They are so welcoming and it really feels like a home, I feel at home. Ms. Christine is the biggest joy and sweetest woman. She takes the time to make each person feel welcomed. There was many issues in the beginning but jumped right on them and fixed it. They are always smiling and cheerful and they are happy to help. I am paying less and getting more and it comes with a smile and genuine.

We lucked out finding this facility. It suited our loved one perfectly. It is homey, clean, spacious apartments, great staff. When we walked in we were impressed. No odors, I'm sure many expect disinfectant or "other" odors but nothing here. We moved my mother-in-law in 2 weeks ago and she is adjusting well with no complaints other than she has not finished unpacking. I have been able to call in and find out how she's doing from the staff, this has put us at ease. So far overall we are very pleased.

We are very happy at this community. The staff is excellent and very helpful for everything that we need here. The food is good and a good variety is available. Alot of wonderful activities are available and we like to participate most of the time. We recommend this for a great care with a good value to other family members that we excellent care for there loved ones.

This community is a good fit for my mom and we are very happy with the care. She likes the meals and it seems to taste good. My mom has not been on an outing yet but she enjoys being there and she has made friends. The staff keep the facility clean and maintain the property.

This is a great place for seniors who want to live independently. Linda, the manager, is so very helpful. She is a great asset to this community.

My father is doing well here at these senior apartments. I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. They do a good job the cleanliness of the community, the grounds are well maintained as well. The staff is good, they have been helpful and responsive. They do have activities available for the residents. Overall I would highly recommend Destinations at Alexander.

Gardens of Annapolis is excellent I really like it. The staff is here Monday through Friday which is strange but they do leave things in good order. It would be nice to have someone available on weekends to address any concerns. I enjoy that I am able to make my own food. They try to keep the activities very interesting. They have birthday parties every month and the food offered is really good. We have many outings to run errands, to the Amish market, out to lunch, and out for groceries. The cleanliness is excellent and there is always plenty of parking.

I liked the fact that it is not necessary to buy and pay for meals I am unlikely to eat. The transportation is good and the staff is very nice. The apartments are comfortable (except that the water pressure on the 3d floor is not very strong. ) Upkeep is good. activities are good and the location is very good--across from a market, hairdresser, restaurant, etc. The rates are affordable, for me.

My husband is there, it is not assisted living. It is a senior apartment. They really do not provide care services for him. The staff is good from what I've seen, but my husband has complained about it.

My mother moved to Somerset from New York two months ago. She LOVES it there. The team and residents at Somerset made her feel so welcome. Her apartment is well-maintained and very spacious. The dining hall is welcoming and the food delicious. They provide many activities for the residents.

At Sommerset Retirement Community the food is very good. The cleaning service is really good and it's included in the price. The value is quite good here. I am overall very pleased with this facility. It has been a good experience.

It is all great at Destinations at Pebble. They respond very quickly when there is a problem. They keep it clean. Mom really loves it there. I have no complaints on this facility. I am very happy with it.

The sales lady was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman in charge of the custodians, overseeing the property and everything, was also absolutely fantastic. Them working with us to get in the paperwork and finding the right unit for my loved one was excellent. We have looked at other properties, and I would have to say that this facility is by far the best experience and my mother is extremely happy there and so we are happy.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Sommerset Retirement Community! The staff has been very very friendly and helpful, and very accommodating to any requests or questions that we've had. They do a great job keeping everything looking clean and nice, and the food is very good!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was bright, well kept, and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community due simply to distance from our family, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one!

The staff at Gardens of Annapolis is extremely friendly, and very helpful. If you ever have any questions or concerns, they answer the phone immediately and deal with it right away, even if it is a seemingly minor issue. I really can't think of any area for improvement as everything about my experience with them has been wonderful.

They are very nice apartments. They are very happy with it. They have nice activities, exercise classes, and luncheons, they really like it. It's well kept, and maintained. We are very happy with the apartments.

Denise took the time to discuss my Mom's status and how they can help my Mom. Their memory care facility is excellent. Once my Mom is evaluated at the end of August,then I will make a final decision.
