My experience from the beginning has been exceptional. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly Hello's & Smiles. My TOUR is what sold me on this place. The Lobby was clean & metalous. the courtyard, and dining hall, salon & theatre were pleasing!

It's a wonderful place. The people are very well taken care of the staff are very happy and knowledgeable. The food is great. My brother is extremely happy there. He never wants to leave.

Thank you, [Name removed], for a thorough tour and explanation of what West Park has to offer its residents. It is important the quality of life exists for everyone seeking that. I felt like I could visit my loved one whenever I wanted and be a family member instead of a care giver. The variety of activities and dining options are impressive.

[name removed] was extremely helpful we had no idea how to get around the barriers that presented themselves, but she informed us of avenues to get my parent admitted. She helped us check in and answer my question I have.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also learn what each resident needs are. And they communicate well with family members at home on what is going on with their loved ones. Room size is appropriate for one or two people to live in. Amenities are very nice and well kept. Plus they have lots of activities for the residents to do if they wish.

I really have no complaints. It really served our sister. As far as cost...the costs seem outrageous for seniors That's my opinion on all of the care facilities. The dining facility and choices are wonderful, super activities director [name removed]. The Staff are always kind and helpful. Always a positive atmosphere.

My husband stayed at Pacifica Senior Living for respite care. The facility was Clear and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and very attentive to my husband's needs. The meals were excellent and well-balanced, My husband enjoyed every meal. The staff was fully professional, as well as caring I would bring my husband back for another stay

I had little time to find a place for mom. I looked online & found 2 places in her area. The 1st was a complete dump.We immediately said "NO WAY". We never found the 2nd place. I called A Place for Mom. The person on the phone was helpful & asked questions about what I was looking for. He texted me 2 in Palm Springs. I checked them online. The 1st was like a hotel, I wasn't interested. The second, Pacifica. was everything I wanted for mom. It had 6 separate cottages, very homey & comfortable and a fireplace, 15 apts w/full bathrooms in each, a dining area, w/full kitchen & laundry room. There were areas in front & back for outdoor seating. The grounds were secured w/iron fencing locked at night for security, spacious, w/grass, trees & bushes were kept up nicely. All staff were very nice. Balanced meals included (very bland not appitizing). I felt this needed attention. Lots of activities daily. Overall, I was very happy w/Pacifica. If mom couldn't go home, this was the next best place

[name removed] was very sweet and did an amazing job providing information/details. She presented the facility very well and answered every question.

My father came to Pacifica over two months ago, with medical issues and dementia. We were welcomed warmly and have consistently received kind and compassionate support and help from all of the staff since day 1. With every request, they have been cooperative and helpful, and have tried to help in any way possible: from basic needs, requests to set up his tv, transport to the doctors appointments, etc the staff have been amazing. It’s rare to find such committed and kind folks who aren’t burnt out: these folks are top-notch.

Pacifica treated my mom very well in the few short months she lived there. It is a very nice facility.

I was very impressed with the Knowledge of the tour guide. I will definitely consider this place for my dad if I need to move him. The only thing that would impede me from doing so is the financial situation.

They are wonderful. [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Their CNAs are all very nice and helpful. Plus they communicate with me very well on my mom's ups and downs. They really have taking a load off of me.
