we are very happy with this facility. Friendly and caring staff. Facility is beautiful and clean. Food is not as good as we expected would like. Would like more transportation to MD appointments

Overall very happy she is there. She fell about a month ago while living there. She needed stitches in her head and broke her hip. They made sure to let me know she fell and where they took her by ambulance. They also worked with the inpatient rehab facility she went to after hip surgery to be sure she was okay to go back to Pacifica. Comments: #6 - Activities - gave rating of 3 since they do not have many activities my mom feels comfortable participating in. She is legally blind and she sometimes struggles with some activities since she doesn't see well.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley and everything about her experience at this facility has been great so far. Communication with the family is excellent. The staff have a genuine concern for the well being of the residents. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, activities and value for cost are also great. The food is good. We have no regrets about selecting Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley for our loved one.

Seemed the friendliest staff, cleanest, large enough room and not dingy looking. I picked this community because that it is where I'd want my loved one.

My mother lived here for approximately two years The staff is very caring and loving supportive to the family. The cottages and outside areas are beautiful i would highly recommend Pacifica Belleair

Since we have a new Chef in the kitchen, the food has been amazing. The caregivers are wonderful at their job.

I was passing through and thought I would check out the community. I am looking for my mother; I walked in and immediately felt the positive energy from the administration and Staff. I love the open space and that it is memory care only. I am touring other communities however this is my top choice.

The staff truly care about the residents. They have fun activities for the families and resident and have great communication with families.

She goes above and beyond to help not only myself, but other residents. The care staff are extremely helpful and observant which is exactly what you want when looking for a facility like this to place your loved one.

My husband is here. I’m very happy with where he lives and the staff works hard to take care of him and keep him happy and his needs met. I have had other family do respite here as well and they were happy.

We had been searching for a place for my husband’s 97 year old father that felt more like home than all of the large nursing facilities we had looked at. A personalized care plan designed to meet his specific needs was also at the top of our list. We found that with Pacifica. He has been here for about a month and we are so happy with our decision thus far.

The staff are incredibly kind and caring and have always taken great care of my love one. The grounds are always clean and the layout creates peace for the residents. They work together to keep the residents safe.

From the moment she moved in, the staff has shown unwavering dedication to her wellbeing. The caregivers are not only highly trained but also incredibly compassionate, treating her with such kindness and with the respect they would treat their own mother. The community itself is incredibly well-maintained (thank you, [name removed]!) and provides a comfortable and safe environment.. It's so heartwarming to see the level of care and attention she receives everyday, and I can’t thank the following staff members enough: [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] & [name removed]…among others. And new Executive Director, [name removed], is the icing on top!
