My only complaint is that the day I moved in the place was not really ready for occupancy. Other than that everything has been really good. Everything here is very nice and neat. The place is very clean and well kept, the people are incredibly nice and friendly, and they have a lot of good activities.

I toured this community when I was looking into senior living options for my loved one. This was a nice looking place, it was very well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed friendly. However, this place was entirely independent living, and they did not have availability for an in-home care service. It just would not have been appropriate for my loved one care-wise.

I met with Toni who gave me a tour of a couple of the units. I especially liked the unit upstairs with the vaulted cellings, and also the unit downstairs with the enclosed patio. I informed her that it would be about 6 months before I could even consider anything. I especially liked the location in Summerlin.

We have found Destinations to be a quiet, secure, & fun place to live. It seems there is always something to do, & we are grateful for all the activities available to us. Staff, on a couple occasions, have gone out of their way to meet our needs in a timely manner, & for that, we are, also grateful. We, also, like the location. We seem to be quite close to all those places we frequent. The tenants are all so friendly & nice, too. We still feel our independence, but feel secure in the help available when needed.

The only detractor was an inexperienced sales woman when we first came here and we almost did not rent here because of her inability to answer basic questions for our needs. However, we came back with help from another woman and eventually rented our apartment. Because of my husband's medical costs, we needed lower rent. We were able to downsize to a 1 BR. We enjoy the other residents, access to bus transportation and outstanding entertainment. We have a nice well maintained pool, helpful maintenance & office staff. Our apartment is clean & nicely updated. We toured about 8 facilities & chose Pueblo because of access to good shopping, restaurants, churches, & medical facilities. We were fortunate to be able to take our time by staying with a daughter for a couple months while deciding. After all considerations we are happy we chose Pueblo. Overall they do an excellent job at Noble Village. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They provide strong encouragement for the residents to get out of their rooms and interact in social events and activities. I have, however, heard a lot of complaints from my loved one about the food, mostly that it is just too bland.

The management is not very involved which is why I rated it a four. I’ve heard the food is not that good. I haven’t had any problems with parking or with the laundry service. The management is a little lacking though.

Facility has a homey, community feel. Lots of onsite amenities; apartments are on the small side, 'efficiency' style with galley kitchen, reduced size stove, and no laundry. Laundry rooms are available on each floor. Breakfast and dinner included; lunch is offered a la carte. Each apartment has a private outdoor balcony, which is a nice touch, as the landscaping is mature and the views are nice. Community (scouts, students, etc) are very involved with residents.

An older facility but very well kept. The environment was very comfortable and unpretentious. Residents were in the social areas playing cards and just enjoying gab sessions. There seemed to be something to engage every type of personality from those wanting to have a place outside their apartment to curl up and read a book to places where people could gather for games and conversation. Rachelle, our tour guide, seemed genuinely to feel passionate about her job and taking care of seniors in general. She asked questions to understand our needs and those of our parents and didn't just try to sell us on her property, which helped build trust with us. We have a long way to go to making a final selection but have Sommerset high on our list.

We looked at quite a few destinations locations, and ended up moving into one. This was one of the options that we were considering. It was a nice place, and the staff were friendly. However it is located directly adjacent to the freeway, which is a big negative. It is also a bit remote for us, too far from our normal destinations.

The layout of the community was different than the other Destinations locations that we looked at. It is a series of single-story duplexes and fourplexes, and they looked nice from what we saw. It was a very large community. It was a bit remote for us though, my husband and I like to walk and there isn't much within walking distance.

We're very happy here so far! It's a nice looking place, very clean, and the staff are friendly. It's also a good value for the location and size of the apartments. It's conveniently located, lots of amenities fairly close by. There are a few things we'd like to see them improve on, however. They could use more activities, especially on the weekends. We've also heard from other residents that the bus service has been declining (we drive, but I thought this was important to note).

It's very clean, the staff is very good, of course, it's not an assisted living, it's independent living but within that restriction the care is a five. I've had a lot of requests for hanging pictures and things and the response has been excellent. The only thing I think they could improve on is that there's a limited number of van accessible parking spaces available in the parking lot and they're not labeled as such so peopel with small cars and no mobility problems park there which makes it difficult for us to get out of our cars in those tight spaces. The other thing is that they're a little heavy on the starches at dinner but I think you're going to find that at any institutional facility because starches are cheap but I kind of object to macaroni salad and corn being served as the vegetables. Sometimes I can get the servers to get me a salad if they have some left over. I have a two bedroom and that includes a continental breakfast 3 days a week, dinner everyday and on Sundays the dinner is served at noon, the rest of the time it's served in the evenings, housekeeping service, they will wash and return the linens, extra storage is the premium package, there's a storage room with good sized bins for storage, security and activites are all included in the price but I'm not sure what the price is without the premium package.

We liked the overall atmosphere of Noble,the 2 staff we met, we realized we have to find out more of what kind of detailed care D has now and what he will need. Not sure of location, may be too far north. We like the smaller feel,not huge complex. some hallway carpets were (stained) looked like they needed cleaning/replaced, living area for 1 bdrm seemed narrow/small.Dead plants at front entrance, Did not see any staff with residents ( maybe 1 sitting at table in common area)

Nice, a little quiet, a little more pricey. Farther away.

Loved this one. Price is right. Size is right. People are very nice. Everyone seems very happy.

Two elementary schools and a library close. SR center 4 mi away. Can be on dining plan. Nice dining room. Long term ee's. 112 rooms. Lots of meeting rooms. Free transportation to Dr's. Many activities available. Can move in for one month to see how he likes it. Can start a literacy program with Pam. Post office close.

The Gardens of Annapolis struck me (appearance wise) better than some of the other places did. I have noticed that there are not a lot of men in the facility. The food is in a separate building so if weather is bad, it is hard to get over there. The apartment sizes are on the smaller side, but I am transitioning well. Overall I do not regret my move and would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the value from what we remembered was good it was one of the cheapest for us. It was very clean from what we could see, everyone seemed pretty content but the location was just to far away

I do really like the apartments, the doors close by themselves and I also have a full sized refrigerator. The view from my balcony is pretty. I have been experiencing a loud noise and they are trying to figure out what that noise is and where it is coming from. The facility is in more of a square so you do not have to walk far to get places. I would recommend to others looking.
