I spoke with his best friend and my POA backup as he goes there twice a week. We collectively agree all 7 categories get 5 stars. We have been in and out of 3 places in 6 months and these folks have been best suited to deal with my uncle and his memory challenges and make him "mostly" comfortable. Plus the staff are always responsive to calls and emails. His room size here that he got is pretty small, but I am unsure of the other rooms in the facility.

The staff show a genuine concern for their residents. They serve with a smile and do their jobs well. I'm very appreciative of A Place for Mom for connecting my family with Dimensions Living Appleton. It has been a great fit for my Mom. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

All questions answered right away. Our only request was done immediately. They are great with dad. Checking on him, when not feeling well, almost of staff came up to see him. Small enough place to know his likes for food, even making a special meal for him. Administrator is very friendly. Helps out. We were at a different place, twice the size. Not real happy their. Very happy here. Dad is 101 years old.

I thought that was a great facility. It was well presented and looked to be well run. The only reason we chose another was the driving distance for my siblings who live in Illinois , some west of Chicago.

I have a loved one in the Azura Beloit location. Everytime I go there, my loved one along with all of the other clients are always clean and happy. It never looks dirty. The manager [name removed] is fabulous. She is always taking time to visit with me and I always see her visiting with the other clients and families as well. I could not have chosen a better place for my loved one. This is the best of the best! Hands down.....

The staffs compassion towards their residents is what really sticks out the most about this facility. All of the rooms here are private rooms. I would absolutely recommend Azura Memory Care of Stoughton to others.

I toured this community and liked it. I was impressed with the tour and my tour guide, but they never returned my call after my tour.

Toured , felt very loving and family oriented . The staff seemed engaged with residents and there was a lot of life in the community. They have an on-site nurse which was appealing to me. Seemed like a good place for when we need to move mom.

After moving in our family member to Azura, we were really worried about how they would adjust to the new environemnt. Within a week Azura felt like home.

I am blessed to have found Azura. I know my wife is safe. Happy and taken care of. I never have to worry and for that I am so grateful.

I was touring Azura of Kenosha and I was very impressed by the engagement I saw. Two activity people were making banana cream pie cups with abut six residents. Each resident was engaged in a task and they al seemed to enjoy it.

We have been on the search for the peerfect place, for my dad who has been declining for months now.

I was very surprised to see what a smooth transition, my grandma had into a memory care. The Azura staff went abovea nd beyond to add personal touches to her room, and really make it feel like home for her.

I recently toured at the Sheboygan and was really excited about what they have to offer. We will be needing their services soon.

In healthcare, communication is key and the staff at Monroe Azura compare to none, they are so friendly, organized and make visits a breeze. I wish all communities could be as prepared as Azura they're a pleasure to work with.

I sing for the Manitowoc residents once a month and the home is always clean, and the residents look happy. The food is great, too.

I am so blessed that my mom is a resident, in a home that cares so much. Their approach to memory care has helped my mom to recover more than, any other facility we have been to.

Mom is always clean and enjoys the activities. We like that the place is modern and clean.
