls upon my request. I loved hearing about her enjoyable days ( planting, exercising painting, etc). She also made wonderful friends. It's so reassuring to know Provident is there when we need the help.

We visited Graceland at Garden Ridge and really enjoyed the community. The staff appears caring and compassionate, and we were really impressed with the administrator. You can tell the people there love their residents and we're very excited about this community.

I am happy with the decision to go to Shadow Hills and based on the experience I would recommend this community to other families.

When my husband came to this facility he had just been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and was not himself at all. The staff was very caring and attentive to his needs. Olivia Wilder, NP of the facility kept me informed of his meds and health. The facility was always very clean. My husband really liked the food. After being there for six months we brought him home and is doing great. It was because of the care he received at Provident Buda that he is now home and doing well. Nicole the Director is very involved with the care of the patients. I highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been living here for 2yrs and I can really say I’m very satisfied with my stay here . This is my home and the staff is my family. They always willing to help me with anything I need. I never feel alone or lonely There’s always someone to talk

I was so worried about where to take my Mom who has Dementia, but Provident at Buda was definitely the right choice!! My Mom is so Happy here! It only took a day or 2 for her to find the friends she needed! [Name removed] (the DON) is Absolutely Amazing! She was so helpful through the whole process of our decision & moving my Mom! The staff is so sweet & treat us all with Respect & Love!! The facility it's self is so beautiful & clean! I especially love that it's an end of life care facility. I feel so at peace that my Mom will be well cared for till that time comes!! I visit often along with other family members & we all agree that we have found that place she will live out her days! If you are looking, Please consider Provident at Buda! I think you & your Loved one will find their Happy Place just as my Mom has!!

The Provident Buda is very caring and supportive with your loved one. The staff listens to your concerns and follow through with the physical , medical, and emotional needs of their residents. I feel that the Provident staff is like my family as they care for my brother. Nicole is an excellent and experienced administrator. I have complete confidence in her and her staff.
