We have nothing bad to say about the community, they were awesome. They were very attentive and good towards our loved one, he felt very loved. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there were no fowl smells anywhere. The meals were excellent everything was homemade. The activities director was excellent, positive and enthusiastic. They really just had awesome people there.

Brookdale West Bay is a real nice community. They offer a lot of activities. From the outside, the building is very unassuming, but it is beautiful, modern, and updated on the inside so, I would highly recommend people go inside and visit this community. It' s very bright and welcoming. From the day we visited, the staff were very transparent, welcoming and open, answered all of our questions, and they even provided us with a welcome packet full of information and answers to all of our questions to take home with us. We chose this community because it is smaller and not overwhelming and it is very close to our house.

I am the new Administrator at Washington Commons. We have made many changes to the management staff since January 2017. Both our residents and resident families are very happy with the changes we have implemented. My family Just toured Washington Commons. We found it to be clean and the staff was friendly. I was given a copy of the activity calendar which had lots of activities that I think my grandmother would enjoy. The residents & employees seemed happy. The Administrator was informative and empathetic. The front desk receptionist remembered our names and said goodbye to us as we were leaving (by our names). All in all we were impressed with this facility, especially for the price, which was reasonable.

The staff at this community have been very helpful and understanding about my mom's needs. The food is good. The only complaint she has is that there are a lot of meals that have a gravy or a sauce on them. She is getting involved in some of the activities. She likes the be fit exercise class and the musical sessions. She has also signed up for some of the outings.

They do a great job overall at West Bay Retirement Living! The staff are all very friendly, and they were very patient working with my loved one. She was very concerned about making this kind of move, and they listened to her and talked her through the process. They've been very easy to work with all around!

My tour of the Brookdale West Bay went very well. The lady that I met with gave me a lot of helpful information as well as answering all of my questions. This community would be great for anyone, but it was not as close to my home as other ones that I toured.

Staff is extremely cordial. The activities planed are numerous. Food and service are excellent.

No complaints A wonderful Place

The facility is clean. And always decorated for the holidays. They have daily activities from bingo, crafts & movies. They try & keep them interactive. The food is bland hospital food. But it has to be. But it's not bad. The staff nurses are nice. The admin staff could get back to families a little faster.

This is the 3rd place we have been at, and the best as far as cleanliness, care, and food. Activities are good for those that are more mobile than my mom.

Great staff. Safe place. Location, friendliness, and the patio stuck out over other places.

Phone system is intermittent but maintenance and receptionist have been helpful. I don't see a solution in the near future.

Facility is very clean, inside and out. Staff is great. Lot's of common areas inside and out, and great activities. They have different room sizes available depending on your loved ones wants and needs.

It's clean and staff are friendly. They revamped the whole staff and I think they have their act together.

The staff are incredibly friendly and I liked the all-in-one price as opposed to a-la-carte for medical. Although my mom doesn't need much assistance today, her needs are going to increase in the next year. An all-in-one-price helps her save some money.

I toured this facility and the tour was good! I'd rate them at a 4.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice place but for the money there just wasn't much there to be offered. Also they were under construction - which is fine but the community just did not have the big warm and welcoming feeling to it. It is quite big and we thought it would be to overwhelming for our mom

Impressed with the staff and their interactions with the residents. It appears there is always something going on for them to do. The dining room and menu choices made me hungry. The apartments were spacious enough and house keeping keeps on top of the cleaning.
