We arrived unexpectedly early and they were gracious in accommodating us. The environment is homey and comfortable in a laid back manner but clean and spacious in feel. The staff was very friendly and [name removed] was very kind and patient in answering questions.

my dad was a resident at leisure park for nearly 3 years he was very happy for the little time he was there. The staff was excellent they were friendly professional and very accommodating. [name removed] and [name removed] were always available for any problems that arose. There is no perfect scenario when a loved one has to be placed in a facility but they are pretty close to perfect in my book. Dad has since passed away and he always had the highest regard for all who worked there. Thank you all for a difficult situation made easy.

I loved this place and thought it would be an excellent fit for my mother. Although she is still very much not interested, the next step would be to schedule a lunch with one of the residents.

People at the residence are very friendly and concerned. My husband receives the help he needs and likes his caregivers . Place is well cared for and maintained The nursing staff is excellent and on top of his medications. The activities could be upgraded to meet more intellectual Challenge. However he enjoys His room . The dining room is very pleasant. Food is good and there is a large selection.. Overall I am pleased and relaxed my Husband is well care for.

My mom is here and she likes it. She’s very happy and we’ve been very pleased with the care that she’s receiving here. Everyone there is very, very kind. Mom is somewhere between independent and assisted living and she doesn’t like to go to the dining room for breakfast so she’ll stay in her apartment but if she doesn’t come down for lunch, they’ll check on her to make sure she’s okay. They’re very kind to her. The lady that does her housekeeping once a week is also very helpful and kind; I’ve seen her stop in the middle of vacuuming just to help my mom get dressed, even though she didn’t have to. The people in the dining room, the kitchen and wait staff, are very interested in making sure she has plenty to eat and that she gets what she wants. The facility plays music that’s from the generation of the residents, there’s spa water that they serve with cucumbers or lemons, and fresh cookies. They even have a welcome sign with new residents’ names that say “Welcome to your new home.” It really looks like an individual’s home or a resort, rather than a place for elderly people. Everyone at Sycamore Manor goes above and beyond what they have to do and they genuinely seem to have the residents’ best interest in mind. It really is a nice place and I would definitely recommend it – in fact, I already have other family members that are interested in possibly moving in.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate throughout the entire process. They all worked the process as easy as could be expected.

My mother has been at overlook ok green for a few months. The staff and food is wonderful there. Lots of activities for the residents Amy the head nurse is wonderful with helping my mom get adjusted to her new “home”. Very happy with all the staff and how wonderful they treat the residents. Highly recommend it here ??

Was having problems convincing my Father that putting my Mother in memory care was the safest thing for her being she was out wandering and getting hurt so much. It got to the point that she fell and broke her neck and she was put into rehab. [Removed] at The Gardens was my answered prayer. [Removed] went out of her way spent much of her time talking to me and letting me open up to her about what I had been going through the last two plus years, she then had a private meeting with my Father and laid everything out for him and said if he wanted the best for his wife that he needed to make the decision and keep her safe. The facility is very clean, people are happy and involved in many activities throughout the day. I got a great room for Mom where she has a little living room, bedroom and bathroom with a shower. I feel like we hit the lottery when I met [Removed] as I have been trying for over two plus years to get my Mom in a safe place that will take good care of her and the nursing staff there is very kind and caring. I have been to many facilities in the past two years and as [Removed] said to me, when you feel it's the place for your parent you will just know it, and both my father and I knew The Gardens of Va. Beach was it! The first day I was expecting problems with Mom but she actually was very pleasant and fell asleep in her own bed and Dad and I left knowing we made the right decision for her. I can't say enough about everyone at the Gardens, I feel like we now have an extended family with everyone there. I also want to thank [Removed] the Senior Living Advisor at A Place for Mom she was a very big help to me as well in this journey, I will forever be grateful to her and [Removed] for the way they both have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Dad stays at the Villa at Riverwood, and it has been excellent. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. I really like the look of the place as well. The first thing we liked was that the front door has a canopy over it so you can pull your car right up and dad isn’t standing in the weather. I also like that it has really nice décor, and most of the resident doors have decorations on them. The food is also excellent. We’ve eaten there several times, and the food is always excellent. The place is super clean, and I like that Dad is able to socialize with the other veterans there. I’d recommend The Villa to others

Mom chose this place after walking in and seeing a friend from church and it got better from there. They showed us the available room and we loved it ,it was sunny and overlooks the courtyard. And it is right by the elevator since she has 2 dogs which was another plus but it was easy to take them outside. The Food is really good and the staff is helpful and friendly. They have gone to the casino and they play bingo. They take her and a friend to church on Sundays and even let them stay for coffee and pick them up after they are done. I would recommend this to anybody.

Caring and experienced staff, friendly residents, extensive activities, flexible meal plan made this the perfect choice. Many different floor plans in various buildings. Would highly recommend this facility.

I saw several people living there that I knew from playing golf at Lake Monticello. I was very impressed with every aspect of Morningside

My Mom lived at Calusa Harbor for over 3 years, The only reason she left was to move closer to her family. Calusa was a wonderful place for her and even though she is in a nice place now, she says "it isn't Calusa". I can't say enough about the responsiveness and caring of the people who work there. Mom could just call the desk or walk by the desk and someone always greeted her warmly and helped her. This was true of everyone there. The dining room staff, security, bus drivers, and custodians all could not have been more helpful to her. Their quality care helped her through many crisis'. My siblings and I always felt that Calusa kept her safe and happy. We are truly grateful."

Big thanks to [name removed] for making my mother’s move in go so smoothly. The community is so welcoming and friendly. The are so many activities to keep residents engaged. Mom gives thumbs up for the delicious meals. I heartily reccomend Washington Township Senior Living to any family when a loved one needs assisted living.

My parents are settling in nicely at Gardens of Gainesville. They really like it there. It is a beautiful and clean community. The staff is very friendly and caring. It is very easy to communicate with the staff members either by phone or text. Also, my parents have phone service in their room so it is easy to contact them. I have dined there several times with my parents and the food is really good. They offer choices and variety in their meals. They encourage the residents to participate but respect the residences preferences if they don't wish to engage. The atmosphere is like southern living home. Very warm and cozy. They have areas for residents to gather and socialize, such as a courtyard, a library, a living room, and a craft area. They have a lot to choose from. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

The Gables at Winchester went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for my family. My mother-in-law was a resident here. We looked at 4-5 properties, but finally chose this one. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and there was a physical therapy room where she could receive her much needed PT. Everyone on staff was always kind and attentive, especially toward my mother-in-law; they went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and enjoying her time there. Unfortunately, she had some health issues and passed away earlier than expected. The staff members, including the administration, were amazing and supportive of our entire family. They treated my family with respect, and were very good to us during such a difficult time. We more than appreciate the attentiveness that the Gables' staff provided. Their commitment to their clients (whom they treated like family), and the care taken to provide such a consistently positive experience was remarkable. Thank you! [Removed]
