The staff is super friendly and the prices are the best in the area. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful to everyone. The rooms are very nice and plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. The food is good and you can pick from a menu.

I spent 3 days there a few weeks ago, and everyone I met was incredible. Everyone seemed very attentive to all of the residents and I appreciated that. My dad has complained about the food a few times but I never ate it so I can't speak to that! Overall, we are very pleased with the facility and everyone involved.

We are really excited to be planning a move for my here to Heritage Oaks. It meets all the requirements Mom need in her life . People seem very friendly and helpful in the tour. We are trying to move her cross country. She is 97 and this will be dfifficult. This is going to be a challenge .

Vista Pointe has been the best place for my husband. He absolutely loves living there. The staff know him personally and treat him with such kindness and care. The facility is sparkling clean and kept up. The staff are all so professional and friendly. They treat family members as if we are part of their family. The activities that are provided by [name removed] is up and beyond what you would expect. She is exceptional in providing appropriate activities to keep residents engaged and social. [name removed] is attentive to the wellness of the residents and they all love her. She goes far and beyond her duties. The good is delicious and healthy with alternative choices. [name removed] [name removed] and the other staff members make vista pointe a safe and welcoming Home. I am extremely happy and have no worries about my husband under their care.

Palm Bay Memory Care was very clean and pleasant to walk through. I especially liked the outdoor area and the cafeteria that looks half like a restaurant and half like a home kitchen. I liked their meal planning and activity calendar. The staff all seemed very nice and the members that I did happen to meet in the hallways seemed very happy, and were very kind.

Everyone was very welcoming from staff to residents. It was a very friendly place and all the residents I talked with were very happy. As one walked through the halls, the residents had put different things by their doors to decorate, which made it like home. I didn’t find a resident that didn’t like the food either, which is very important to me. Sales consultant was knowledgeable and sweet. All in all a very nice afternoon.

[name removed] was very precise, professional and friendly. She answered all our questions. The facility looked good and accommodating.

It's great my mom loves it. All the food is delicious. It's very clean. Activities are great.

General speaking, the overall experience has been very good. There are many activities to choose from, and my wife and I have been trying Some, partly because we both are very active, but also to meet and get to know more of the residents. The people we have gotten to know are very nice, and come from varied backgrounds and interests. Some of the communications with staff have been slow to get resolved, but that is getting better, as we've never lived in a cooperative community. We have a lovely home, and our son is living with us, as he has some special needs. When we hit the great beyond he will have priority to move into an apartment with meals and housekeeping, so this was a great relief for us. We mostly make our own meals, ut have had several excellent dinners here, and others have said the phone is above average. The maintenance crew and others have said staff are really helpful. All in all, above what we expected.

Basically 5s across them all. After 2 no injury falls, a 3 plus day stay in hospital, dad went back to his apt w/ hospice care. The staff at Highlands went above & beyond to care for him in his final days. They were gentle, took time to explain to him what they were doing, all this while he was "sleeping". They even were caring to us, his family, providing for our needs! From admin to maintenence, nurses to caregivers they all looked in on dad, & us. They were truly blessings from God, each in their own unique & special way. I thank God every day for them.

This place felt happy and alive with beautiful social areas and plenty of outdoor amenities to keep you moving and active. The apartments and villas are spacious with plenty of windows for natural light. Everything was clean and neat. Looks like a wonderful place to spend your final years with or without assistance when needed.

Lucky me! The Hallmark is living up to its new name beginning with a great new look! And they are keeping everything else in place that is already as good as it gets. I have lived here on Lake Shore Drive for almost 8 years now. A handsome building, at a desirable location with a fabulous view of Lake Michigan and its harbors! Management here has always been highly qualified, kind, and caring. Our new Grace Management’s focus is for all of our residents to enjoy the true essence of gracious living. Our lives have already been enhanced in many wonderful ways. This great location seems to attract residence who are well educated, well traveled, and interesting. And those of us who aren’t that fortunate - are treated as equals. I couldn’t ask for a nicer environment. And, It never feels lonely. It’s a wonderful life!

[name removed] the salesperson was a huge help in getting to know the place. We toured all the building that pertained to use.

We would rate everything 5 except Value for the money 4. The place was extremely clean. The personal were extremely helpful. They all made the experience easier for me as my husband went downhill so fast. Would recommend this place absolutely. I realize the price is high. It's just too bad the government doesn't help out in these situations.

Hostess was very client oriented and professional. She made me feel like this should be my home. I am very interested in moving into the facility. I will recommend this facility to friends in need.

I took my sister to visit and tour this facility. It was very nice and really impressive. She really liked the all day food availability and I believe the pool and outdoor areas if I’m not getting this one mixed up in my mind with another place.

Town Village has kind, friendly and most helpful staff. It is very clean and maintained well. It offers an abundance of fun activities. It offers transportation for the residents needs. I love everything about Town Village for my Mama.

Good food, good choices for most meals. Housekeeping excellent. Staff excellent, very supportive. Occasionally seems cost cutting in food services is becoming important. Overall, a much better place to live than I expected.

The facility is fantastic. [Name Removed] are friendly, professional, helpful, they really want me to be able to reside there. They both did everything possible to make my tour pleasant.[Name removed] was able to do a few things that went above and beyond. Once I get a bit of a financial cushion, I see myself as a resident there. There was no pressure at any time.[Name Removed] are a credit to AL. My brother gives the highest opinions.

Everyone that we've had contact with has been so nice and so helpful. All the common areas are so clean and bright and pleasant. My dad has only had great things to say about the food. He has enjoyed many of the activities. There's just always something going on there it seems. Group talks, lectures, trivia, games, bingo, crafts, etc. My Dad has a studio apartment and that's perfect for him. Plenty of room for what he needs.
