The team at Oshkosh treats my grandmother like family. I can tell they love her and the other residents. This really makes my grandmother feel at home and helped with the transition from home to Azura.

I am in the building a few times a week and am always impressed by the activities. Personally knowing the residents, it's amazing to see how active they are and engaged.

We have had a great experience at Azura and my mom loves her stay there. The staff is very helpful during move-in and whenever we need anything. Highly recommended.

We had great communication with the director here and they always meet the needs for my dad. They always have activities going on and are helpful with medication and care questions/concerns.

Azura is an amazing community that truly makes one feel at home. They are many great amenities and opportunities for my grandma to thrive there. The staff is so supportive and kind. They are always there to help and I know that my grandma is in good hands at all times. Her days are full of eating great meals, participating in fun activities, and cultivating new friendships with the other residents. I'd highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

My father has been here for the last 3.5 years. I've watched this place get better and better every year. It is a home-like environment with individualized care. The team genuinely cares about each resident. We have a new ED and nurse this year and they are doing an excellent job. They will both go above and beyond to help the team in any way, even helping on the floor. Management is very responsive to families and their concerns. There is in-home medical care and services. Fun activities, outings, and parties happen all the time.

I was extremely impressed at all of the thought that went into the care at Azura. There are so many safety features throughout the house designed for those with dementia without making it feel like a prison. The details put into the home makes it a true safe haven for those with memory impairments. We are looking forward to moving my mom in come January.

Because I am out of state, I am always watching the Azura Facebook page for photos of mom. There is always something fun happening at Azura and you can tell by the smiles on the resident's faces that they are happy, healthy and thriving. Thank you Azura for giving me peace of mind!

Memory care is tough. They seem very "on it" and very knowledgeable in all aspects of it. My aunt is a tough one, but she is well taken care of and very happy at Azura. Very satisfied with the facility and care.

Azura of Oshkosh cared for my grandfather with dignity. He loved the girls who worked there as they made him feel special. I would recommend Azura to anyone with a family member dealing with later stages of dementia.

My mom with dementia was in a different assisted living facility in the area. She deteriorated quickly in one year,so much in fact, that she was appropriate for hospice care. She lost weight, slept increasingly more, and grew very depressed. She would beg me to 'save' her when we would return from an outing. I knew I had to get my mom out of there! Thank God for Azura Memory Care! I am a registered nurse and went to a Virtual Dementia Tour sponsored by Azura. This was the first I'd heard of them. By this time my mom had been moved 5 times in two years because she had lived in Michigan before I brought her to Wisconsin. None of the 3 other facilities she had been in were satisfactory . They were understaffed and poorly equipped/trained to provide care to people with dementia. Hesitant to move her one more time, I took a leap of faith and believed what I'd seen and heard while checking out the Azura facility, and I'm so glad I did!!

My mother in law was recently admitted to Azura. They welcomed her with open arms and treated her like family. The facility is beautiful, warm and like a home versus a nursing home. The Director is really dedicated to the care and happiness of each person in Azura. The staff to client ratio is much higher at Azura. They also have a fantastic chef who makes wonderful healthy food. The first day on arrival he made my mother in law pancakes which is one of her favorites. We believe she is much happier and best of all has excellent care. Thank you to the great staff!

My Mom recently transferred to the Azura facility. She has adjusted well and seems happy. The staff has been great - warm, caring and respectful. Mom is active and engaged. It gives me peace of mind!

Azura is wonderful! They really get to know their residents. The Activity department goes above and beyond to provide amazing experiences. Each activity is geared to the residents favorites memories. They do a wonderful job connecting to each of them and transforming Azura into a real life moment. The staff is like family, the love is shown throughout all they do. Great Job Azura! The smiles and laughter throughout the community is great!

My mom is very well taken care of on the day to day. especially during the pandemic. they had so many activities happening in the facility. Please continue activities and outings as she loves to have adventures!!

I am so very grateful to the incredible staff at Azura for the genuine love and professional care they showed our mother for the last 8 years of her life. Our family was so fortunate to have found such a wonderful facility for mom. Her loving husband of 72 years visited her at the home every day like clockwork. All 8 of her children, most of whom lived out of town, visited every chance they could. As hard as it was on all of us to witness mom's eventual decline due to this dreaded disease, we are all so thankful to all of you for the sincere kindness and warmth you showed her each and every day. She developed such unique and special relationships with so many of you and I know she felt very much at home during her time there. You are a remarkable group of people and provide a truly amazing environment for those in your care. I highly recommend Azura and I thank you once again for the high quality of care and genuine friendship and compassion you have shown mom these last 8 years.

It is often said that home is where your heart is. That is why Azura has been "home" to us for the past several years. It is the enormous hearts of all the staff that have made my mom's final years such a comfort to not only her, but to dad and all of her children. We are eternally grateful for the tireless care that you provided for her. Azura was mom's home....not just another facility. We knew the staff by name and by sharing family stories. It was truly a blessing to find such wonderful care for mom. God Bless You All!

There are no words that can truly express the gratitude I have to the fabulous staff at Azura. They were truly the home away from home for my mother for many years. The amazing and dedicated staff treated her with the utmost respect and love and cared for her in such an intimate and personal way. It was truly a blessing to our family to have found Azurá to help take care of her. Thank you to all there for making the end of my mother’s life nothing but dignified and peaceful. To love a person is to see all of their magic and to remind them of that when they have forgotten. Azura...... you and your staff lovingly did that......Thank you!

The dreams program at Azura is very wonderful! It was such a great excursion for my boat loving dad and friends! He enjoyed getting out on the lake again! Thank you for arranging the trip for my dad!
