This was a nice your for the care that we needed. The staff was helpful; with the questions on the care that was offered.We liked the menu and the list of activities that would have been helpful for her career. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one

I toured this community for the care from my father. We liked the activities and the staff was caring.We liked the community for being clean and maintained. The menu was appealing and we liked the list of activities.

We toured this community. We liked that they had more care takers which we liked. The director was very helpful. They do have good activities. We did not want a shared room. We would recommend this community for good care. The meals are appealing. I like knowing that the staff cares about my father. I would recommend this community for other families.

We have been a little unhappy with this community. My mom had become ill. The staff is nice, but then need to give more attention to her needs. The menu is needing some improvements. We do like that they have activities. We are hoping that things get a little better in the time since we just moved into this community. Families should consider this community for the care of a loved one, but maybe a tour would be helpful for them

The care at this community for my parents. The staff is very caring and attentive to their needs. The staff has made my parents feel like they are at home with family. The community is clean and my parents are adjusting very well. They are offered to participate with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She is doing well, and everything is working out great. They have a good staff at this community. They have been kind when I visit, and helpful whenever needed. The residents are very happy, and cheerful. The experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

Just wanted to say what s great staff works at overlook green. My mom has dementia and tends to wonder within the facility. We were sure she was in the bldg but in someone's room. They staff were on it they split up and calmed me down until she was located

We are still settling into our new apt but things are all falling into place. We like our 2 bedrooms 2 baths and the staff has been great helping us with the little things like our TV. We enjoy going to the dining room which is beautiful there are table clothes on the tables and the staff is great as are the menu choices and there is also a cafe if you wanted something different. They have a really nice laundry room and lots of different activities, we've even been to one of their outdoor concerts in the beautiful garden area and brought a friend as well.

I found Five Star to be exactly that and more. The staff couldn't be more friendly and caring if they were angels from heaven. The residents all seemed very happy to be there. Lovely surroundings, beautiful environment, every amenity you cold ask for.

We liked the tour from the nice staff. This is a clean community with a nice environment for care. The meals seemed to be appealing. They did not have a dr at night in case I needed a physician. We liked that they had a lot to offer. We would have liked this community. Families should tour this community for the care and value that is offered.

We selected this option for my aunt. Lovely grounds, friendly people and excellent service.

My mother-in-law moved into a 2-bedroom cottage a year and a half ago. We were very hands-on with her move, the staff helped out in a variety of ways, and even provided some basics for her when the moving truck didn't arrive for days. We've stayed with her in her cottage many times, eating in the dining room for numerous meals. Her cottage had lovely features, such as granite counter tops, "wood" laminate floors, and spacious rooms. The two full baths were nicely appointed, as was her full kitchen. Each meal served in the lovely dining room has been good, sometimes very good, with an unparalleled variety of 4 daily specials and 3 pages of static options. It's like being on a cruise! It recently became necessary for us to move her into Savannah Square's assisted living building. Once again, the staff was great, attentive, and kind to all of us as she transitioned. We're very pleased with her apartment, the care she's receiving, and she enjoys the activities, dining room, and attentiveness. Her medications are professionally administered in a compassionate manner. Everyone is very pleased indeed! My kudos to the staff for a job well done!

This is a nice community for the care. The staff is caring and nice. My mom does like the community, but it does need some small improvements. My mom says that the meals are good and sometimes she is not pleased with the meals. They offer activities for her to participate and she does enjoy that they have a lot of options, but they need more for the residents. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We were happy with the care from this nice community. We like knowing that it was clean and maintained. They offer healthy meals and a nice variety of activities. This was a good place for care and comfort from the good staff. We would be happy to recommend this community for other families for the value and the care that is received.

My mom has transitioned well at Somerford House & Place Frederick she enjoys being among the other residents and socializing, taking part in several of their many activies as well. She also enjoys going to the dining room for her meals and the food is very good. I have just signed my mother up for the resident doctor program they offer as well. They also offer transportation for the residents to go shopping and on fieldtrips. I would have no problem recommend Somerford House to family and friends.

This is a nice community for care. We like that the staff is helpful. They need to improve in the house keeping area and some of the improvements were suppose to be taken care of. They allow you to cook on tour own. The community is clean and maintained. We like the cost and the care that is offered here for care.

My 93 year old mother entered assisted living at the Gardens of Scottsdale last month. She adamantly did not want to leave her home of 42 years, but her caregiver could no longer give her the care that she now needed. However, after just two days at the Gardens, she loved it there. She realized that this is the place that she needed to be. The caregivers and staff are very attentive and loving. They really do take it upon themselves to make sure she is safe and happy. She likes the food, and has met some new friends there. It is not an overwhelming facility so is just the right size for my mother. They also have skilled nursing and a memory unit, which is an important aspect to me. I am now traveling and it is a comfort to me knowing that she is safe and in good hands.
