In moving her over here and getting her situated - the staff went of their way and above and beyond to help me and make her transition easier. They were helpful to my mom and me and we really appreciate them.

The staff members have been really great so far, it takes a special person to do this job and they have to put up with a lot. We do not have to worry we know she is being well taken care of. Our loved one is eating all the meals so we have to assume they are really good and even though she does not always participate in the activities we do think they are great. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far

We saw some other places before picking Azura and I thought that they had the best for what there is to offer in Monroe. I honestly don't know where they get the young people that work there who care so much, that's not typical of young people today. They care and it's not just put on. They love her to death and she loves them; she'll put her arms around them and she hugs them. She is nonverbal so she can't verbally express how much she likes them, but she certainly shows that she does likes them. I think they're the greatest. In regards to management, there's one girl that was there and I think she's not there anymore. I don't connect with management very often. When I first came, and it didn't go very good. I gave her a check for 2 months when I first arrived. She must have lost the check because I remember giving it to her, and I have a checkbook that creates copies in it. About 3 to 4 weeks later, the head office called to tell me that I haven't paid. I told them that I did and in fact, I paid for 2 months. I questioned that if I owed more money already, then something was wrong. The girl at the office in Monroe said I didn't give her the check, when I told her I did and reminded her, she then remembered. Two weeks later I got a letter from Azura headquarters saying my wife would have to leave for non-payment and that bothered me because I knew I paid them. But I looked at the check information and it hadn't been cashed, so she likely did lose it and then told headquarters that I didn't pay. It was kind of like she was throwing me under the bus and I will never forget that. For me to not a pay a bill is extremely unusual and unlikely. If it wouldn't have been for the care itself, we would have automatically left and if I had to rate the management I would give them a 0 out of 5, not even a 1. But, the care itself is second to none and that's the part the matters.

My loved one is much happier here than where she was previously at. They actually do her hair and she is always clean and well taken care of. Overall they have been wonderful and I would definitely recommend Azura to others looking for memory care for their loved ones.

I give Stoney River all 5 stars. They have been really welcoming to [name removed]. They have made it so we don't have to worry any longer for her safety. It truly is a great facility.

The staff has longevity, they have worked together for a long time and they really get to build relationships with the residents. During day hours they really monitor the residents who go to their room. they also encourage them to stay out and socialize with others. They monitor every 2 hours overnight. It is expensive but it is worth the money for the amount of care she is getting. I would definitely recommend Azura, especially to those whose loved ones who have communication issues.

We chose Dimensions Living Stevens Point because of the condition of the facility, we really liked the staff, and there were people here that we knew at the time but also others that had family here that had a great experience. The facility itself seems very well cared for, my uncle says he feels like a millionaire living here. I would definitely recommend them to other families.

This was my second choice for my loved one as a community we found fit. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that I needed.

Stoney River looked like a very nice place to have a loved one. At the time I thought my loved one needed a lot more care than they actually did which is ultimately why we did not go with this facility. They had a lot of great amenities offered but my loved one was not going to be able to utilize those.

Once my loved one got to this community it took a while for the schedule to get straightened out. All of the staff were very nice and my loved one liked the food and this is a good compliment for her. It was stressful in the beginning because my loved one had to quarantine but after a while things started to settle. It can just be a hard transition. Everyone was very friendly including the residents.

We were looking for memory care, but when we toured we looked at the assisted living portion of the facility as well and it looked so cool. The hallways have street lamps and the paint all makes it look like you are downtown and it feels like you are in a community. It was a really cool set up. Unfortunately it was just not the right fit for my loved one, but there was nothing negative at all about the facility. It all just depends on what you are looking for.

in my opinion, Azura is a home, not a place to live. it is so nice, happy, inviting, came home. the staff is very interested in each person and takes the extra step to make sure they are well cared for. this is the best place to have a loved one spend their last days and know they are being well cared for.

my experience is from [date removed] to the present. excellent from [date removed] to [date removed]. things took a turn for the worse after [date removed] with part time executive directors and turnover in staff. now with a full time executive director and excellent staff members things are back on track. it's a very satisfactory operation again.

We had a great first impression of Azura Memory Care. After touring, we realized my mom was not ready for this type of care yet and needed assisted living instead, but it looked like a really great facility.

I am very grateful to Stoney River because my loved one got better here and got to go home from here. Stoney River played a big part in that.

We needed to get our loved one out of a previous community very quickly, and when we called Stoney River they made the move happen within hours - from then we have been very impressed. Our mother loves the staff and all the personal care she receives. She tends to be a complainer but when it comes to the meals from what we have seen they look and sound great. They do a great job there and its been a good experience so far.
