Everything was great. [name removed] and the staff worked with us as made the decision to transitioning my mom to the Montclair easy and not upsetting our mom. she is now settled and enjoying life with the folks there and very happy and we now have a peace of mind now that she is not living alone.

5 stars for all! Lots of activities are offered and thoughtful staff. They have lots of options on apartment sizes and sensible layouts.

What I like the most about the Kipling Meadows community is the friendliness of the staff as well as the good care they provide. When it comes to the meals there could be a little bit more of a diet control, but I would recommend this community to other families.

It has been a very good place for her. Kipling Meadows is very good on improvements to the building such as new paint and carpeting. We also appreciate that Bayada for therapy is located in the building and that Kipling Meadows is connected with Caring Touch. They have been very helpful. The staff is very caring and helpful. The schedule of activities has been fun for my mother in law and she appreciates seeing the other residents. She enjoys all the meals served

The move in process was very smooth. The staff is wonderful. My parents feel very safe and secure. They say that the meals are good.

All our interactions have been positive. Staff helped her meet other residents which we really appreciated. Positive 1st impression. Responsiveness of staff to her questions. Apartment very clean at move in.

Great experience, highly recommend, everyone there (staff) has been exceptional. We picked this community because of the location, and the cost was right in the ballpark with others.

Deer Park Village has been dealing with staffing shortages, but they are doing the best that they can. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

5 for all as experience was limited. My cousin believes it was her best option and is settling in well! Food is very good but a bit salty. Staff is kind helpful and responsive. Is fairly close to friends in the area.

The staff appeared to be more attentive and several professionals who were providing home health for my husband said it was their favorite place. I would recommend it to others.

Our family had an in person tour, and It looked like an excellent place with many amenities that all would likely have been rated with all "5s" but it honestly seemed way too quiet... few of the "sounds of life" at the time we were there. It was also way out of my family's financial reach especially with their "levels of care " system.

I would definitely recommend them. I picked this community, because it was a good fit with my budget, and still has a lot of amenities I wanted.

My mother in law chose it, she was impressed that it seemed like a happy place. Overall very good.

All of the staff at Deer Park Village are outstanding. The meals are very good. The wait staff are always patient with the residents. The move in process was great. The nurses handled my brother while we got his stuff moved in. We have no complaints. This was the best decision that I have made for my brother. I would 100% recommend Deer Park Village to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour with Hyland Hills and the tour along with the community was excellent, the community representatives were well organized and ready for our visit.

I found the best assisted living facility in the area and am so happy that my mother lived at Deer Park Village. I picked the facility because it is newer, beautifully decorated, everything is in excellent working order. It has great food and I loved that it has a salt water swimming pool. Also the movie theater is superb along with the gorgeous outside rooftop area with bocci ball, a dog run, and fire pits. There is also a hair and nail salon and speakers who come to speak to the residents on different topics. I can't thank A Place for Mom enough for making me aware of DPV as an assisted living option. It lightened my load enormously to know my mom was being taken care of in all ways.

Their is not much mom can participate in. They have re done the place, looks a lot brighter now. Not so dull looking. Mom loves it, that she can maneuver around in her chair.

The staff is extremely attentive and caring. The quality of the food is very good for the volume that they need to put out. The staff was extremely helpful and available during the move-in transition. The facility is extremely clean. The activities are just a little lacking on the intellectual front for those that aren't really into things like bingo. It would be better if they had more lecture series, Ted talks, speakers or anything for those that are more interested in some intellectual based activities.

The staff team at the Hyland Hills community is caring, experience, transparent and that is something our family likes the most. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Legacy truly makes you feel at home. They have amazing nursing, dietary, and activity staff. Everything is very clean and taken care of with frequent updates as well. It’s no surprise they were voted #2 of the 12 surrounding communities.
