5 for all, our Mom received great care and she was a difficult patient. Based on the experience we have had, we would absolutely recommend Stoney River to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Great staff! Any questions they have the answers. Food is fabulous! Activities are fun along with entertainment that comes in to. Also do mini trips with the residents. If you ask a resident if they are happy here they say"yes this the best place to be!" Makes me feel that I made the right decision.

I would certainly recommend. As with that industry as a whole, Dimensions was occasionally short staffed. The people that worked there were extremely dedicated and compassionate.

The staff were sooo great. The friendliness and caring of the staff is something I like the most about the community. Also a very nice facility. Many members were seen sitting and walking outside around the grounds. God food. Yes I would definitely recommend this community to other families. If my brother would need to go back I wish he could go there. But it's not close to his home now.

Very clean and helpful and friendly people work there prices are are good you can come and visit at any time we think that good all the people there have dementia and they are very good with them that all

Very friendly staff. The executive director is awesome. The everyday caregivers are great ( not as much on some weekends). We really like the facilities Smaller size. I would definitely recommend Dimensions Living Green Bay to others.

We moved our loved ones from another facility. Within 10 minutes, the staff immediately noticed a fairly significant need that had been overlooked. The quality of the care drastically improved for my loved ones. It is a home, not a facility. All of the staff seem to know what is going on and are quick to give an update. As family members, we also feel a part of the community!!!

Azura of Monroe has friendly and caring staff. I have seen how they interact with my mom and other residents. They are caring and responsive the resident’s needs. I feel confident that mom is safe and is respected. I am so glad our family chose Azura for mom’s care. They are awesome!

My mother went to Heaven last June. I loved all the people at Azura in Oconomowoc. From the secretary to the kitchen staff and all of the in between! Very clean facility. Staff cares for everyone! No one is alone . When I left Mom to come home I know she was in good hands. I even go in facility to visit workers when I am in Oconomowoc. I traveled 35 minutes each way. Everyday except weekends. When my Mom was there. What a special place!! Thank you A Place for Mom for guiding me there.

Upon visiting other Assisted Livings, Stoney River steals your heart. From the staff, the residents, to the decor. Every other establishment I went to was bland, lacked color, and “home” feel. It felt like a hospital. Stoney River has been great and my father has grown personable with the other residents and employees. Grateful for Stoney and their efforts to make the transition from “home to new home”.

Last April my mom moved to Azura in Kenosha. I have been very happy with the care she receives there. I had worried about the "fit" for mom since memory issues were not our biggest concern at the beginning . But we both grew to love the residents and staff. The building is very nice and very clean. Mom's room is generously sized and fits a bed, lounge chair, dresser, wardrobe, and two night stands. The staff seems to genuinely care for all the residents and work hard to create a homey atmosphere. The food is also very good -- not like hospital food. Mom still wants to "go home", but she wanted that when we cared for her in the house she lived in for 60 years. I am comfortable with my selection of Azura for this final phase of her life.

We were very happy with a place for moms help and Dimensions really was a great fit and over all great experience! Mom has passed and was only there for 4 months. But would highly recommend. Everyone accepted mom , they were friendly and kind. They have different levels of care and even though mom wasn't paying for a certain one they still checked on her throughout day and would bring food to her room for her when she couldn't make it down. Which wasn't on her pay level.

Friendly staff, caring nurses, beautiful building. Too bad their care levels are limited. We had to move out.

They are overwhelmed not having a director at the moment. Staff are great with residents. The facility is wonderful. My mom was really going down hill with her Dementia and she is thriving! I could not be happier. I know they are struggling not having a director at the moment but I feel they really are trying their best.

I would tell them that I would recommend Azura for their loved ones. We are fairly new to Azura and are still working out my mom's schedule. So far so good.

As healthcare provider we always want to make sure that patients/residents needs are met physically, emotionally and spiritually. I am so impressed with Legacy and all the new changes that have been made to the community. It has the most compassionate care team and leadership team. Its a clean and safe environment. I have enjoyed participating in all the fun activities and seeing this community grow.

Stoney River Assisted Living and Memory Support is a beautiful building. They recognized early on that hospice care would be beneficial and arranged for that. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

They were awesome. They have my highest rating. My Mom was very comfortable and interactive with staff and other residents. Liked to help with cleaning up. Liked to help with assisting with other residents.

I recommend Dimensions Living Appleton. My Mom is 91 and she has a hoarding problem. She'll take cloth napkins, extra food to her room that she never eats, silverware, etc. The Dimensions staff has been excellent in communicating with the family and very tolerant and forgiving of my Mom's cognitive decline and hoarding escalation. Staff works with us on practical ways to improve things with a very loving tolerance of my Mom's issues. If anyone out there is dealing with a hoarding elderly parent, I'm sure they can relate. My siblings and I all agree that Dimensions is a great place and my Mom absolutely loves it. She was always of the mindset that she would never want to live anywhere but home, and after a month at Dimensions she liked it so much she said she would never want to leave Dimensions and doesn't want to go back to her old lonely house.

The staff are truly family! The CNA's are wonderful. They treat mom as a grand mom or mom. They are very playful with my LO. I've seen them dance with her, fix her hair. Her room and restroom are always clean. I get frequent updates on her health and wellness. The move in went well and the food is excellent!
