Definitely would recommend Only disappointed that [name removed] the marketing lady told us someone would be by to check on grandmom the next day and weekly would come by to check on her, but none of that has happened

Because there have issues with housekeeping not cleaning my mom's apartment, nor doing her laundry on a timely basis. Also the food service has been horrible at times. My mom thinks the food is good, but the service has been spotty and downright bad at times. Staffing has been a problem.

Our overall experience at Shipley was great. The food and physical therapy exceeded expectations. Kudos to the chef! The night staff. was nice but there were different caregivers and it would be great to have just one or two dedicated. [name removed] were excellent, compassionate and caring!.

The facility and the staff were great. Unfortunately when we moved my mother-in-law to Foulk we were told that when the time came for her to go on Medicaid she would be moved to skilled nursing. However the time came, and the social worker called us 2 months after they were notified that we filed, and told us that they had a long waiting list for skilled nursing, and therefore we needed to move her. We had to scramble to find a facility with a Medicaid bed available.

My husband and I have been living at Shipley Living for the last 2 years. I have to praise the staff to no end. They are all lovely, polite, friendly, smiling and very attentive, remembering everyone's name, and whatever you request they will do it pleasantly. There is not enough praise that the staff deserves.

We toured Millcroft Living during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility looked okay. However, the facility was a bit dated. The staff and friendliness seemed good. The facility just wasn't what we were looking for, so we continued forward with our search.

This is a nice community. There has been some struggles with staffing; however, they are doing the best they can with the staffing they have. They seem to really care about the residents. There are games, bingo, charades, happy hour, music, outside musicians. arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities offered.

Our family had a virtual tour, and while our experience was good and nothing stood out as negative or had red flags, our loved one just like the aesthetics and layouts of the rooms more at another community.

We saw this community and it is absolutely lovely. Very nice staff and looks like very nice residents. The community was clean and nothing wrong with it. The only thing is that we did not want to spend so much so this place would not work out.

Very nice community and open. The staff when I toured this community was helpful and answered all my questions. They also have a nice dining area for my loved one. They are top notch in the field of assisted living. I would recommend Friendship to my friends.

The room was good, but I didn't feel like the bathroom was taken care of well. My friend is in the assisted living unit and I just think that the bathroom is not handled very well. There could have been improvement there.

I do like the staff. We are going to be moving my loved one very soon because of the price. She was accepted in the independent living but they moved her into assisted living. Assisted living is twice as expensive. That is the reason we are moving her. I think they should have a bigger space for their dementia day program. The program is good for socializing but the room is very small with a lot of people in it. They could improve on their communication and follow ups.

Foulk Manor North is a great community. I recently moved in there and and am enjoying myself. I am in the independent living area in one of the cottages. The staff is great and very friendly. The food is fantastic! The dining experience is great, with a variety of food available. The servers are great and the dining room is well organized. They do have call lights available. The staff is very attentive to needs. I had a need for door handles in my cottage and they were installed before I even moved in! The area that is lacking is the activities. I've heard others complain about not having enough activities available to residents. Hopefully this can be remedied.

I am very pleased with Foulk Manor North. My loved one is settling in and loves it.

My aunt lived here and she seemed content in the assisted living. They offered a higher level of care if needed so that if one person needed to have more care they could still be together.

Try to keep residents engaged to enjoy and encourage sense of accomplishment to minimize transition to assisted living. $4,950/month minimum and only accept private pay. Have sister facility in Voorhees, NJ that accepts Medicaid after two year stay.

Positive I really think they get to know each resident on what they like and dislike. I know these places are very expensive but this place they include so much more then the others I visited which were more money. Like cable, internet, clothes being washed twice a week. The other places there was an additional fee. My dad fell when he got there. He didn't think anyone could help him up because he's a big man. But they went and got help. He didn't think they communicated very well but when o told the nurse that she went right in there and assured him he will get help and the staff will be told to be better with communication. Negative. He had been there over a month and his fridge was not fixed. Not sure if I was communicating wrong but maintenance did go and swap it out only to give him another broken one. But now he's getting a brand new on on Friday but still took too long. My father complains about the food. It's ok but he says they don't give him what he asks. There's no tea and no soda most of the time. He says what he picks on the menu is not what they give him.But all in all. I understand there are growing pains and I still think this is the best place for him. I love that it's only 14 apartments for AL. Small hallway to the dining. Some people can't walk far. And they bring him meals where the ones with long walks didn't really want to do that but I know he just wouldn't goIt would be nice if. This is big LOL but there is an area right outside the apartments with an alarmed door gping out so they can't go out. They could make that an outside area for the assisted living group rather than needing to walk through nursing to get to that court yard. Fence it off so they can't go memory people would not be able to leave but close enough so they can't go memory all go out and get fresh air. I know my dad would love to sit out there with a cup of coffee. That's just an observation

We picked this community because of the location. They could improve on the heating system. We had to always request for them to do things, as it relates to maintenance. Overall, the place needs to be updated, for maintenace and safety reasons.
