[name removed] is wonderful and everyone we met was helpful and happy to speak with us. We had a wonderful lunch and met several residents who spoke highly of the staff and the community. Our mom can’t wait to move in.

My contact person was with [name removed] she was tireless worked past 5 and on the weekends very professional and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about her there might even have been a hug and a tear from me. Pacifica was very clean the people there were very active with tons of planned activities and just walking groups great place

We picked this community, because I liked the cottage feeling. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. Seems more like a home atmosphere which was better for my mom.

I would say you need to check it out . I've already told one of my friends to look into it for her mother.It just felt right when I first walked in.

Visited the community with our an appointment and the was welcome by a nice, well presented and friendly lady at the font . Sales person welcomed me right away and with a nice, caring attitude. She explained their services and her 20 plus year of knowledge. . I had no idea that this community is for seniors with dementia only and my dad needs assisted living. I would recommend others to visit if their need is for memory care

The facility does a great job of caring for those who need help due to dementia or elders with other special needs. My husband has Alzheimer’s and needs full my time care. From the moment he first arrived at Pacifica Senior Living, they worked to make him feel at home. It a a beautiful setting, with lovely outdoor areas the residents can safely use. The resident buildings feel very home-like. Meals are delicious, and there are plenty of snacks and drinks all day. The staff is always having special events and things to do for the residents to keep them healthy and happy. I love it!

I looked at many facilities and Sun City Gardens was the best. I moved in a little over a month ago and love it. I recommended it to a friend and she has moved in also. The food is great, if you don’t like what is on the menu, they will accommodate you and get you something you like. The staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to help you and make sure you are satisfied. The staff made sure my move in was easy and stress free.

communication is always quick and informative . problems or concerns are handled efficiently . any member of staff helps when asked. golf cart access is simple and outlets are open and accessible . parking lot is well maintained and has plenty of parking spots.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is great. The friendliness and cleanliness are great! The care services, meals and activities are also very good. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene to family and friends!

I came into Pacifica looking for a memory care short term stay for my mother. The sales director was very helpful and shared information about Dementia that gave me a better understanding what my mother is experiencing and gave me tips on how to care for my mother. The community seemed very well kept. When leaving my tour I was given cookies from the kitchen which were freshly baked.

What a lovely experience .. the marketing director , [name removed] was so polite and so informative.. I left knowing and understanding so much more of Alzheimer’s and dementia.. And by the way the patients seemed so happy I know my mother will be well cared for. I have such a feeling of both relief and thankfulness.. the staff was friendly and working hard.. such a lovely facility

I recently toured for my father, who is in need of assisted living. The marketing Director was very informative and helpful. The community is beautiful and very clean. Staff seemed very happy and and we’re all partaking in happy hour, dancing with the patients who live there.

As a familiy, we wish to thank you for your proffessionalism and loving care that you gave our father. We cannot truly express our appreciation and thanks to all of you for all you did for him and for us. The loving care that you gave our father, truly helped sustain us during the last few months of his life. Thank You.

I would say that the features of Alta Vista would be well worth checking into. It has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere compared to some of the senior living places I have visited. We picked this community because of the closeness of community to ex-husband's handicapped adult son/transportation provided since ex-husband has no car.

Toured facility and found the place clean, happy and well managed. Residents seemed happy and outgoing.

Tommy was so helpful getting my mom moved as well, as all the other satff as well. Very easy to work with.

Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside is simply amazing. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and is well maintained. The care staff and administrative team are very friendly and always opened to answer any questions. The amenities offered are great. The facility has an amazing activities program and residents can look forward to having delicious meals, 24 hour care, and access to scenic drives/outings provided by the facility. I would highly recommend and trust this place to anyone that is in need of assisting their loved ones with their care. It is evident from the moment you walk in, that the employees here care for their residents and fellow employees. This place is truly a gem!

We moved my father here almost four years ago. He enjoyed the assisted living section of the facility. With his dementia progressing he made the transition into their memory care unit. He enjoys it there also, and they take very good care of him. Always activities for him and also going on day trips. We would highly recommend this senior living facility for a loved one.
