Thye're very good to her, she did fall and break her hip so we're trying to move her to the dementia unit but I like where they're at. She's got early dementia, I think she's happy, and shes needing more care and Im okay with that but were tryign to find a fit for her so she can stay there. THe thing I do have a complaint about is that they put her on restartive care and they didnt tell me about it until she had been on it a couple of weeks so they did it on their own without giving me a chance to talk to her about it, but on the whole their care is good. It's not really complaints because I like what they're doing, but the whole problem is shes making slow progress. But the staff is really friendly, they're really helpfuyl and they always love taking care of her.

I've toured both the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities and because mom has been back in the hospital, will probably choose The Hampton Skilled nursing first, then hopefully move mom to Assisted Living. Was very impressed with the facility and am 95% sure I will choose The Hampton.

My mom was only there for 3 weeks, but I cannot say enough about [name removed] and the staff. They did everything possible to help my mom's stay be enjoyable - the food was good, they were always kind and attentive (one of the red flags in these kind of places) and they even offered to move the piano upstairs so that my mom could play without having to go down on the elevator. My mom didn't require a lot of attention, and she was very eager to go back home, but she truly enjoyed her stay.

Healthcare Resort of Leawood took fantastic care of my mom during a difficult time. The facility is immaculate, the staff highly trained and the food is amazing. Laura treated the family with the utmost care and made the transition a success. [Name removed] is a top administrator as well.Our entire family is grateful. It's 5 star spectacular

This was a great place for my mom. The staff was very caring and attentive. It was good to know that mom was taken care of. The food was outstanding and the activities were always fun. As moms health declined and she had to move to building B they made so smooth and easy for her and kept us informed on any chainges. Thank you to everyone there.

I am a current resident of patriot heights. I've been living here for over four year. I come to almost every scheduled activity that is offered at patriot heights. My family and I have encountered some issues during my stay of four years but staff has addressed everyone promptly, always keeping my family and I informed. No place is perfect but patriot height is close to perfect. I am happy here and I am glad to call this my home. If you ever have the chance to come by ask for a strawberry milkshake there the best.

The staff on the Assisted Living floor is friendly, understanding, and very outgoing! They get to know you and your family on personal levels! They help get the Guests to fun activities or just sit and talk to them!

We were heart set on the Brookdale Willowbrook Place when we toured, but it did not have enough privacy in the shared rooms. Other than that, I liked the way it was set up, it had a homey feel to it. The location was great for us as well.

A very good community to live in.

I really have been happy with my choice to make the move into this community. I keep busy during my days with the wide variety of activities the staff has planned for us and the enjoyable company of the other residents. I do think there needs to be some improvement on the food they serve. The meals are very bland and do not have very much flavor to them.

My mom had a good experience overall. The staff are caring and friendly. My questions and concerns were all addressed. The food was actually pretty good. I would recommend for others. Rehab staff was also wonderful!

The community and staff at the Healthcare Resort of Kansas City have been absolutely wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff have been easy to work with and they communicate well with the family. The community is very nicely kept and updated throughout. My mother has enjoyed the variety of healthy and tasteful meals served.

Mom had a stroke and at the end of her rehabilitation she spent two months in assisted living at the HealthCare Resort of Olathe. We knew she was safe and had a lot of fun activities every day. The greatest complement we have to give is if mom needs these type of services in the future we won't hesitate to come back.

Brookdale Patriot Heights is very friendly and helpful. The buildings and grounds are immaculate. The residents are very welcoming and friendly, also.

We were very pleased with the kindness that was shown to us. They were very willing to accommodate us on such short notice. After touring the facility in the day we moved our loved one in that night. They came in after hours to give us any assistance that we needed. Although we were only at the facility for 6 days it was the right place for us. My father passed away so we really didn't have much experience with the staff. What we did experience was very positive. Thank you

My husband has been in and out in various nursing homes in Salt Lake Valley. Holladay Healthcare Center so far is the best!! He has been to Garden Terrace, Willow Wood Care Center, Deseret Care Center, and Rocky Mountain Care - Hunter Hollow. There is plenty of spacious parking in the front as well as the north side of the building. Once you enter, a warm welcome smile from the receptionists greet you. I love the lobby where they have classy comfy sofas and chairs in 2 corners, cookies and coffee or just hot water in the center wall, and a notebook for all visitors to sign in and out in the mirrored wall leading to a beautifully carpeted hall way. When you pass by the residents' room, you will not encounter dizzy spells of ammoniacs. Their dining room as well as the staff is super! You can even have lunch or dinner with your loved one. The nurses call and always update me with issues like added medications if needed. When you leave a message, they immediately call you back. Kudos to their Business Coordinator - - - she makes overwhelming paper works so easy ! They are pet friendly and have a barber/ beauty saloon, too. The cons ? Location is way up east. They get more snow during the winter.

Overall this facility has been satisfactory. This facility is ideal for those seeking a midrange dollar level situation.

Everything has been great besides the food. They could improve by offering better quality food and they have daily specials that run out with 20 min of mealtime starting.
