The Ranch was great! It's a very nicely laid out two -story building with a large dining room and a theater and other various rooms for activities. It also has a memory care in the same building. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were referred there by two other families and knew another resident. All were very complimentary and we were delighted to find this place.

We're really happy with the Heritage Oaks community as well as the staff. Mom also feels incredibly safe there. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for independent living for themselves or for their loved ones.

My mom is a resident at Vintage Park at Hiawatha and overall things have been great. As for the friendliness/staff, one of the aides is rude but the rest are wonderful. Mom is a very picky eater, but the meals that I've had were hot, fresh and tasty. As for the activities, the movies tend to be geared towards 20 somethings. Not sure why. There are lots of opportunities for inside/outside activities, though.

The meals that are prepared for us here leave a little to be desired sometimes, but the overall value for cost is good. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

What we like the most about the Prestige Assisted Living community are the staff members. The staff team there are nice and we do really like the apartments and rooms they have for the residents. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mother was previously a resident at Collier Park and everything was great for her at this facility. We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly. Communication with the residents was great. I ate a meal with my mother and I thought that the service was prompt and that the food was great. I would definitely recommend Collier Park to others.

I recently moved my 92 year old dad here. After so many visit around town we settled on a ground floor one bedroom. The price was so affordable and the facility clean and friendly. He loves his apartment and the staff and the food is pretty good! Most of all they are responsive and willing to jump through hoops for the seniors living there. I am happy.

This was for a relative & they are happy with the community & amenities. Had no issues, and everything went smoothly.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Willows of Easley and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The staff, cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food, activities and value for cost are also great. My loved one and our whole family are very happy with our choice and our loved one's experience so far. I would recommend The Willows of Easley to others.

The care services and meals have been great. The activities have been good. I feel like the value for cost is good. Overall, I would recommend The Highlands to family and friends.

Really nice, good food, staff freindly and overall highly recommend. We picked this community, because of the overall price, cleanliness the person who met with us and gave us the tour.

Mom is bedridden, so does not participate in activities. We have limited knowledge of food and dining because of what she will eat. Would probably score higher if she had a more robust appetite and ate in the dining room. We have been quite pleased with the care she is getting at Prestige. Cost to value is relative.

Our family has been very happy.Our dad is the resident and this community was close to his home (familiarity) and doctors was set back from a busy street, nice surroundings and grounds, and the on-site physical therapy/gym. However, wellness director and social director have left so hoping for a replacement as good as previous gals.

The facility manager, [name removed], is absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness, meals, care services and activities are great! I would easily recommend this place to others! My parents have been very please with the cleaning staff who come in once a week. The facility overall always looks immaculate! The front desk staff knows us all by name (as we do theirs) and will go above and beyond. They really seem to care about the residents and speak to them very respectfully. They are wonderful. (One employee with [name removed] is a bit "short" and less helpful but that is a separate service). I have not eaten in the dining room but my parents aren't overly thrilled with the food. It's fine most of the time but they do complain a couple of times a week. There are many activities to chose from and the sign up process is easy! It's certainly expensive but I feel that they offer quite a lot for the money. They wish the food was better for the cost. Also, transportation for a single appointment may take a few hours because of the schedule which has caused them to not want or use it much.

They really do treat you like family. The staff, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend The Residence at Whitehall Independent Living to family and friends!
