We toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. The tour was well done and They answered all our questions also.

My experience has been fantastic. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. It's beyond my expectations. I really like it there - I wish I could live there. The activities are good. My mom loved that they had an auction where they gave them candy bars money to use, which was a lot of fun. She really likes bingo too, but wishes they bet more than a quarter per game. They have movies and crafts. She loves the food and thinks it 's really good. She looks forward to it every day.

When I moved to Augustine Landing I only planned on staying short term. I was gong to purchase another home. Once I was here, I loved it and it began to feel like home. I decided to make it permanent. I like it so much that I plan on setting up speaking engagements with Sales at various Clubs and Organizations I belong to to help promoter Augustine Landing.

The community is very clean and the layout is good. It smells nice and is very updated. I feel like the community is safe and they respond quickly to any issues. They have an indoor pool also. I would recommend this community to

I love everything here. The food is wonderful (of course sometimes there is an off day). The staff is friendly and sweet. I have made new friends and it has become my home.

When I first moved in I was only planning on staying temporarily. I was going to purchase another home. As time went on I loved it and decided to stay permanently. This is my home. FANTASTIC! We have decided this to be our mother’s future home. It has everything, and beyond, what we were looking for. The staff is very friendly. The residents were upbeat and active. It’s obviously a thriving environment—one we can’t wait for our mom to be a part of. Activities galore! It’s just perfect!!

This was the best decision we have ever made. This could not be a more perfect fit for our parents. They got our parents moved in so quickly. They made the transition effortless. Everyone, no matter their position, has been wonderful. We wanted pictures hung up in a certain order on the way and furniture set up a certain way, and when we came by the next day everything was set up exactly how they wanted. The dining staff and activities are wonderful, they are pet friendly, and our loved ones have a first floor apartment with a huge patio. They absolutely love it there. They are safe and secure. My father even said if they won the lottery they would still live in this community.

We chose Celebration Village Forsyth because it is a more updated and modern facility. It is very open and this facility has their memory care separate but assisted living and independent living can all co mingle for activities, meals, etc. The facility is also very clean and the staff members and residents that I met were friendly and welcoming. The apartment sizes are a little on the smaller size, but that did not outweigh my decision. more variety on the menu sometimes, but the food that is served is great. I would and have recommended them to others.

The community was just amazing for our family and loved ones. It was a tough time and they went above and beyond for us. I even received a refund when i was charged in error without even asking. I would recommend this community to others

It's a friendly, well-run place. The food is varied, and it's good quality. It tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant. They clean the rooms weekly. They seem to not be staffed well enough sometimes, so you have to wait a little longer if you need help. I think they have a hard time getting and keeping help just because of the way the market is right now. But they offer a lot of activities. They have an exercise class every day, and they have arts and crafts several days a week. I see posts on Facebook with pictures of things they're doing - I saw a piñata at Cinco de Mayo. It seems like there's always something going on. We've had two family members here, and we liked it well enough to put the second one here as well. They both have seemed to like it here.

During the time our loved one was there we truly had an awesome experience. They were absolutely amazing to work with, they handled our family and loved one very well. During covid when hospice was brought in they were very attentive to our family. One of the staff members had noticed one of our family members was not eating, so she went out of her way to bring her a meal. She truly just went above and beyond, the staff turnover rate is extremely low and we would recommend them to others.

Our loved one was only there for a month, but during that month our family had a wonderful experience. The staff members were so caring, and the community was kept completely spotless. Our loved one was very happy there and very happy with the meals. We spoke with other residents during that time and they also seemed very happy. It is an older person community for the most part, but it was very nice, and beautiful.

It's a wonderful place. They're very open to visitors, even through Covid. In fact, I've stayed there for a week with my family member. The only restriction was that you couldn't be out in the common areas. You were to stay in the room with your family member. And if you were out of the room for any reason, they required everybody to wear an N95 mask - staff, residents, and visitors. The staff are great. They all go out of their way to help anybody and everybody that comes in. They are always clean, washing their hands. They have great activities. They did pictures for Mother's Day, dyed eggs for Easter, and they have days where they bring in ice cream sundaes. They really keep their tenants very active. They go on walks. They brought in a pet that everybody shares, a dog name Mr. Pickles.

Portside is a beautiful facility, our experience has been great so far. The community is very clean and the staff members are great. We have been so happy. The activities are still limited in some respect due to covid, and the activities are geared toward those in memory care. However they have done a great job keeping our loved one who is more of a recluse, active and involved. They really do motivated her to get involved. The meals are home cooked, for lunch they will get chicken, vegetables, potatoes and dessert. For dinner they will do something around the same so she complains, but when my wife and I go visit we see the food and it looks absolutely delicious.

We love it. We felt the best about Beach House after touring many others. I was just there so I was able to see it in person and it is very nice and clean. I feel like my dad is a part of their family. They are very communicative, they will either text, email, or call me with any questions or concerns. They do family care conferences by phone every 3 months which is something that we really like. They have a daily sheet they get with the activities provided and what time they will be at. They provide an app so families can see what is offered as well. The staff are all very personable and caring. My dad is happy and I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with all the different activities the community has available for the residents to participate in. There are three meals a day that are included. I believe this would be a comfortable place for someone who needs a little extra support. The receptionists are very nice and friendly.
