My brother and I spent quite a bit of time visiting assisted-living places. Unfortunately, we had to place our mom in temporary respite care, before we had the opportunity to find Pacifica. Once we did, however, we quickly remedied the situation, and had mom lovingly transferred to Pacifica Senior Living. In their memory care to be specific. We couldn’t be happier with the warm welcome of everyone that works there. From day one, our dealings with their sales team was awesome. Instead of following a script, they were more concerned with finding a solution for our needs, that makes sense to everyone. They made the process seem easy and handled everything with big smiles. The grounds are lovely, the cottages are warm and comfortable and Mom seems to be hitting it off with everyone. The biggest take away for me is that they go above and beyond and it’s very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your loved ones.
