They are awesome! Great value, lots of activities, good food. Their entertainment space at the facility is so nice. They have a roof top deck with a putting green and fire pit area and even a dog run for visiting pets that's so nice for residents and guests! The nursing staff is out of this world too!

I have recommended the Landings.

She's enjoying the social activities, the religious service, and the food. We would absolutely recommend Legacy Pointe to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

He and [name removed] executive director, extremely friendly and helpful moving in nursing staff is very good. Only negative I see and hear may be short handed a bit with caregivers in assisted living or my mother is more impatient than she should be.

Beautiful, clean, and modern community! The staff is very caring and friendly, the food is chef prepared and delicious, and the apartments are spacious and updated. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for high quality senior living in Sioux City.

My husband and I have lived in Independent Living at Silvercrest for 7 years. We enjoy activities and the welcoming and friendly residents are like family. We enjoy having two meals a day provided for us.

5 on all accounts. What we really like the most about the Hyland Hills community is the staff. Their staff team is caring, experiences and transparent. I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The Landings was the Taj Ma-Hal of senior living. It was brand new, clean, accommodating, the food was outstanding, and the Care was great.It was really a great facility. Everybody was so nice. It was a beautiful place.

I would recommend, had a few billing issues but got cleared up.

There is so much to do there. And you can choose to do it all or just a little or none at all. So flexible!

The staff was great for communicating ANY concerns that they had about Dad. Daily housekeeping was good; facility was clean and fresh - no off-putting odors. Plenty of sitting nooks for people to sit and visit. Move in process was smooth and they were soooo welcoming. The food looked pretty decent for an assisted living facility. Portion sizes were appropriate. The location is easy to navigate to from I80 (for out of town family) and plenty of stores within 2 to 3 miles for odds and ends, groceries, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this facility. They were so wonderful!

It's been a great experience for my mom and being surrounded by great people and making new friends has been life changing for her. Mom has been very pleased with this list except for food options. She doesn't feel like there is enough variety and the quality of the food is sub par a lot of the time.

Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming and has residents and staff from diverse backgrounds. My in-laws are in one bedroom apartment which is decent size for them. They are happy. Thy have minimal vegetarian options on the food menu.

My loved one is a resident at Independence Village of Peoria. The move in process was extremely easy. Communication with the family is good. The meals are okay, there are a lot more sandwiches served than I anticipated. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others.

The facility is modern, attractive, and very well-maintained. Staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive to the needs of the residents and their families.

The facility is beautiful and very clean and Mom receives excellent care from the friendly staff. Mom is in a one bedroom and it's the perfect size for her, spacious but not so large that she has trouble getting from room to room. The amenities in the apartment are excellent including a full sized kitchen.

Kipling Meadows is good because it's well maintained, kept up to date, fun activities and they are connected with Caring Touch matters and Bayada. These are the reasons we picked Kipling Meadows.

I picked this place over others due to the overall quality of the facility. The dining room is a large open space with high a high ceiling and large windows over looking a grassy area with flowers and a courtyard. Her apartment has a balcony overlooking the same courtyard. Due to the large windows in the apartment it seems spacious. It also has a full kitchen. I liked that her building is all independent living and her dining area is just for independent living residents. They also were able to hold the apartment for her for 45 days until she could move.

When I interviewed at Silvercrest I found [name removed] to be gracious and helpful. I moved in [date removed] and I find the staff friendly and helpful, from the top on down. The girls who clean are delightful and they do a good job. Maintenance is prompt, but I have not had any problems to speak of. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in. The quality of care is excellent, the food amazing and activities are interesting at every level. There are monthly resident meetings to address issues. In my opinion the Dial corporation should have an A+ rating.

The facility is expensive, but worth it. I would recommend it to everyone. My mom is in independent living. Staff (ambassadors) are on duty 24 hours daily. They can help with problems with the TV or if there is a problem. Recently, we found another resident in distress and called the staff. They were there within a minute and radioed for nursing, who were able to assess him and helped call his family to come take him for ER visit. The food is fantastic. They have 2 entrees plus a menu of everyday food you can always order, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, lots of normal comfort foods. The dining room staff is very friendly and get to know your eating habits. The cleaners are very nice and do a great job. They come every 2 weeks in the independent living and once a week in assisted. The move in process could have gone better, but we moved in the day after Thanksgiving. Very little in person contact, but that was likely due to when we moved in. They did stock the apartment with sandwiches, chips, and water. Paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, flowers and wine. A welcoming environment that allows for easier transition. They have one resident ambassador who reached out after the weekend. Also, they do allow small pets and there is a therapy drug in site most days. The director, [name removed], was very helpful and easily accessed. Food is great. My mom has enjoyed book club, there are games, a work out room and a Little Library on 4th floor. My mom has made friends and feels good being there. The building is locked and you need to be fobbed into the building. My mom feels comfortable taking the dog out at night. Recently, they had a COVID outbreak, which was handled professionally, compassionately, and it was under control quickly by using isolation for those infected and mask mandate for others. They did not make all residents eat in their rooms, but would have if the above restrictions hadn't worked. The staff know me by name and who I belong to. I stayed with mom for a few days to help with the transition. I was able to eat with mom nightly and billed it to the room. I love Overlook for my mom.
